Hey all, I just came back to Gaia after a very long hiatus (~4 years)! I used to love being on here but Gaia seems a lot more lonely tbh.
gaia_spoons I'd like to know if anyone has any book recommendations?
Here is a recommendation from me to start off with:
The Life Changing Magic of Tidying Up by Marie Kondo, I've read the book and the manga adaptation of it (which is more helpful to understand as it is visual). I have really enjoyed it and gone back to it, it made me evaluate a lot of the material possessions I had and part with a lot of stuff.

From what I've read however, it is a wonderful read. Especially if you're ever wanting to make some changes in your life, but you just don't know where to start. Give it a try! It is lonelier here. I miss Cinderful, Hanage, Human Error, Lil hal, ashleyrulz.... lots of people. sad I miss everyone, we used to have, people. xD
I don't ever read anymore. But I do have books I still love.
I like the work of Jeremy Narby though it isn't fiction. He writes about travelling to the Amazon, talking to Shamans, plants being intelligent, tripping on drugs, DNA.. haha. He has few good books.
I like Enders Game. Still haven't seen the movie. xD
Don't read 23 Reasons Why. Everyone recommends it. I don't. It's boring. xD
Other than that I read books on astrology, Wicca and other religions.
