History: In her life, Yuu was a wonderful student at her school. She never got in trouble, always completed her homework on time, stayed at the top of her class. Her parents life was great, never had a single affair, always in such perfect harmony. Her brother, on the other hand...was completely different from her and her parents. He was the last of his class, never cared for anything more but to fight and to hang out with the mobs. During her sophomore year, the Yakuza was active in recruiting members, and Souma joined just for the thrill, despite Yuu begging him not to go and do something like that. Her parents let him go, not really caring for the boy since he had already stripped himself of the family name. It wasnt until Yuu graduated that she saw her brother again. He was on the streets, jumping men and women for money and their belongings. By that time, Yuu had changed so much, she looked completely different from how she used to. The girl was accepted into a small college, one that was way more advanced into tech than the time they were placed in. There, Yuu worked on tech that would help heal patients much faster than normal medical procedures. During her experiment, one of her coworker's experiment went awry. It caused her own experiment to turn from medical to mechanical and dangerous. It was fused with Yuu, and there was no way she could separate herself. After some time, she decided to head to another academy's somewhere far form the society that no longer understood her. Here, at least, she could try and find out what she could be used for.

----Abilities and Techniques Information----
Activation - Passive
▾ Upon release, Yuu's body dissipates into thin air. In her place, slim pieces of strong metal infused diamonds will envelope her partner and do their best to protect them in battle. The blades are known as Nanobots, which look like small blades that are no bigger than an inch and a half, and are constructs crafted from a combination of soul energy and technology. These shards are what create Yuu's body, and while she is flesh and real, in her weapon form, she is made up of different compounds. She can cut opponents quickly and efficiently, leaving behind a mess in her wake. Through a solid soul connection with her partner, she is wielded not by hand, but by a series of energy output given off by her partner. During battle, a meister and weapon connect and expel a certain amount of soul energy. The same is in this equation. She is connected to her partner through this soul energy, and is wielded by her meister through it.

▾ This effect is under the system programming that allows the swarm to adapt to changes and fighting styles. Every action can be coded with 0's and 1's. Adaptation is possible by fixing the broken DNA strands in cells. DNA is just like coding, so recoding is an easy job. A few nanos attach themselves to the base of her neck, taping into her neurons. By stimulating her meister's body, cells are encouraged to produce more DNA strands in need to replace old ones. This technique allows for both the nanos and her body to become acclimated to one ability casted by the opponent. Basically, by adapting to one attack, Yuu is deeming it as an "ineffective" attack, and will not damage her wielder in any way. The attack is recorded and inserted into a database for records. While it is in a file, the adaptive ability is only active during battle. After the battle has ceased, the file is destroyed. Nanos can also "scrap" a file and learn a new attack to avoid, but this requires two posts to learn.

▾ The blades can also absorb attacks and store them as potential energy. This energy is shared amongst the swarm, preventing Yuu from overloading herself. After 4 hits, her meister must allow her to discharge this stored energy. If she receives 2 more hits, Yuu will become incapacitated for one post due to a system overload. The discharge deals a solid damage instead of radius. When she releases the stored energy, it will expel in one single line, in a beamed fashion. Her meister can also view this energy as "ammo". Yuu can trigger 4 "bullets" of energy at her opponents, or one large scale attack. This ability will enter a cool down mode after Yuu releases all her "ammo" thrice for 2 posts.
Seiten - Passive
▾ Some status effects are negated. This means that paralysis, and poison do not affect Yuu or her wielder. She still takes damage, but the skill basically negates all status effects-kind of Passive Abilities. This means that if the opponent's passive ability is to make a cloud of poison that would increase its potency with a certain amount of posts, Seiten negates that ability, causing her to not take any kind of damage. This includes any status effects that would other wise be thrown at her. Being injected with poison, her meister will not take after damage. Her partner takes damages from the first hits only, but any after damage is negated.
