Here is something interesting I learned about.

I need to find the article but there was an experiment where a large sample of Gay, Straight, and Bisexual men were tested. Each of them had censors hooked up to their body to pick up on the body's changes when one is aroused. The men were showed provocative pictures of men and women.

Of course all the men who identified at straight were only arounsed by the pictures of females and the men who identifies as gay were only aroused by the men.

Here is what interested me. All of the men who identified as bisexual were only aroused by one of the genders, not both, leading scientists to think that men cannot be bisexual.

That or bisexual is a state of mind and emotion rather than sex.

And again.. what about the women? Were they tested? I think that if they are going to do studies like that, then they need to do so for both genders.

But that is pretty interesting.

The thing is when they DO experiments on lesbians they don't get results.

It's fine...

anyways I have a theory that it has to do with testosterone being a more powerful sex hormone than estrogen.... Gay men both have and are attracted to the testosterone, straight men have it, straight women are attracted to it... all of those are the groups that it works for... with lezzies it's just a whole lot of estrogen.

Although lesbians have different blink-time reactions than straight women, o_O

So are you saying that maybe we are attracted to the same sex because of biological reasons? Like for lesbians, there is something that makes us attracted to estrogen instead of testosterone..? Or the level of estrogen in lesbians are higher than most women? Or both?

And what's our blink-time reaction? Is it faster?

I'm not sure, I read the article a long time ago... I just know it's different.. wouldn't that be creepy though for one day people to be able to bypass the "Am I or Am I Not" stage and just have a blink time test?

Also yes, I totally think we're attracted to estrogen and not testosterone. I think it's also why yes lesbians get horny but I have yet to see any lesbian as horny as a guy. I believe that is because of the guys having testosterone... thought girls do have small amounts of it, just less... it's why we get little bits of facial hair and such.

And I think, I'm not sure, that estrogen might be a weaker hormone so it may be harder to test scientifically get results on experiments that involve just estrogen only (lesbians) than those that involve testosterone or being attracted to it.

That would be pretty freaky. I'd hate to be tested and rounded up like those people in V for Vendetta....

Hmmm.. I never thought of it that way before. Are you saying lesbians are more horny than a straight girl? I was going to say that maybe it has to do with our small amount of testoserone but I dont know how that could fit. If we had a higher level of testoserone, we would have deeper voices.. etc.

And Im not quite sure what you meant in your last paragraph. sweatdrop

I think that is kinda funny, that guys usually stick to one side with sex, that would be a little hard on them, emotionally they could love a gay, but physically they can be atracted to women, I would feel sorry for them.
