Ever since that VERY DISASTROUS ENCOUNTER with the Snake Captain, Sedna had been taking it a little easy. Her chest still felt a bit tight. Plus in all honesty, even with the enhanced powers, that drop from the roof, on top of being thrown down during the fall by the Captain, still had her sore. So tonight? It was dusting youma. Still a very good use of her time. One less youma on the street meant it was a bit safer for any civilians out there!

An insect like youma exploded into dust, and Sedna settled the steel pipe she was using on the ground. She leaned on it like a cane, wheezing a bit. The super senshi was feeling a bit winded after the exertion, but she perked up as another signature popped onto her internal radar. Thankfully it was Order. Sedna turned in the direction of it, tilting her head as she waited for it to draw closer.

Sedna blinked in surprise.

She hadn't encountered another...so chippy senshi in quite a long while! It was rather refreshing! "Hey!" She replied, raising a hand in greeting as well. "Gaining the EXP?" The super senshi echoed. A gamer, huh? While she didn't play on her own, she did watch enough YouTubers do Let's Plays! "Uh...not really? I mean...more like...hrm." Sedna thought about what she was doing that was equivalent to gaming.

"Mmmm...a sidequest! I'm exterminating X amount of youma to make the city safer!"

"Absolutely!" Sedna beamed at the senshi. "The more the merrier, and honestly, I've been feeling kind of lonely since my partner got a new job so---" She paused. "Waterfalls? Wow, what a cool power! I'm super, and I'm the senshi of Ships! My name is Sedna, by the way! What's your's?"

Sedna picked up her pipe, and hefted it over her shoulder. "We just...go looking for youma! They're pretty much all over the place though, so it probably won't be too long until we find another."

"Huh...I never thought about that! A power matching your style...I kind of wonder if anyone got a power they weren't happy with!" Sedna laughed, but then immediately cringed and wheezed. Too much. That movement hurt still. "Yeah! I get that a lot, actually! Just like...I'm sure you get TLC references a lot, yeah?" She grinned at the senshi.

"The pipe? Oh, no! It's just a plain ol' pipe! Sometimes they're lying around in alleys, or sometimes I...pull them off buildings. Using your environment, you know?" Sedna looked around as they moved, but didn't spot anything yet.

"How long have you been a senshi for?"

Sedna couldn't help but keep glancing at Nereid over her shoulder. The other senshi...she really reminded her of...well, herself. Energetic, enthusiastic, excited. Excited to be a senshi, excited to have powers, excited to possibly do some good. What made her pause about reflecting on this though, was becoming aware that somewhere along the way, those feelings had changed.

She wanted to give Nereid advice, but didn't know where to start...and that begged the question...was she qualified to give advice? Nereid seemed so sweet and enthusiastic but so...unprepared too?

The super senshi suddenly stopped, her eyes going wide.

Oh wowzers.

Sergei was rubbing off on her.

She didn't know if this was a good or a bad thing. Sedna laughed to herself regardless, reaching up to push some of her hair back, and realized she had zoned out. Oops. She focused back on Nereid, trying to piece together what the other girl had been saying.

"Gaming, huh?...Oh! A lot of time, yes---You uh---come across any Negaverse agents yet?" She felt she needed to elaborate, just in case. "The people dressed in mostly black or dark colors with energy signatures that feel heavy and gross? They have like...evil senshi too! Their hair is really long, like crazy Rapunzel long, and they have cracks in their chests and their foreheads."

"Oh...wow!" Sedna paused and turned to actually face the other senshi now, staring at her a bit wide eyed.

"You've run into five of them?" But no agents? That was some luck there...and kind of the opposite of her experience so far. "...Huh." She tilted her head as she regarded Nereid. "Are you um...like...training? I mean, outside of what we're doing right now. You know...when you're not magical? Because escaping is good and all...but it doesn't really....solve the problem of stopping someone in the first place! If that's what you're going for, anyways!"

A very long pause followed.

"So that one with the amazing abs, are we talking like, you could do your laundry on them, amazing?"

"You should have said you needed to watch!" Sedna gasped, and then nodded her head eagerly. Then realizing she was getting terribly off topic, the senshi coughed, and then tried to sound more professional. Key word: tried. "So uh---what does he look like again? Yanno---just so that I can be on the lookout for dose abs---him. I mean him."

Sedna coughed again.

"That's good though! That you're training, I mean...those agents...they all have dangerous and deadly weapons so...it's really important to be on the look out and prepared..." She trailed off. "The youma, for the most part, are easier to take down, thankfully! Have you come across a lot of those?"

"Sure! Why not?" Sedna asked, tilting her head and blinking. She then nodded, and committed to memory the description of the corrupt senshi. Oh boy...she really hoped she ran into him soon. You know...

To stop him from doing evil stuff. Not to oogle his abs. Yeah.

"Oh...well!" The senshi frowned. "I'm not sure why exactly, but I know it has to do with where we draw our power from? I mean...the agents can't use magic...so that's our advantage?" She sounded a bit dubious. "...I don't know, Nereid." Her lips twisted. "A lot of times it honestly feels like the advantage is stacked with the Negaverse so...please be careful, okay?"
