Description: The user forms a dome of water around either herself or another single target of her choosing and then freezes it with her Clima-Tact using Cool Balls to create a thick barrier of ice that protects whoever is inside it from an attack. The ice then shatters. The amount of protection provided is equal to the Attack - the user's Defense.
