Between Orphe, Trinket and now AJ, Astarii had never been happier to have friends. But, it came it it's downsides.
Orphe hadn't been seen since their time at the zoo, AJ was always busy, and Trinket had classes to catch up on after he got ill for about a week. This left her with a lot of time alone, and loneliness was something she couldn't stand. So when it came time for her to write an essay about what she wanted to do when she grew up, she had a faint idea.
Wanting to be surrounded by people, by friends, Astarii could only dream of what the future would be like. An errant thought went by about Trinket, and how he would play into her life. He was definitely someone she wanted to be around for longer than their school years, and AJ too.
But she was sure that 'friendship' wasn't enough of a long-term goal for her teacher, they seemed to want something to do with jobs. Or hobbies. Or something that in the end would be a lifestyle choice. But even that was gonna be hard for her to decide, all she wanted to do was be with her friends and life a long, happy life.
Then...it hit her.
If she could, she'd want to do something with the stars. Name them, find them, study them. And maybe one day she'd be able to actually go to them, touch them. And if she was really lucky, she'd be able to take her friends...and her future family she wanted a family, too. Someday, she'd have a partner. Someday, they'd have children. And they'd touch the stars together.
