Personality:She a fun loving girl who loves playing games. She can make nearly anything into a game as well. Still, she has trouble with keeping her cool when she gets mad.

Power: Intangibility, or Phasing. She can phase herself or any part of herself, as well as others as long as she keeps in contact with them. She can use her powers to walk on water or in the air, if you ask her she says it like walking on the ground she just doesn't think about it too much. When intangible she can't be seen very well it almost like her body there but it's not.
Power Strengths: She can turn herself and anything she touches intangible. She can walk on water and air. Her intangible state is impassable to see in the shadows, almost like she is invisible. Electronic Disruption when she goes thru electronics, however, that is somewhat painful.
Power Weaknesses: When going thru objects she can't breathe, So she has to hold her breath, which she can do for only one minute. The denser the matter is the harder it is to walk thru and after a certain point, it becomes painful. If she walks thru someone she becomes ill and the person feels a chill.
History: Her life started as a mutant. She was born with her mother's gifts who died giving birth to her. So her father raised her. Training with her and her powers. However, it never seemed like training but playing. She didn't know the darkness of the world until she was eight and her father decided she could control her powers. This meant she could go to school, maybe make a few friends and get used to the world. All went fine for a while too. She stayed in her solid state and everything. However, one day when her father came to pick her up some mutant hatters decided to pick on him, not because he was a mutant but a mutant lover. He, after all, was human.
Her father was beaten up really bad and she tried to stop them but that made things worse. They found out she was a mutant. It meant every day her house was trashed. Still, her beloved father never blamed her for anything. It only made her father decided to move. They ended up moving a few times in her life and normally because people started to be mean. Sometimes they would pick on her father other times her. Being worried about Charlotte her father started to put her in self-defense class when she was ten. He wanted her to be able to defend herself if ever attacked more then just relying on her powers.
Then, shortly after they moved once again, she came home to her home burning to the ground. She was only fifteen at the time, and frantically looked for her father but couldn't find him. They had plans if he went missing and she followed the plan.
Still, after a few days, she decided to investigate what happened. Since to her everyone was just writing it off. Some were even saying it was her father fault. She didn't believe it and looked for clues, the clues lead her to a group of mutant haters. They went too far and hoped that her evidence would put them in jail. She sent in her findings to the police and the fire marshals. However, nothing happened, no punishment for burning her home or killing her father which she was positive they had done.
After that, she hopped onto a bus and headed to NYC. Where she would go around being unseen. Getting a nickname of shadow, she would slip into buildings easily and take what she needed nothing more. One day she slipped into the wrong house and got caught. Who knows there was a house full of mutants? They freaked her out and tried to catch her but being her she used her powers to go thru things including them. It wasn't until someone asked her to join them did she slow down her game.
