Because of several years in a coven and yoga, I've found I can't really draw in energy without either making an equivalent hand motion or inhaling/exhaling it through my body. While this works, its very slow and I think it limits the amount of energy I can pull in. Since we almost always pair this with other energy raising techniques (chant, movement), it wasn't a problem until now. Any suggestions as to how to break the habit? Or should I just continue to be dramatic? smile

Or should I just continue to be dramatic? smile you've tried grounding correct? just try diffrent visualizations and such, or just wait for azana or guitarhero sweatdrop they're better at explaining and energies than I am...

Or should I just continue to be dramatic? smile There are many diffrent types of energy, knowing what you are talking in will help us tell you a simpler way. For example necromancers energy is sometimes called 'deaths essence' which is a diffrent type of energy. Alot of times the longer it takes to get the energy is better because tring to get it fast can (depending on the energy) have conciquences. Hope this helps.

I wouldn't worry about it, but I suggest that you DON'T get into Necromancy.

Im sorry but I have trouble with drawing in energy and keeping it there. Am i correct in thinking that this because I can't keep my concentration, right? and also, im not sure if i have the energy in my hands. (Plz tell me if this is energy or not) I feel like pulse almost and my it feels like compressed air almost. Like the air got thicker or something.
And one last thing, i am hoping to be able to do telekinesis, how does that work? what kind of training do i need?
