Set to the east from the gates, the Gust district is a series of caverns connected within the larger mountains that house pretty much all of the shopping is done on the day to day. The cavern itself is massive, not even coming close to capacity on it's busiest of days yet still thundering with the cacophony of the markets. Workers and shinobi also, frequently, find themselves moving through here be it for work or trade. Here is the place where civilian and shinobi meet on equal terms of engagement. Strong winds howl through the Gust District, which is what gave it it's name.

• The most well-known weapon and armory shop located in Arashigakure is owned by none other than a man by the name Firion Ironside. A black steel user and well to do adventurer in his spare time his shop and dispensary is what essentially is responsible for fueling the other markets in Arashigakure. The foundation of Arashigakure's made market owes its thanks to him. While he isn't per se as professional as other business guru types there is no denying his savvy. As a result of his efforts, many of the following items are found at none other than his own shop and the shops scattered around Arashi.

• If most of the metal work market is handled by Firion then Tiara would be the one who has the other Miscellaneous markets on lockdown. An heiress to the Hitohoshi conglomerate Tiara Hitohoshi or as she likes to be called manages the distribution of the majority of Arashigakure's knick-knacks and paddy whacks. Ah, no joke about the paddy whacks. The Hitohoshi conglomerate has been known to be fierce when competition shows up, you are either part of the Hitohosi or you're against them. Tiara herself, however, isn't all that business savvy. While she has bodyguards left and right she herself is airheaded and quite fragile. There have been rumors about the methods the Hitohoshi use to 'dispose' of competition but there has been no evidence of these claims.

• Inspired by the old arts of Sunagakure a man by the name Koga Gerudo has taken the reigns of primary puppet sales and distribution throughout Arashi. Having partnered with one Trefles Coeur his business is flourishing due to the integration of the Frenchman's autonomous puppets. However, he himself at his own place of business likes to stick to the classics. He's a very retro sort of business owner in the sense he's incredibly old school when it comes to make and models using only simple classic mechanisms. That being said these puppets will at least prove to serve as fine bases for use and training until inspiration strikes the puppeteer themselves as it always has been. While it seems the man is out of touch it couldn't be further from the truth Koga knows the ins and outs of his market and a frenchmans modern injection only proved to make his career all the more stable. Unlike others he is fine making modest profits rather than being consumed by greed.
