Altais didn't patrol often alone now that they were a team again. They....being like Denebola and Themisto and Elara and Itsuki! They were like a really tight knit family and they were all cool and stuff.
And they even had Lacrimosa and Metis as friends! Though Metis was really his girlfriend and he really adored her a lot because she was really cute and-
ANYWAYS.
So the super didn't have to patrol alone much anymore and tonight he was on lilac point duty! While everyone trusted Itsuki to do things by himself, they also took turns like....hanging out with their courts cat. Tonight was Altais night.
"WHERE SHALL WE FIND THE EVIL TONIGHT ITSUKI?" Altais beamed, practically radiating this energy of a 10000000 suns at the cat. Itsuki totally matched his energy though.

Tonight was Altais night and the weather called for warm evening winds, clear skies and a chance of sunny positivity. Which was radiating at about seven million candela, if Itsuki's estimation was anywhere near correct. The two of them formed their own Dynamic Duo of sorts, both human and Mau having the ability to glow like a small sun nearly on command (though Altais was much better at it, being that he was much larger, tanned and had golden hair. Really, Altais was the perfect sun!). Denebola having sent them off for a quick patrol, with her blessing, gave the two time to bond. And be complete dorks. "THE EVIL TONIGHT IS... EVILING. SOMEWHERE!" Itsuki scampered to the edge of the building on which they stood, thrusting a paw to the sky above in a display of valiant confidence. "HAI. Only Altais-kun, sugoi Senshi of Shockwaves, can put a stop to their dasdoordl---" Pause. "...dasu-tardo-lee... dasturd... BAD. HONTO BAD DEEDS. They should be wary tonight, for Altais-kun is here! He is watching the city! Making sure it is the safest! Hai!" Perhaps Itsuki thought himself the narration to a superhero anime, of which Altais was the star. Surely Altais would have his own successful merchandise line, by the cat's imagination. Yes, indeed, several dolls with several different outfits (all sold separately, of course) and possibly a special vehicle, but that would only be available during the theatrical run of the Bishounen Senshi Sailor Altais movie entitled Carving Victory from Dawn Horizons! Sailor Altais and the Miracle of Light... Wait, what were they doing again? The Mau turned around to face the blonde, who may or may not have been posing dramatically to match Itsuki's narration. "Eh, Altais-kun, where should we start?"

"IT IS INDEED EVILLING MY GOOD KITTY FRIEND!" Altais posed even longer, as he looked over the town. "There is somewhere down there, a person in need! A creature that should be defeated! Perhaps even new friends!"
"Dastardly! WE WILL PUT AN END TO THE BAD DEEDS!" The shouts got shouts probably in return since it was the evening time and it was probably odd there was a man up there yelling.
"We can start down below in the alleys of the scum, my friend." Did he say it wrong? of course. "And we can beat the men of bad deeds and dastardly." He nodded, rubbing his chin.
"Would you like to ride down, my friend?"

Itsuki had wandered to Altais' feet, sitting back on his hind legs, gesturing dramatically with his tiny arms. "Hai! Starting down below in the alleys of scum! ...or something! That sounds good, Altais. Hai, you're very good at this Senshi-thing! Tonbo-sensei must be very proud of---" Something stopped the Mau mid-sentence, his ears swiveling wildly and his fur puffing up as if shocked by static. "Ehh...? EHHH!?!?" he squeaked, turning back to the senshi with an earnest look upon his tiny face. More gesturing followed, frantic and excited. "Altais-kun! Altais-kun! Your starseed! I need your henshin pen! You've put enough ends to the dasu-tardo-lee deeds that your starseed is telling me it's time! You've unlocked more power, Altais-kun!" Hopping back, the Mau pressed his chest to the ground in a kitty-bow. "Altais-kun! May I have the honor of upgrading you~? Then! Then we can shelly forth and defeat even more evil!!" That was how you said it, right?

"I hope so my cat com-Pad-ray!" Did he butcher the word? His accent thickly came out whenever he attempted words with different vowels, but he had heard the word from when he had been watching the movies of Zorro. Zorro was much like them!
Just more masked!
Altais immediately alerted at the sudden change in Itsuki, even as the cat started to puff up. "My friend! Is there something amiss! Amiss in the night? perhaps you are feeling...." He blinked.
"My starseed?" Pen? The young man summoned his henshin pen and held it out to the lilac cat.
"I do not know how to do this!" He bent down, resting arms on his knees. "So tell me how! How does one do the upgrading and what should I do?" He waited, "Am I do to the tower jump like all the american movies? Transform there?"

"Uwah, don't you worry, Altais-kun. I'll do all the work for you! That's part of my job as a Guardian Neko! All I have to do is use my magic to unlock the potential in your starseed, and it changes your henshin pen! Watch!" Taking a few steps back, Itsuki, fluffy as ever, started to channel the magic inherent in every Guardian. The lilac star upon his head started to glow as the cat's eyes fixated upon Altais' super senshi henshin pen. Once enough of the magical power had coalesced, Itsuki let out the beam to coat the henshin pen in wondrous light. "APUGUREIDO~!" Sparkling white light filled the pen in Altais' hands, changing its shape from the star to an orb with two small wings adorning either side. Once the magic had worn off, Altais was left with his final henshin pen and one dancing cat at his feet. "Yatta~! Eternal Sailor Altais-kun, Senshi of Shockwaves~! Our hero has arrived on the scene~!!" Tip tap tip tap went the cat's paws all across Altais' feet and the rooftop. "Yatta~! Now all you have to do is say, Altais Eternal, Make-Up! Try it, Altais-kun! Try it!"

"YOU ARE SO AMAZING ITSUKI!" The man exclaimed as the kitty got to work and he watched his pen shift from the whatever it was before to whatever it was now. It was amazing. Blinding lights and cat flips and all sorts of things.
Altais picked it up as the cat bounced around and then held it up. "This is now how I become eternal now?" He looked at it curiously. "With the butt wings!"
At what the cat said, he followed suit.
"ALTAIS ETERNAL, MAKE-UP!"

Pixie Nyxie Possible quick wrap if you want to go for it! If not, I'm totally fine with continuing! Itsuki stood shocked and amazed at the very first transformation of Eternal Sailor Altais, Senshi of Shockwaves. Tiny feet pitter-patted in incredible excitement. Altais truly reached the pinnacle of senshi power and should be proud of himself! "Batto-uingu~ Eternal Altais takes the stage!! Ganbatte!!" Tiny paws would clap if... toe-beans made any noise. The Mau's silent clapping would have to be enough, for now. Surely the gesture would be enough. "Now you're more powerful than ever before, Altais-kun! Evil beware! Altais-kun will find you and stop you and save everyone! Tonbo-sensei would surely be very proud of you~! Another Eternal for the team~! Now you can try out your new magic! Oh! But not on the building we're standing on, please. And! And, now you can travel to Altais more frequently! I don't know if you've done that a lot in the past... Themi-chan isn't a big fan of his moon, after all." Suddenly, a tiny growling sound pierced through the enthusiasm and Itsuki's ears drooped. "...all that apugureido is making me hungry though, Altais-kun. Are you hungry??"

If Altais could bounce as well, he would! but since Itsuki had it covered, the blonde just posed heroically instead!
"I went once upon a time." Altais hummed and wondered if he should return to the world again. Something told him to do otherwise instead.
At the kitty's growl, the newly minted eternally nodded. "Lets go home for food instead. we can also do evil doers another time!" The blonde reached down to scoop the cat up and place him carefully in his arms.
"We can test the aero speed now, no?"
