Hika was looking around in the woods, her expression one of mild displeasure. It was so blasted COLD, and who on Earth thought sending people here was a good plan? Who was going to go camping in weather like this? It was snowy, it was cold, and there was ice on the lakes nearby. She was only grateful that they had provided decent winter gear, to people they sent here.

She heard a voice, and stared in disbelief, then headed towards it. She stopped, and peered curiously at the strange visage heading towards her. This seemed to not be a human, but... Whoever they were, they also seemed to be not trying to sneak, or hide, so she suspected they were not ready to attack.

Hika hoped not, certainly. She was not used to these claws yet. After a moment, she spoke up. "Ah. Hello. Are you lost?"

Hika blinked at that reaction. So this odd little being had been here before, and had met humans? As far as Hika knew, the only humans that could SEE creatures like this were Hunters. If the other Hunters had not harmed her, Hika was inclined to follow suit. "I, yes, am new to this area." She considered the small... Female? No, Hika was not going to be so rude as to assume gender. That was unkind, and Hika knew all too well how uncomfortable it could be to be misgendered, even by accident. Finally, she decided to introduce herself, but something about the creature spoke of familiarity with... at least some traditions.

"I am Fujiwara Hikaru, but I go by Hika." She finally decided to say, curious as to how the other would handle it. "And, thank you... It is much like a fukubukuro, almost..." She said, with interested, regarding the bags. "I would appreciate that, for I have not had a chance to go fukubukuro shopping in a long time. Perhaps next year, I will get that chance... Once I have some money saved up, perhaps, I can hit up a mall in Tokyo, or perhaps Fukuoka. I shall have to see when 2019 comes along..."

Hika looked at the little bag, with a small smile. It did smell lovely, and it was adorable. The comment about disintegration had her brows lifting up curiously. "Do things from the world of Halloween disintegrate in our world, usually?" She asked, with honest curiosity. "I am quite new to all of this, so I am still learning these things, you see." She gently tucked the adorable pouch into her pocket, to use in her room later. She also planned to take a photo of it, so she would be able to have that, at least, ongoing as a memory of this interesting gift from such an interesting new acquaintance.

"And oh? What part of Japan did you visit? I need to go back, truly. I have not been home since I was a child." She sounded distant for a moment, and a little sad, but her expression did not betray anything beyond that. "And yes, you should. Lucky Bags are quite fun. It's like a game, really, if you ask me. I would like to go and try to get some with beauty products in them, for instance... But I shall wait patiently! Patience is a skill I have learned to perfect."

"That is good to know. I will remember that. Please do not stay so long that you dissipate. You seem to be a nice person."

She watched the girl shake the bag, while she listened. "Generally, no, I avoid the abandoned places. They often are sad, for me. Signs of things that were once good, and great, now lost to the sands of time, you see." Her tone was wistful. "But if you had a wonderful time, that is what matters." The comment about makeup had Hika's eyes going wide. "I wish I could use such a thing, because the human makeup, while useful, is... a lot of work, and decidedly not magical."

Ah... apparently the girl had missed when Hika had introduced herself before. "Fujiwara Hikaru, but call me Hika. It is a pleasure to meet you, Toki." She shook Toki's hand, unworried by the things she held, and smiled warmly. What an interesting, and unusual, being Hika had met today.
