Description: just like kakashi’s Chidori you’re gathering raw chakra in the blade of your sword to give it more power but with this type of Chidori you’re maintaining it for long periods of time which can sometimes kill the user

Requirements: Large amounts of chakra
Permission: anyone who is willing to train for it

Description:when paired with the Lightning sword technique you rush forward and push a large amount of chakra into the enemy thereby hindering the enemy crippled for a medium period of time be careful of how you use it though.

Requirements: the Lightning sword technique, and chakra
Permission: anyone who trains hard enough

Description: this is pretty self explanatory but let me explain it anyway it allows the user to temporarily “convert” your body part into iron that you wish but it can go horribly wrong ( it can basically rebound and horribly deform your body part and can never be returned to its original form ) so be careful when you convert!

Requirements: Massive amounts of chakra
Permission: sages, and those in the Kerie clan

Description: this jutsu makes the one it’s used on literary jump by pushing electricity into the person it’s used on

This needs more detail, are you saying you can convert your body parts into whatever substance or material in existence? What determines if it goes wrong?

Sounds like it'll be a Genjutsu, so it'll need a specific trigger, be it a pulsing electrical field, or something more specific.
