It was late.

The show had finally crawled to a close, the VIP guests lead away, those with backstage passes had been escorted out and it was just her and her bandmates left backstage. Dessie was absently wiping the sweat from her face and neck with a towel when she noticed it. A partially imbued soulstone, left sitting on 'her' couch. More than one of them in fact. Turning, she caught the attention of her bandmates with her question.

"Hey, any of you plan on imbuing tonight and didn't tell the rest of us?" she called back. She got back negatives and a couple teasing remarks that she shrugged off. Setting aside her towel, she poked about the stones, hoping to find a mention of whoever had left them. They certainly weren't done. There seemed to be a missing piece in the magic.

Intrigued, Dessie was glad to find at least a small note left as an explanation. It was brief, inviting her to an imbuing party in the area the next night and expressing the hope that she'd bring along the soulstones to contribute. After all, who wouldn't want great rocker genes for their child?

Dessie hadn't really considered imbuing, or becoming a parent at all for that matter. It just wasn't something that appealed to her. However, the notion of there being parties for this sort of thing? Now that did hold her attention. She was completely down to join one of those. She might even end up taking one of those stones home. With that in mind, Dessie turned to the stone sitting on her couch.

"Guys looks like I have plans for tomorrow," she said with a bit of a grin. The stones weren't going anywhere, so she dropped her towel atop them and went to change. She'd pick it up on the way out and imbue it later, or perhaps even wait until tomorrow at the party. After all, she wouldn't want to be left out of the fun.
