 πΎπππππ πΆππππ Ξ±ΠΊΞ± Life ReturnSeimei Kikan is a technique used by the CP9 members Kumadori and Rob Lucci. It allows the user to control their bodily functions.
Kumadori demonstrates this when he was able to eat all the food within a giant refrigerator, digest all the food and most of his body fat, turning him super-skinny, then absorb all the nutrients in the food turning him back to his original size. He also uses Seimei Kikan to use his Hair Bind, in which he controls his hair to trap his opponents or form hands with which he performs Shigan.
Somehow, Rob Lucci also knew and utilized Life Return. He only used it in conjunction with Kami-e to make his half-leopard form smaller and more maneuverable. It is unknown how Lucci was able to use Life Return or if he has the same level of mastery as Kumadori.

 π½ππππππππThe Six PowersRokushiki is a special, superhuman martial arts style nick named the Six Powers. According to Lucci, those who mastered the Rokushiki will have the strength of a hundred men. The overall strength of a Rokushiki user is measured by Doriki (power level), which Fukuro can use his "Te-awase" to calculate with. The higher the level, the stronger each technique's potency becomes. Most of the users have their own variation of each technique, to increase their versatility and originality. Also, certain users tend to be more specialized in one technique, such as Fukuro with Soru, Jabra with Tekkai, Kaku with Rankyaku, and Rob Lucci with Shigan.
Rokushiki is the main style of combat for the World Government's secret CP9 agents, but some Marines have also demonstrated its usage.
