╯Ｂio: Octavia is originally from Hargeon where she lived with her mother, father, younger sister and grandmother. The family own a popular bakery called Sweet Tooth Sanctuary and whilst she would have chronologically been the one to inherit the business, she made the decision when she was sixteen to hand that responsibility to her younger sister as she wished to pursue the life of a guild wizard instead.
Her beginnings as a celestial wizard are rooted back to her grandmother who herself had been a travelling independent celestial wizard in her youth and told Octavia that, barring her mother who opted not to learn magic, her family was a long line of celestial magic users. Her grandmother taught her everything she knew; how to summon spirits, the proper way to make a contract and about the importance of friendship between a wizard and her spirits.
Her natural ability to empathise with people is the basis for which her practice of Maguilty Sense started, able to easily create smile Sensory Links even when she first began. The rest of her spells developed from endless practice with her spirits as sparring partners.
Heavenly Body is something she's still not 100% confident with but practises at any chance.

Sorry this took forever Tea! I have a few edits for you to make. For all your silver keys please put the description of what they are, what they look like, and what they do down. That way for those who are looking at your spells don't have to go back into the customs to find the descriptions.

Edit: Give this spell a posting limit. Because she is A rank she should not be able to handle this spell. I would suggest making it at max 3 posts long. I know it's not very long but because she is an A rank and her gold Keys are only as strong as she is. Because a Star Dress is so powerful I highly, highly recomment giving this spell a small posting limit just so it's fair.
