[B] Follow The Lights [Alum/Alrakis]

The night was still new. The sun had only just set a mere hour or two ago before Alrakis had taken to the streets still busy with holiday shoppers. To avoid anyone really seeing him he opted to prowl rooftops and alleyways. Navigating the town as a senshi was become more natural and still held a hint a interest for him. There was still always something new to find, not to mention he just purely enjoyed the freedom that came along with the new half of himself. This...new identity if that's what one wanted to call it.

Fore the most part, besides one rather....unattractive run in, Alrakis had managed to stay on the down low with any other unsavory characters. He'd run into a few who had been useful to him. Those who were willing to lend a helping hand had been assests in learning about his life as a senshi and what was expected of him. Plus, he now knew about the whole....sensing signature thing. Even if he wasn't particularly good at it yet, it was a useful skill to have. In fact, he'd been using it to keep himself away from trouble and so far so good.

Stretching his arms upwards, going onto his toes for the full body stretch he sighed and released, letting his arms fall to his sides. Though the air had a bite to it, it still felt lovely against muscles that were still warm from rehearsal.

Glancing over the precipice of the building he stood on, Alrakis watched with interest as people milled about amongst the streetlights and the flashing neon lights of bars, clubs and stores. It was odd to think that some strange war was going on in the background without anyone really knowing. Well....the signs were there but if one didn't know what he was looking for they were easy to miss.

Alrakis startled at the sudden voice and the accompanying corrupt that appeared with it. Somehow he has missed the signature. Well, not somehow, he knew why he had missed it. He was too new, too inexperienced with it all.

"More like you found me just looking to have a quiet evening." He remarked back carefully. Something about this corrupt, perhaps his body language or the way he spoke, was telling Alrakis that this may not be such a lovely run in as some of his other, more recent accounts had been.

In an effort to hand off the olive branch, per say, Rowan offered the senshi a smile. "Perhaps you'd care to sit and have a chat? Talk about you, me, Destiny City, this whole war thing? It's all terribly fascinating isn't it?"

He finally turned his whole body to confront this new person full on. Muscles were tense with uncertainty but Alrakis was hopeful that perhaps this new person, this corrupt, would be as accommodating as the Lieutenant he had met before. Even that Captain from his first outing, though that had been a dubious encounter.
