Description: this jutsu is just a simple flame jutsu that is only used for tempering and melting metal it can be dangerous if not used properly.

Requirements: Genin level ninja must be a Crafter or Blacksmith
Permission: Crafter and Blacksmith

Description: Black flames otherwise known as death flames only those who are powerful are able to even come close to using this. By the way the name is a misnomer it does kill it just causes severe mental pain that makes you wish that you were dead
