Adamantine didn't have a crazy amount of injuries from her fight with Kamacite, thankfully, and that made it easier her for to prepare for the fight with the next contender.
Looking at the woman and her scar specifically told Adamantine that she was probably skilled and practiced in the styles of fighting.
Since her last opponent was a Senshi, she was secretly pleased to be facing a captain instead. Her eyes warily watched the weapons.
She moved quickly towards the captain, bring her leg up for a swipe with the pointy end of her heel.

HP: 28 DMG: 7 Pyrite had enjoyed the last match. Well, not in the sense that she'd been stabbed but in the fact she was being allowed to hurt others and would be rewarded for it. Such things brought a smile to her face, gold cracks exposed with taut skin. Her new opponent was a corrupt senshi and the captain felt a tingle run down her spine. This would be wonderful. Flicking a dagger in her hand, she waited patiently until the woman neared, her sharp heel catching Pyrite in the arm. A red scrape, drops of blood stained cloth. "Oh perfect perfect! Another pretty one- I couldn't get the last one's eyes." She hummed, slashing her dagger at the senshi. "I won't forget to grab you're though!"

Pyrite's slash hit true, digging into the dress and tearing at fabric and skin. A small thin line of blood appeared just above her hip where her outstretched leg had been.
She didn't bother letting the taunt or threat of her eye being taken bother her, She was a quick senshi too. She just needed to stay calm. Laby would expect that. She didn't fear the dagger, like she should, whatever damage she would get would be returned.
She quickly moved in again, this time drawing her hand back in a pointed motion, aiming for the woman's chest to knock the breath out of her.
Make her weak, the senshi thought, make her body unable to attack so you could.

HP: 20 DMG: 8 Pyrite fell back with a shout, her body hitting the floor before she realized that she was prone. The senshi had hit her hard enough to send her down. The senshi had fought back with decent force. The senshi was silent. That, more than anything, made Pyrite angry. "You're not screaming." No words, no voices. Pain but no reaction. Pyrite thrived off of the satisfaction that came with making her opponents crumble and collapse. This senshi wasn't showing she would. Pyrite hissed, getting up, pupils blown wide as a snarl left her frame. "You're not SCREAMING!" Another dagger she dove for the woman, wanting a reaction, wanting to hear her pain.

Adamantine's eyes only widened at the shouts from the captain, a brow raising as the woman lost her her cool, diving right at her with the dagger. Adamantine would never make a sound though. No matter how she was attacked.
No matter how she was abused. If she made sounds, the beatings would get worst, He would take pleasure, He'd do it harder, to make her suffer. Her eyes glazed, as the dagger dug into her shoulder, this time only causing a small gasp, so quiet, it was like breathing out air.
It effectively made her arm harder to use, the blood seeping into her dress and dying the dark navy blue, even deeper in color. She smacked the woman away, before jumping back.
She still made no sound though, not a sound. She would never make a sound.

Adamantine had been interesting to watch in her first battle, when Larimar hadn't been blinking sunspots out of their vision - for how elegant and impractical her outfit seemed, as far as they were aware she'd used no magic the entire time. That ran pretty much totally contrary to the way she looked, and they hadn't expected it; she wasn't their opponent (and it still smarted, the fact Nambulite had taken them down in their seconds of inattention) so they didn't worry. But they were interested all the same.
And then there was Pyrite. Larimar winced as those daggers hit. That looked nasty - almost as nasty as the look on the face of the wielder.

HP: 18 DMG: 7 Stupid woman and stupid magic and stupid stupid stupid. Pyrite had been good, she'd behaved, and now? Now she no longer cared to. The senshi was being quiet and no matter how much she hurt the alien, she made no sound. It drove Pyrite mad. She was trying to defend, to hurt Pyrite, but in the crazed captain's mind all she saw was a stubborn woman who refused to play by the rules. When Pyrite hurt you, you were supposed to scream. No screaming was very clearly, against said rules. The dagger was thrown to the side as she dove for the woman, fingers like claws, seeking flesh to rip and rend. "Stupid senshi!" She yelled. "Why won't you scream?"

Daggers were abandoned in favor of Pyrite ripping at her, and she did, grabbing at the dress and tearing into it. Not that the corrupt cared but she had the slash mark and the small stab on her shoulder.
With Pyrite's hands digging and scratching at her skin, she did her best to fight her off, and the fell to the ground, rolling. Ada's dress was by no means, good to fight against and she couldn't use her legs to push her off.
But she still made no sound, if anything, she did everything possible to not make another sound.
stop, stop, get bored, get off her, go away. if you beat her, you'll get bored, go away go away.
Chase. Chase. Chase. Please.

"ADAMANTINE!" Silk was hugging the boundary of the fighting arena as much as he was allowed to without stepping in bounds. The kitten's back was arched, though this time out of pure distress than actual anger. This was ******** insane! His golden eyes were the size of saucers, and surely this couldn't be allowed, right? This wasn't fighting this was just---Nasty. "I didn't upgrade you so that you could just take that s**t! You got upgraded so that you could fight back! So that no one could hurt you without you having a chance!" He yowled. "So don't just take that s**t from that b***h! FIGHT BACK!"

They might have been occasionally called heartless by outside sources, but if there wasn't a very real and very legitimate - seeming possibility dear Captain Pyrite would have exited the designated fighting space and chosen them as her next stabbing (or general maiming) target, Larimar would have called some words of encouragement to the senshi down in the ring. She looked like she was barely fighting back, only trying to reflexively hit away any weapons that came near; even for Larimar, that hurt to watch. They'd seen Adamantine take out her opponent coldly and efficiently before - this was worrying.
They rested their chin on one palm, positioned just - so that their teeth pressed indentations into their knuckles, and contemplated the fight (now starting to border more than a little on bloodbath, and Larimar appreciated a good bloodbath, but this was just depressing). Alright, alright, so. A click of the tongue as they thought. Still don't know the Senshi's magic, but whatever emotional - breakdown - slash - disassociation she's going through at the moment isn't exactly lending itself to her having a comeback. Shame. She was fun to watch. And it's not like I've never disassociated. Their eyes flickered to Pyrite, who looked - in contrast - like she was having the time of her (psychotic, murderous) life. If I wasn't sure before, I don't want to be in the same room with her, possibly ever. That's not the way you have a good, enjoyable attempt at simultaneous murder. That's an idiot with - well, I'd say a shotgun, but none of us actually have guns so the simile doesn't work - that's an idiot with weapons I'm surprised she isn't cutting herself on, with that edge she's giving off. One capable Senshi who's disassociating herself into a hospital visit, and one maniac screaming like being loud and ******** insane gives her bonus points on the round? This isn't best two out of three, you ******** idiot.
Then they pulled their hand away from their mouth with a grumble, the imprint of their teeth white on their flesh. I need gloves or something. Bad idea. Bad thinking position.

HP: 18 DMG: 2 Pyrite was having none of it. She'd stabbed, she clawed- not a sound. Nary a whimper as the senshi took her attacks and acted so insufferably indifferent about her wounds and the damage Pyrite inflicted. Pushed back, the captain hesitated for a moment, eyes unfocused, darting around the area to scan for the interference, the noises that buzzed around them like angry bees. Spectators, interlopers, they wished to take away her prey, her target. Her silent senshi. A wild howl of rage, she lunged at Adamantine once more, this time seeking her face.

Ada at least blocked the digs at her eyes bit that didn't mean that Pyrite's. She pulled her fist back, punching the woman directly in the face to get her off.
