Haruka sighed and leaned back against the wall of the store. He had absolutely no idea what to get his dad for Father's Day. Fon typically went out and got whatever he fancied that month and Haruka was hardly the best at arts and crafts. In fact all of his hobbies included something active like climbing. He supposed he was okay with wood craft but really anything he made wouldn't be good enough for his dad.

However he was good at finding deals and shopping. Well shopping in the sense that he could find interesting and still refined things. Of course that tended to get expensive which is why this time he was calling in help. Only problem was she was late.

What was taking his sister so long seriously. She was pretty good at being punctual and trying not to be a bother. Haruka frowned. He actually wished that his sister bothered people more. Maybe not to the extent of Sphinx but he didn't want his sister to be a wallflower too. He would go to find her but it wasn't like he had a way to track her and it wouldn't do to get lost himself. It was also way too soon to call the parents especially since Layren was chaperoning them and didn't look worried. It was then he spotted a familiar red head in the crowd.
“Jin. Over here” he called out.

"So let's get this show on the road. Layren said he’d watch out for us so we aren't really on our own and you know Layren, he’ll be out of our sight for the most part but still close enough to come to our rescue if something happens. Having gotten that out of the way…. I have no idea what to get dad for his father’s day gift. Has he said anything that might indicate what he is hoping for?” Haruka spoke up after pulling back from the hug. Here was hoping that Fon hadn't said something fatherly and sentimental. For as eccentric as his dad was, sometimes he had the corniest answers.

Haruka stared at Jin a bit before sighing again. This was so troublesome. However maybe they could get him something based after the show, like a tie or a ring set or a bookmark considering Fon didn't really wear ties or rings. He was pretty sure there was a store nearby that would be able to help them. After all there was no way he was going to get his father a cup. Practically everyone did the cup at one point. It was over used and it shouldn't even be acceptable after the age of four.

“ well come on. Let's go to this collectible store and you can tell me what interesting things happened lately. I’ll go and get Layren since the store is in a more crowded area.

Haruka paused in browsing the selection the store had to offer and went over to pat Jin on the head. “ I am happy you got through a class talking to someone else. However don't think just because you don't like talking, doesn't mean you are less some how. If any one tells you differently I will forcibly persuade them otherwise. You are my darling little sister Jin and even if we don't have things in common yet maybe I want to find something to share with you. So chin up and back to searching” Haruka answered. It was as he was pulling away he noticed a map poster of all the places in the book only made on actual old map material. Fon would love it.
