Perk: [ Skypiean] Trait: Skyfolk are similar to Kuja in that they are in tune with Haki and its nature. A Skyfolk is able to learn Basic at [ 215 ] total stats, Intermediate at [ 450 ] total stats, and Advanced at [ 900 ] total stats.
Personality: Hatori is of a few words. Hatori has little interest in anything besides fighting strong opponents to test the limits of his strength. Described as an incredible stoic person who is only interested in becoming stronger. Hatori has an immense amount of confidence in his abilities to the point of arrogance. He even stated the reason why he didn't become a pirate. Is because they were unworthy, and inferior. However, he usually backs up his boast with his overwhelming power. Hatori also seems to get bored and lose interest with battles when they get intruded.
Biography:
Hatori left his household 5 years prior to this story starting on becoming a marine. After winning the Little League fighting tournament of his entire blues. And the U-12 World Tournament in elementary school for swordsmanship. Feeling that Hatori couldn't overcome his limits in a warm environment. Hatori then left his blues and traveled to places with real battles once he was a marine. Such as slums and undergrounds. Where rotten pirates were. During that time, Hatori met the a tyrant, the leader of a rebellion, and was almost killed if not for the interference of a higher ranking marine. Following the incident, Hatori was struck with fear and realized that in order to be in the same class as those stronger pirates. Hatori needed an 'evolution' as he started to seek out worthy opponent for that purpose. Wanting to stop the tremble he has had in her hand ever since. Hatori was also a rival of both youthful strong's in her generation.

Also, the Gravity Devil Fruit is not currently available. Another profile (simply not approved yet officially) has already laid claim and therefore you may not ask for it here.
Lastly, I'd like to politely recommend you don't invest so hard into the Speed stat. After the adjustment into Speed Tiers, it really doesn't work the same as it did before and 'being so fast the opponent can't react' requires a much more massive gap than before.
