XZ's Stronghold is the underground. A manhole leads to this facility although what lies below is a bit different than a standard sewer system, the area is dried out with the walls seemingly made from granite and limestone, surprisingly the area holds well enough for people to move throughout without worry. The area has been renovated like a maze, lightbulbs are located throughout to provide light. At the very center of the underground facility is a rectangular shaped room with only one entrance and exit, two dozens unconscious bodies are located there and laid down in a circle, in the center is a small stone pillar with a single cracked egg that glows with a dim yet ominous purple light.

Maguro got to the manhole he'd seen in Orihime's memories. He turned to Teshuva. "Best if ya stay with me, kiddo. If anyone stops us, you're the new recruit."
Maguro slid down into the manhole and began making his way through the maze, the best he could from Orihime's memories. She hadn't exactly thought about the whole place though... so this was only slightly better than wandering blindly.

Through a manhole? Was this really where their base was located? Teshuva followed after Maguro down the manhole, surprisingly the area wasn't filled with sewage water or anything of the lack, instead, it was more of a display of ancient tunnel passageway from the golden era. The area was visibly refurbished despite its appearance as different path with stairways and light could be located, the boy was curious as to what this place was meant for but this was something he'd have to wait to discover, if this was truly their base then Teshuva was on the right path. The boy stood close to Maguro as he heeded his words mostly due to his unknown information of this area, the Tengu boy seemed to have more knowledge than Teshuva had at the current time. They walked for a few more meters as Teshuva observed the surrounding construct, the walls and ceiling seemed stable but he wasn't entirely sure, Teshuva's mouth opened as he prepared to speak his mind but nothing came out.... Well, it was wrong to say nothing came out, instead, he simply didn't get the chance to say anything.
It was as if a hurricane had briefly ran right behind Maguro, the loud and unignorable rushing winds, the walls emitting a loud booming noise. Had Maguro glance behind him, Teshuva would be long gone as a massive hole could be seen on the right side and on the ground presumably where the unseen entity had gone.

Maguro stared at the hole for a moment. He swallowed. If he went in there, it might be his grave. But ******** it, this wouldn't be the stupidest thing he'd done. He just hoped he could get to the kid before he got eaten by the monster or whatever it was.
He made some hand seals and his body flared up with flames. As if he was going to let it snatch him away like that. He looked down the hole. Well....
He jumped down and used his flames to light the way as he ran after the thing.

Down the hole was like a slide, slime-like substance allowed individuals to slide against the surface with no resistance, the pathway looping and twisting around suddenly and without warning. Within a few seconds Maguro would find himself dropping within a rectangular shaped room with only one entrance and exit, two dozens unconscious bodies are located there and laid down in a circle, in the center is a small stone pillar with a single cracked egg that glows with a dim yet ominous purple light. Teshuva wasn't present among these numbers, although one tall male was present, his expression hidden by a blue visor. The male's head was facing Maguro and despite his apparent blindness, his reaction seemed more of something that was expected. "Who the ******** are you?"

Maguro would have normally did something like shout "weeee!" as he slid down such a slide, but considering the situation it was more terrifying than fun, so instead he changed it to "waaaaa!"
There room was strange. Dead people, an egg or something... and then this guy who seemed to realized Maguro didn't belong here.
"Take a wild guess," Maguro said in Orihime's voice. If this guy was here... he had to be a bad guy. So, Maguro ran towards him, throwing a punch at his chest. Maguro's flame armor was activated at A rank, so it would cause significant Katon damage to this person if he made contact.

For precisely three minutes the male remained motionless, though once those minutes were up his body shifted slightly, his skin started to crumble away, self-peeling off onto the ground to reveal a strangely cyan-colored layer of fur that glistened in the available light. The male stood back up in his new appearance, water dripping down from his body in high concentration as if a massive water balloon had ruptured inside of him. "Damn, that hurt." The male commented, with a wide grin his right arm cocked backward as he immediately shot it out towards Maguro's location, the lone limb extended far beyond normal human levels as it aimed to grasp Maguro's throat.
Had connection proven successful, the Uzumaki would find himself pinned against the wall elevated from the ground. His arm was saturated with water strong enough to quench out potential flames that the Uzumaki dared to utilize. "Why the hell are you down here?" He questioned with a stern expression regardless of his success or failed attack.

Huh. Well, that guy was easy enough to take down. Maguro looked over the room.
The thing that drew him in the most was the strange egg. So, Maguro stepped over the unconscious bodies, walked up to the glowing egg. Once he’d deactivated his fire shield, he placed his hand on the egg to see if anything happened.
If nothing happened, he would pick it up, place it in the mouth of the man he had just knocked out, and focus chakra into it.

Despite what occurred, the ceiling of the room would begin to rumble causing small bits of rocks to crash down rapidly, the sound of objects crashing left and right could be heard. Within a few seconds, Teshuva's body burst through the ceiling a few meters from Maguro's right side. His body bounces for a few time as it rolled against the ground, the boy seemed visibly wounded as he halted on his knees. "Watch out!" He shouted out and within that moment a behemoth of a creature burst through the ceiling, filling the area with a thick cloud of debris. What stood inside? Something of great fear, horror, and dread! A giant golden chicken!

Maguro dropped the egg and his transformation was forcibly reversed as he was suddenly pinned against the wall. The guy should have gone after his hands. He quickly made the hand-signs and this time, his body would erupt into an A rank Raiton aura, which would electrocute the man covered in water.
Once the man had released him, he would speak. “Now, tell me what you did with Tesh-“ Before he could say anything else, Teshuva burst through the ceiling, with some kind of terrifying… chicken!?
“What… the Hell!?” Maguro shouted at Teshuva. Then he noticed how injured the boy appeared. “Did- Did that chicken do that to you!?”
Maguro turned and stared the huge chicken straight in the eyes. “You are truly a fearsome beast… but so am I.” He gritted his teeth and titled his head, “I’m the evil Wizard who once covered this world in corruption! Until I just got bored of doing that. So, monsters like you should bow down to me!” His Raiton aura flared, and even though he sounded confident… inside his body was screaming at him that this chicken was about to kill him.

The male's body jolting before dropping his grasp on Maguro, his skin twitching and converting until the pores opened up, exhaling a small gust of wind as the liquid that escaped dried out. Cracks formed around his dried out flesh as he chuckled, though this was completely cut off as the behemoth dropped, the male didn't seem all to surprise but more expectant of this arrival. "You ******** up kid, thinking you can ruin our plans?" The male stood up from behind Maguro as the large Chicken creature screeched with an ear-deafening cry. "Quit talking as if you're worth the talk! Like hell we're going to let a bunch of brats ruin this assault!" The giant bird opened up its mouth as it started to gather up a large amount of Anti-chakra in the shape and color of a white glowing sphere, Teshuva stiffened at the sight of this and if Maguro was unable to provide his own protection, the boy would immediately dash towards him as a mean to tackle him on the ground. Regardless, the giant Bird would clasp its beak before the entirety of the tunnel was consumed by a blinding white-light and the sound of an explosion. There was no heat, though the pressure was tremendous as the walls cracked and shattered under it.

Maguro was surprised to see this guy was hardly even phased after being hit by a second A rank attack.
It didn't seem like he was going to be able to talk his way out of this, or if the chicken could even understand him. As the white light began forming, Maguro made hand-signs once more, activating his Katon Sheild on top of his Raiton. "Katon: Furious Lizard Flame Conversation!" He called out.
Now, with his stacked armor, he would be able to negate damage from A rank or lower attacks, and partially from S rank attacks. He should be able to tank the chicken's attack, though, the force would still knock him down.
Maguro felt around on the ground and picked up his signature weapon, a rock... or he meant to, but instead found himself holding the egg again. He hurled it at the chicken monster's face.
Then he got up and attempted to bear hug the man he'd been fighting. It seemed it was life or death now, so he didn't intend to release him until his dual elemental auras had finished the man off.

Teshuva laid weakly on the ground as his body was encased in a gentle green cube barrier, the exterior of which displayed cracks and fissures from damage. The boy wasn't able to fully counter the assault but it seemed that Maguro managed to survive as well, Teshuva slowly brought himself up to his right knee as he held his damaged right shoulder tightly. Blood dripped from the open wound, the Corrupt Creature gazed with rage-filled eyes and its accomplice didn't remotely display harm from the previous detonation.... Was there some sort of safe-zone near the beast? Teshuva glanced behind him as Maguro reached out to grab the egg, the beast reacting with a flinch as it was thrown like a projectile, immediately bolting towards it and grasping it in its mouth with a wide clamp. "!?" He didn't know how to respond to such a reckless feat, though it seemed to have somewhat calmed down the beast.
Kurotsuchi head flick towards Maguro as he came towards him, an expression of annoyance filled his face. Clapping his hands together Kurotsuchi extended both arms forward with open palms facing Maguro, his brow bent inward as the Giant Golden Chicken gazed with confusion towards the incoming male and his supposed master below. "Don't you dare think for a second you've won this!" With that the male launched a powerful gust of wind towards the incoming Maguro, though this wasn't meant to damage as the wind simply sought to hinder his movement, instead, this was to drag the debris and rocks that scattered the area from the previous detonation.
Had his attack proven successful, effectively generating a sort of wall of wind ahead of Maguro, the Uzumaki would find himself along with Teshuva encase in a tornado of rushing winds, the debris that scattered the ground, rocks ranging from different sizes threatening to violently smash against them before hurling them out upward into the streets via the shattered hole generated by the technique. Kurotsuchi along with the Golden Chicken would immediately follow after, leaping from the tunnel and towards the streets above.

Huh? The chicken was… not attacking them now? Had he accidently done something super-effective?
As the wind collided with Maguro, his flame absorbed it. It flared up beyond the area immediately around his body, incinerating the debris, and actually charring Maguro’s skin, as he couldn’t fully protect himself from it at this strength. Still, he couldn’t proceed forward with the strong winds.
He instead leapt backwards, standing in front of Teshuva, and protecting him by acting as a barrier from the debris. “Kid, you’re a spider man who can use magnets, right? Then can use use magnets to blow me into that guy?” He got ready to jump towards Kurostuchi is Teshuva complied.

Spider-man? It took Teshuva a full second to understand what Maguro was going on about, though the word Magnet brought more attention to Masamune than to this Spider-man, the boy shook his head left and right before speaking. "I'm not a Masamune...Unfortunately, aren't you with Tengu, can't you use that release?" The wounded boy brought himself up to his feet, with Maguro protecting him he shouldn't be standing back as dead-weight. "There is something else I can do..." Muttering to himself, Teshuva's body immediately illuminated in a bright blue light, his skin becoming completely white along with his hair, his sclera shifting to blue, his oculars altering to a pearl coloration with a strange symbol embedding on the far right side of his forehead.
As Teshuva stood up, crystalized wings emerged from behind as he extended his right arm forward.
