Leifite was not recovered from her first bout. Oh, she'd had food and water, and a nice glob of energy, but her hip still throbbed with pain. The med team said she was healed, or at least healed enough to fight. She wasn't so sure. Lingering injuries to that hip did not make for a good time.
She tried to not limp into the arena, gingerly favoring her right side. She bowed her head at the other agent, who looked more like he should be in a hospital than in Negaspace, and prepared herself.
"I wouldn't expect you to," she said as he advanced, swinging a right hook. Problem with that, she had to put weight on her left leg to brace for the block and her hip buckled. She took the blow fully in the jaw, and spat blood on the sands.
So she retaliated in the most logical way: an elbow straight for his solar plexus.
