Lucas learned to cook as a young boy by watching Julia Child by chance, and found himself in love with the idea. Slowly he earned the parental OK to cook unsupervised, by both studying cook books and how-tos, and has blossomed into the guy making many dishes. He loves trying something new, even if his favorites are often simple-- just because.

Music

Not everyone loves music for no reason, but Lucas does. He doesn't have special reasons, it just makes him feel good, and he loves things like world music, alternative, pop, rock, and similar as well as gaming soundtracks. When able, Lucas will begin dancing and rocking out, even if he looks dumb. Why? It's fun.

Video Games

Lucas is a closet video game geek. He uses his allowance sometimes to buy the latest console or game, and he adores RPGs for the stories. \\\lucas is that guy who can talk ears off about his interests, or seem entirely clueless, so his hobby is a loose secret at best, saved to share only if he won't be teased.

Lucas understands your pain; your side of things. A sympathetic soul, Lucas tries to understand both sides of a situation or people he deals with, to better understand them and be kinder. He feels for people, and does his best to be understanding, even if he might not agree.

Supportive

Lucas is there for people. Friends, family, a sad trash hobo -- Lucas has your back with a helping hand, warm meal, and warmer smile. He sometimes even inconveniences himself to help prop someone up, and has been there as moral support for friends and family. Whatever happens, anyuone who knows Lucas knows he's got people's backs.

Lucas is a pocket of sunshine and kindness. When he meets people, Lucas is friendly, bubbly, and happy -- the fact he's positive and open often draws others to him, but not always. A generally happy guy, Lucas is next to never down, instead more focused on the positive than the negative 85% of the time.

Thin-Skinned

Lucas is sensitive. He knows he gives his all to people, so when it's rejected, blows up, or worst, he's betrayed, it hurts. Yes, Lucas will cry. Yes, he will be wounded easily by some things most consider part of life, especially cynics... But that doesn't make his feelings invalid.

Ends justify the means

Lucas doesn't seem like it but if someone he cares for or he himself have what he feels is a need (even wants)... Look out. Lucas, based on these cases, will do what he feels he must for a task - steal, manipulate, fight.... For himself or his family and friends' happiness and well being the ends justify anything 'wrong'.

Hyperfocused

When Lucas focuses, he doesn't half-a**. He sticks with the task, and breaking his focus is an experiment in futility. Lucas has tunnelvision, and nobody will be seeing him until he's finished... Or frustrated and Done With It.

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION

Eyes: Lucas has narrow, near-grapefruit pink eyes with some damn long lashes for a dude.

Hair: White, curly, and about jaw length. He actually tries taming it but it will not be tamed, to Lucas' chagrin.

Face: Luca's face is like most of him - rounded. Technically it's pale and heart shaped, but, well, Lucas is a pudgy guy.

Clothes: In winter Lucas wears a geek Tee over a turtleneck, jeans and a trench, In summer just a tee or tank top. Lucas has a 'bear' build, so while he's definitely chubby, hes also muscular. One does not stay active as he can be and love food like him and stay skinny...
