Kaileen got into paintball by her father and three older brothers. Being the only girl in her family she played them a couple of times. She felt she had no choice but she never really thought she would end up liking it.
Now paintball is the only way she can not only spend time with her father and brothers abut to also relieve stress. It has also come to the point where she no longer feel any kind of pain from the paint. The same can't go for her brothers and even her father who she has prepped to no end.
It's something that gets her adrenaline pumping. Win or lose, She has fun. It's just so fun running around and not only outwitting but being able to spray them with paint. Paint that hurts. She enjoys walking around and pretending to be a solder.

Kaileen has over two hundred menu's from restaurants which she keeps in different show boxes all alphabetically and by kind of restaurants Some of them from Destiny City and some of them from different cities.
They offer so much more than food. They offer a glimpse into society. Her collection has given her "entrée" into many different worlds.
Virtues:
Trust worthy
Kai loves hearing secrets. She is also good at keeping them. She won't tell no more (well she doesn't really have anyone to tell them to so...) But even if she did she won't tell them.
There are many secrets that she knows that she hasn't told anyone, like when her older brother stoped out of college and pretends to go to classes, or her other brother pays someone to make fake report cards or what she found in one brothers closet.
Respectful
Kai believes that respect has great importance in everyday life. Kai was taught to respect her parents, teachers, and elders, family and cultural traditions.
Kai is also very respectful to her elders. For her the elderly have a life time of experience. They served in wars. They were part of major events. They have great wisdom to impart. Kai loves listening to stories told by the elderly about life when they were her age. First hand knowledge.
calm
Kai is the calm one in the family. She always has a cool head. Unlike her brothers and most times her father she is able to keep a level head at times when the situation calls for It. Falling under pressure is not her thing.
Flaws:
Sheltered
Being not only the youngest in her family but also the only daughter, Kai doesn't really get to out much. At least not by herself. While her four brothers got to to to an actually school Kai had to stay home and be home schooled by her father.
Her father didn't really teach her much. He only taught her what he wanted her to know, which wasn't much. Most of her lessons were mostly guy related. Lessons comprised of how to shoot a gun 101, The different types of gambling, just to name a few.
Socially awkward
Kai didn't learn any of the necessary social skills and is more street smart than anything. Kai had been really been able to go out much by herself. It is always as a family t with one of her brothers. She doesn't know hw to communicate with people outside of her family, including boys.
spoiled Because of the closeness of her family she is used to getting what she wants. She has never heard the word "no." Her father, geandpatents, and brothers just hand her whatever she desires.
Sailor Scout Attack: Petal Confusing Drizzle •Paeonia makes a fist and says her attack name. She opens her hand and small petals appear and she blows them at her target. •if the petals make contact the target begins to feel a light dizzy feeling and they become confused for a while. •can only be used three times. •Can hit friend or foe •Does not do any lasting damage. •effects vanish after 10 seconds •She has to be in a close range. (3ft)
Super Sailor Scout Attack:
Petal Confusing Flurry •Paeonia makes a fist and says her attack. She opens her hands palms up and petals appear in the center of her palms. She then blows at the petals towards her target •If the petals make contact the target starts to feel a dizzy like effect and they might forget where they are and become confused. •Can only be used 2 times •Can only last 20 seconds •Can effect friend or foe •She has to be in a lose range (7-8 ft)
Eternal Sailor Attack:
Petal Confusing Mist •Paeonia makes a fist and says her attack. She opens her hands to reveal petals in the center of her Palm. She blows the petals at her intended target. The scent of the peonies becomes overwhelming to the target. The target begin to feel confused and dizzy. They are hit with a strange sense of disorientation so strong that it feels as though they have shrunk down to the size of peonies. They will be met with an illusion that they have been turned into flowers and may feel a sensation of helplessness, confusion, weakness. In this state they do not actually change form, but it is a mental illusion designed to be disorienting. •Can only be used once per battle •Can last for 45 seconds •Can effect all enemies within a fifteen foot radius of her.

Additionally, while it is magic is workable, it would also help to have a little bit more information on the effects of the magic. For example, the targets think and feel like they are peonies—how would this manifest in game? What is the general idea of the sensation they would feel? It may be easier to draw some of the effects of magic from previous attacks—such as how the petals coming into contact with people made them dizzy, and in addition to that they could also feel like wilting flowers and become dizzy and disoriented, and also small and fragile as if they are only peonies?

And unfortunately I am terrible with attacks so I can't help much there, but maybe if you look up the language of flowers peony you might get some inspiration? Like here for example.

Like Bros said, Asteria is taken, but if you're in need of a replacement name, might I suggest Paeonia? It's not taken, and is named for the Peony flower, which would work nicely for a senshi of peonies!

I did the civi side and was wondering if you could look over it? I'm still struggling with the power side. And I'm sorry for that. I'm not not sharpest when it comes to things like this. I did change the length of time for the eternal attack

The civilian side looks pretty good and you are really close! I would suggest changing ‘respects the elderly’ to being ‘respectful’; we suggest traits that are going to be applicable in a wide variety of situations, and if she is only respectful of the elderly than this trait is going to manifest very rarely (especially in RPs where most of the characters would not be so different in age from her.)
You could clarify that she knows how to be respectful to everyone (especially if she is socially awkward, maybe she could treat people with a really archaic/prominent sort of respect that people don’t usually see today?). But you could also clarify that she is particularly respectful to her elders/the elderly!
For her powered side, I hope this isn’t too forward, but I would suggest something like this:

I changed a few things and just want to explain why! I added more description to the actual effects of the magic (Because I think there will be situations where players don’t understand how to play their character thinking they are a flower, and adding extra effects to it gives them more to work with while also increasing the potency of her magic!
I altered the use to once per battle (Since this is the common number of uses for eternal magic) but raised it to 45 seconds so you were still getting a fuller time limit out of it.
I also clarified that it can affect all enemies within a fifteen foot radius to let players know how close their character has to be to hers to be affected (and it lets us know how many people can be affected, too!). So she could have either one person in a fifteen foot radius or, say, thirty—and her magic could affect all of them, giving this much more use!
You don’t have to use that suggestion if you don’t like it, but I wanted to at least outline what I was trying to talk about if that is useful at all for designing magic in the future!
