Children weren't something that Selene gave all that much thought to, other than it being something her parents wanted from her and while a large part of her thought that with her being such a huge disappointment to them anyway, what was something else to add to the list? Except she actually kind of liked kids and while she had never given it much thought before, now she found she was considering it. Maybe the time was right.
Selene started by looking over her expenses. Could she even afford a child? It seemed that her lifestyle was frugal enough that it was. That was good, since there was no guarantee whoever she imbued with would co-parent with her, and she was okay with that anyway since she certainly didn't have time for a relationship even though she could make time for a child. She had the room, she had the means. She was ready to do this, and if it wasn't a pure Fallen, then that was a snub to her parents who had never specified but were obviously expecting her to find a fellow Fallen to give them grandchildren.
