The fact that there was so much snow on the ground didn’t bother Wavellite too much. Her outfit was at least warm enough to keep out some of the chill in the air, and besides…she loved the snow. She loved the look of it, the feel of it…and when you had enough sweetened condensed milk…she loved the taste of it too.
She felt a senshi nearby and paused, her head lifting and eyes narrowing as she tried to figure out who it might be…because if it was a certain senshi…well. It had been far too long, and she missed her little warrior princess terribly.
Finally, the lieutenant spotted who it was, and her face split into a grin when she realized that it was her Xenia. Fate had brought them together once again.
Slowly, and as silently as she could, Wavellite scooped a handful of snow, shaped it into a rough looking snowball, and lobbed it as hard as she could, hoping that with her enhanced strength it hit the mark…the back of her girlfriend’s head.
When she saw that the snowball had indeed gone where she intended, she burst into giggles, running to cross the distance between herself and Xenia.
“Hello my beautiful princess, it’s been far too long…I haven’t seen you in ages.”

Xenia was pretty okay with the snow, too. It was...fun, to be out in it, to run through it and maybe do a couple practice kicks and punches just to trace the path of her "fight" in footprints in the snow. Sure, she was a little cold, but that was why she was wearing a jacket over her uniform to make sure she stayed a little warmer.
She could feel a Lieutenant's aura, but honestly the longer time went on, the less she was at all nervous about dealing with the Negaverse. Besides, there was always a chance that any given Lieutenant was Wavellite, and...she was really, really longing to see her girlfriend again.
She was only half-paying attention to where she was going when she felt something cold and wet smack her in the back of the head, and she spun around, ready to be angry -- but as soon as she realized who was there, running towards her, her face spread into a bright, wide grin.
"Hey!" She spread her arms open to welcome Wavellite into a hug as the other girl ran over. "I've missed you so much," she said. "It's so good to see you again, how have you been?"
Of course, the entire time, she was pondering her options for snowy revenge. Because these things could only be met one way, after all.

When Wavellite reached Xenia, she wrapped her in a tight hug, planting no less than a dozen kisses all over her face. “Christmas sucked without you with me…you better be with me by next Christmas, Xe or I’m going to go utterly crazy.”
The words were spoken with a soft fervor and she held the girl much more tightly. “Also, Xe, we have to make sure not to let so much time go between our visits...I hated being without you these few months. Seriously.”
Quietly she nuzzled her face into the crook of Xenia’s neck. “You’re still wanting to come to the Negaverse, right? You still want to be with me? Corrupt to be with me?” It had been so long…anything could have changed, and she knew that…this was the one moment she had to really make sure none of her carefully laid plans were messed up because luck hadn’t had them meeting up. Because they had different schedules or…or just because life hated them.
“Because if you tell me no, Xenia, I’ll start crying, I swear I will.”

Xenia giggled and smattered her own kisses over Wavellite's face, eyes wide and bright. "I know, it was awful, I would've way rather spent it with you." She sighed. "But soon. I can feel it. I can't...wait all that much longer."
That was the worst part. The waiting, the....distance. Not seeing Wavellite for weeks, months at a time, because they were on opposite sides and had to run into each other by chance. She wanted Wavellite to have her phone number so they could text and plan meetings and go on dates like a regular couple.
Her eyes widened, briefly, at the question. "Of course I still want to!" She said. "I never stopped wanting to, and I'm never gonna stop wanting to." She squeezed Wavellite tight, a warm, comforting embrace. "I want to be with you, and I....I think I need to be in the Negaverse. I think it's....where I belong."
A slightly wicked grin crossed her face, though, and she reached, briefly, to scoop up some snow off a nearby bench. "All that sappy stuff said, though, you beaned me with a snowball and I owe you one." She proceeded to shove a handful of snow down her girlfriend's back, because...well, because she was a dumb teenager in love, and hopefully it would make Wavellite smile.

Wavellite relaxed, grinning brightly as Xenia said all of the right things…she really wasn’t above draining her to the point of passing out and calling for Ashanite to help if that was going to come to it…if Xe had changed her mind…she would have done that in a heartbeat…she wanted the girl by her side more than she had ever wanted anyone in her life…perhaps they were actually soulmates or something…as dumb as that was to say…she really felt it.
“Of course it’s where you belong. You were made to wear black, not that white that washes out your skin tone like it’s nobody’s business…you…”
Her words were cut short as a squeal of surprise was wrenched from her, breaking away from the embrace, Wavellite hopped around, trying to get the snow out of her shirt. “Holy s**t Xe, that was so cold!.” There was some anger in her voice, but she was laughing too, once all of the snow was gone, she scooped up another snowball, paused, and then let it go, choosing instead to tackle the senshi to the ground into the snow.
“Remember, I have a much bigger desire for revenge due to the chaos that’s running through me. When you’re part of our group, you’ll know what I mean, but until then…” She pinned her girlfriend’s arms down, straddling the younger girl and grinning down at her. “Until then. I will always be the winner. Snow bones about it.” She winked and leaned down, pressing a long kiss to Xenia’s lips.

Xenia couldn't help but laugh, watching Wavellite shake the snow out of her shirt. "Yeah, well, the one you got me with was cold, too, so there ya go, it's only fair," she said, bouncing a little on her toes. It was good to see her smiling and laughing; this was what Xernia wanted. All the....fun, happy couple things they deserved.
She was ready for another incoming snowball, but she wasn't ready for a while incoming girlfriend, and so when Wavellite tackled her, she went down, laughing delightedly the whole way.
She let her eyes widen a little, performatively, at Wavellite's "threat," only putting up token wiggly resistance as she was pinned in the snow.
"Oh, no," she said, and she wasn't able to keep the smile off her face, "I'm so terrified, I can't imagine what revenge you'll unleash on me." She fluttered her eyelashes, and then sighed when Wavellite's lips met hers.
Best. Revenge. Ever.
