Welcome to Gaia! ::

Hey everyone, I doubt anyone will see this.. But I logged into Gaia for the first time today in ages and instantly thought of this place. This guild built some of my greatest memories growing up and really defined my Gaia experience. Looking back this guild is more a time capsule than anything but I cannot begin to explain the nostalgia and happiness I feel looking back.

So thank you everyone from the bottom of my heart for making chess and Gaia so much fun for me and I hope everyone who has moved on is doing well in their lives outside of Gaia.

Almost a year later, and I'm in the same place as you Cinccino. I wasn't in this guild for very long (and I didn't really care for chess at all when I was here) but just hanging out with everyone and being a devoted pawn was an amazing time. I was invited to join out of the blue; I was walking through towns one day and encountered some of our members out in the wild who were extremely kind and welcoming. I wasn't invited to join any other guilds and I was just glad to be involved. Maybe in another year or so I'll see a response to this. Until then: good fortune, success, and peace to you all.

I'm a little behind on my internet memory pilgrimage it seems. I'm honestly surprised this account outlasted the email I used to make it. (Also lucky I could remember my password.) I too look fondly on those old times, and thank those who will come by on their pilgrimage after me and read this.

Maybe one day with a towns revival a chess game can come back.
Just some wishful thinking, but I won't forget these memories.
