Description: A basic lightning release technique whereas the user is able to put their lightning chakra into a medium, such as a piece of metal or a ninja tool. The charge of the electricity is not strong enough to stun, but when combined with certain tools, may change the way they perform.

Requirements: A simple handseal - Ram
Permission: Everyone ever.

Description: Designed in the fashion of Killer B's Supervibrato Swords, the senbon version is much more simple. With the metal that is used, Lightning Chakra is easily absorbed into the senbon and when thrown, vibrates more than a regular senbon would, making the impact more deadly. Used in conjunction with Lightning Release techniques, one can simply shock or numb someone to sever nerves with pinpoint accuracy.

Fire Release can also benefit from these senbon by being able to burn or cauterize wounds. Wind Release increases its deadliness as well.

Requirements: Techniques vary in strength.
