It wasn't a big deal. Tinu was gorgeous. He had the looks, he had the right kind of personality, and he wanted a couple kids. No big deal. Noire could deal with that. After all, they'd been dating for awhile. Yeah, sure, he could feel his interest fading, but maybe a couple kids was just what he needed to get his attention back to where it belonged: his boyfriend. Tinu wanted a family with him, wanted a house and some pets and a bunch of little ones running around. Who was he to deny him that? Noire wouldn't have minded holding off on the whole, imbuing stones bit, but when Tinu had visited, absolutely enthralled with a pair of stones for the two of them, what else was he supposed to have done? He wasn't about to deny the guy and start another fight.

Sighing, Noire turned away from the window and focused on the stone sitting on his bedside table. He had one, Tinu had one, and when it was time to awaken them, they'd meet up and do the honors together. Biting his lip, he padded closer to the stone, footsteps muffled on the plush rug under his feet. There was no denying how beautiful the stone was, glimmering and faintly glowing with their combined magic. Yet. . .Noire didn't want to raise a kid. It was too late to say no, they already had the imbued stones, but it wasn't too late to just. . .drop his off with Tinu. . . break things off with him. . . find someone new to dance with. Noire shook his head. That would be too cruel. Wouldn't it? No. . it would be far crueler to go along with it, start raising the kids together and slowly grow more and more miserable. When they awoke the stones, he'd tell him and be out of his life that day. Mind made up, Noire crawled into bed with his back to the stone.
