Posted at highly trafficked, highly visible locations throughout the community are a series of flyers featuring a photograph of an airy-looking private beachfront with a selection of cozy cottages in the Isle of Gambino.
Reading a flyer reveals information about location (Gambino Outer Islands 21689), amenities, community perks, and cottage sizes ("cottage" appears to be somewhat misleading as the homes can be of any reasonable size). The price range is notably absent, but any community like this would be pretty expensive to live in.
The flyers are made of a water and tear-resistant material that feels like it's somewhere between paper and plastic and they have been tacked precisely in all four corners to keep them anchored.
There's a name listed at the very bottom, Bruno Strider, and a phone number as well as a QR code presumably holding the same information.

The beachfront properties of the Gambino Outer Isles were tempting regardless of numbers, making any potential listing attractive - they were isolated enough from the mainland that a simple visit from, say, her mother's loft in the eastern hemisphere of Durem would become a day trip - something requiring a full day off of work and sobriety enough to reach the ferries without incident.
Rohais didn't question the lack of price range or income minimum as she saved the landlord's number under the contact name "Gambino 21689." Fingers crossed - figuratively - that the number belonged to a cell phone, she sent a text. Better to avoid a call if she could since there wasn't exactly an e-mail alternative provided.(XXX)XXX-XXXX I saw your flier regarding the beach house. Is there a time I could view the property within the next couple of days or in the early morning (before 10AM) this weekend? Thanks in advance.
