1. Skills. We prefer weakest skill to be something that'll impact you on the battfield (also you've written it's one of your talents, but I'm guessing that's an error)
2. Other weapons and items. You've got too much good stuff here, sorry. I don't see how you're carrying the mines around, not sure how I feel about the goggles (will ask the others).
3. Semblance. I think I understand what you're trying here and it's pretty cool. I will say however until level 2, where you can keep your upper half solid, you can't attack in that form. I'm also gonna need a time limit for this, once the total time has been used it needs to recharge (to stop from switching back and forth too much).
