Atlas is a kingdom of Solitas and also the location of both a city and Atlas Academy.
Atlas has a large port area where passenger and cargo ships dock, including international ships from Vacuo and Vale. The cargo docks include large-scale container handling facilities, indicating that the port handles large quantities of goods on a frequent basis.
Most of the surrounding area is an icy wasteland, but there are various areas of interest around the city. For instance, there is a mountain known as Mount Celsius, known as the highest mountain range in the world. Its peak cannot even be seen as it pierce the cloud lines. Other areas of interest include Lake Fahrenheit and the pine forest located southeast of the academy.

Niraya Wakes up before her alarm clock goes off. she forgot to adjust for time change. She yawns and gets cleaned up. School wasn't in session yet as there was still a few things needing to be put in place. "Perfectionists always delaying the fun!" She says this as she stretches. once she was ready she gets a call.
Niraya picks up the phone. "Y'ello?" The person on the other end was her father. "Niraya its your father. just calling to check up on you."Niraya chuckles. "Hey dad. I'm fine. though i know that tone. there is something you want?" Her dad chuckles. "Could never fool you or your mother. I was to go check on security at the shipping yards. and i want you to deliberatly mess with things like you normally do. i want to see faults in the system. you understand right?" Niraya nods. "Yes i do. and i will. keep your eye peeled you never know what im going to do." She chuckles as she hangs up.
She leaves the dorm room to go to the dockyards. all the while she was preparing her drone. She was going to sabatoge the fleet of remote drones and cause a bit of chaos. though she does her best to keep damages to a minimum she always takes pride in messing with machinery.
As she arrives at the docks she releases her drone and beings her job. she leans against a wall and puts on a visor and holding her hands infront of her begins to control the drone. She was going to remotely mess with the GPS system and have the drones stack boxes where they shouldn't.

Blitz would wake up five minutes after his alarm had been going off,not wanting to wake up just yet,only getting up from his bed because the sound of the alarm annoys him to no end.He’d stretch and begin his morning routine,not quite awake yet.
He’d check his scroll and play a message he recieved from his father,while continuing his routine.”If you’re playing this message when you were supposed to,good morning son.First,i’d imagine you still have trouble getting out of bed in the morning,even with alarms set,i’d suggest you find a way around that before school begins.Second,i’ll ask that you refrain from causing any...brawls if you can help it,i hope the people around you are much easier to get along with than the ones from your childhood.Third,as i doubt you’ll have much need of them,i’ll ask that you keep your gauntlets and other weaponry at home as to not draw attention to yourself.Finally,this is a message from all of us,we know you’ll succeed in becoming a hunter,i look forward to you surpassing me.That is the end of my message,Goodbye son.”He’d smirk and pull on his jacket,rolling up the sleeves into the usual style,placing his scroll into his back pocket and stepping out the door and closing it.
He’d be making his way to the docks to smell the salty seawater,which always seemed to wake him up completely,walking leisurely with his hands in his pockets,he decided to leave his weapons at the dorm like his father asked since he felt today would be a calm day.
Blitz would arrive at the docks after a while,looking up at the sky and smelling the salty sea water,finally having woken up.He’d stay for a while since he liked staying at the docks

spaceDesperate to get away from her family, Jasper opted to travel to Atlas a few days ago, early enough that class wasn't in session yet. She didn't tell her family that she was leaving and didn't even leave a note; they knew where she would be, they were the ones that sent her here. A sigh heaved from her chest. Jasper had been ignoring the calls and angry voicemail messages and direct messages and... generally all communication efforts from her family. The blonde archer stared out into the sea from the docks, wistful expression etched on her face. Despite being a year older than the age of normal freshmen, Jasper was still considered one, seeing that this would be her first year attending Atlas. She looked down at her scroll fashioned in her hand; it was ringing again. She watched as her father's name flashed on the screen, begging to be answered, but it wasn't meant to be. Soon the name flashed away and "Ash Aurum- Missed Calls: 23" replaced it. Another sigh. Another wistful look into the sea. The girl folded her scroll down and tucked it away in her bag. If she answered, all that would happen was another fight. If she were to be honest, she was tired. Tired of the yelling and arguing and constant, petty bickering. She had hoped coming to Atlas a few days early would help to clear her mind so she could focus on classes. It seemed that was a fleeting hope.
spaceA chilly wind passed through the air, then, sending a shock up Jasper's spine. She shivered and pulled her polka-dotted scarf higher over her chin and up to her nose. Her gaze fell down and her eyes scanned her outfit. She suddenly felt a bit out of place among all the regal white, silver, and blue outfits the regular citizens donned. Her pink and brown ensemble didn't seem to fit in. Oh well. Growing up in Vacuo meant she didn't have the need for winter clothes, so she scraped up what she could find and that's what she'll have to use. Eventually, she would acclimate. Hopefully. At least she could enhance her aura to keep herself warm when she had to wear her battle outfit, and it wasn't like it was cold all the time here. Right? Jasper turned her face towards the sun and closed her eyes, soaking up the warmth and trying to let it zap her thoughts. Maybe they could be photosynthesized and just fade away. Whens she opened her eyes, though, something strange was going on in the air. Her gaze caught a drone whirling around in weird directions, then it dropped a package on top of a roof. What?
spaceJasper furrowed her eyebrows and scanned the sky for more inconsistencies when a small box suddenly fell a few feet away from her. Now, what was going on here? When more people started to notice, some freaked out and were worried the robots had been taken over, like at the fall of Beacon. Some didn't care in the slightest. Others, most, moved to take cover, ducking into buildings and rushing to their homes. Jasper looked into the sky again and watched a few more drones work on their own agenda, seemingly, until her eyes landed on one particular individual. A fox faunus that wasn't reacting like anyone else; she was almost watching everything like... she was making it happen. Confused, Jasper immediately had the urge to approach her. For a split second, she thought that she should be smarter than that. But where was the fun in that? Jasper walked over to the white-haired woman.
space"Hey," she was speaking in a hushed tone as she moved to stand beside the other woman, "Are you doing this? You're not..." The blonde noticed that what she thought were sunglasses was actually a visor.

Niraya smiles at herself when her drone managed to hijack a larger drone by accessing its maintenance panel. it wasn't long before she had control over one of the drones. she sent it into the the maintenance bay. Once it was plugged in she had complete control over every drone that was currently in use. so she sent these drones around town. dropping crates off in various places. rooftops, streets, sidewalks, anywhere that would be noticed. she was doing what her father ordered so she was going to have a little fun in the process.
It didn't take long for people to notice. people began screaming and running around confused. She was doing her best to mark every human and other things to minimize the damage done. she wasn't looking to put a huge bill on her father for having her do this. She hears someone approaching her and she kept her innocent persona just in case they were suspicious of her. This person speaks to her and Niraya touches the side of her visor to put away the H.U.D.
Niraya looks at Jasper and tilts her head. "i'm just flying my drone around is some...oh my!" Niraya had looked around as she talked and notices the large cargo drones flying around deliving cargo around the city. it was Niraya's doing but she wasn't going to say it as her just yet. She looks back at Jasper. "Why are the drones doing that!"

He’d continue to look up at the sky,smiling slightly and smelling the air...until he heard the screams.He’d whip around and watch the drones fly around and drop their cargo,realizing something was off when he saw the drone drop it onto a fire hydrant,he’d glance around,noting they didnt seem to be dropping onto any people.
”A terrorist takeover like what i heard happened to beacon?No from what i can see no ones gotten hurt,and it’d make sense for them to target people to scare them...maybe a malfunction in the programming then?That could be it but the drones look like they’re deliberately avoiding the people.”He’d place his hand under his chin,thinking about what could be going on when he noticed the two girls talking from the corner of his eye,beginning to walk over to them.

spaceJasper gave the fox girl a curious look, cocking an eyebrow at her when she started acting just as surprised as everyone else. The archer followed the other woman's gaze to the sky, once again looking the drones over, silently trying to locate whichever one was hers. There really was no way to tell unless she spent a long while searching. They were still dropping small boxes and setting down large ones where they shouldn't go, along sidewalks and in front of shop doors. They weren't doing any damage, but it was certainly causing unrest in everyone.
space"Sorry for accusing you, you just looked a little... suspicious..." Jasper spoke like she wasn't still suspicious of the other woman, even though she really was. But, still, there was no proof. Jasper was about to answer her question as to why the drones were behaving so strangely when another person approached them, posing the same question. Jasper put her hands on her hips and took another moment to study the drones. It made sense that she wasn't the only one looking for answers. "I'm not sure what's happening, but I want to find out, before the guard gets here. I bet nothing exciting happens like this in Atlas very often." She spoke coolly and smirked, hands still on her hips, her demeanor changing altogether. Instead of throwing around baseless accusations, she might as well get to the bottom of things. She turned her curious smirk to the two people in front of her, now, pointing her thumb to her chest.

Niraya was glad her ruse worked for now. but it was starting to get more and more chaotic. she would notice that Jasper was looking for her drone. she quickly orders it to return. the robots had there jobs and they would continue to carry them out until the reset code was sent. Niraya then notices another person aproaching them a big brawling looking man with what looked like scales on his arms.
This newcomer was asking about the drones and Niraya shrugs. "I was just flying my little drone around. dont know where its at though...i hope it didn't hit one of the cargo drones." Niraya looked a little worried.
Suddenly Jasper points to herself and introduces herself. Niraya gives a slight bow. "I am Niraya Frost. I'm from atlas. Its nice to meet you Jasper." Niraya smiles at her to show she was friendly. though with the drones being her fault you wouldn't think it. at that moment a little toy drone flys next to Niraya and she looks at it. "YAY! it didn't get smashed!"

spaceJasper looked back and forth between her newly found comrades, both taking turns to introduce themselves. It wasn't until their introductions that Jasper noticed the armor-like scales decorating Blitz's arms. She was intrigued, to say the least, but was used to being around faunus, which she assumed he was some type of. In Vacuo, faunus were more accepted and left alone, less discriminated against, thus the people were more comfortable around them. Some elders still went into hysterics when they saw anything faunus. Those were the types Jasper didn't like, those with prejudice, "Nice to meet you both! Niraya and Blitz." She said their names thoughtfully, trying to memorize them through speaking them aloud. So they were both from Atlas? No matter. Niraya at least didn't seem to fit the bill of your typical Atlasian. Neither did Blitz; she could appreciate that as she tended to stand out among the crowd as well.
spaceSuddenly, Niraya's apparent drone fluttered down and started hovering beside her. Curious. Jasper wondered once again if Niraya might have something to do with this all, but her rather sunny disposition begged otherwise. She really did seem like she was just playing with a toy, "So, where do you think we should start? We can go check out the distribution center, or maybe we can try to find a cargo ship that's landed and see if there's anything wrong with it?" She suggested these passive ideas, but in reality Jasper wanted to take to the rooftops and run around town looking for anyone suspicious looking.

Niraya bows at Jasper when she mentions her name. She grabs her drone and it powers down and she puts it away with the headset. "well if were going to investigate this. i think the distribution center would be someplace to check out. given the level of this chaos my father is probably called in. so he would be able to tell us where to go looking for any infultration as he is head of R&D for cyber security so if he is there im sure he would want someone to quickly check a lead."
She points to a large bunker like structure where the few still normal acting drones were going in and out of. "that should be where he would be if he is here." she was hiding the fact that she knew he would be here and the fact she did this because her father asked her to.

Niraya nods at Blitz. "well lets get a move on before things get more complicated." Niraya quickly darts off to the building she points out. Leaving both behind so they would have to chase after her to catch up. As Niraya approached the building a guard stops Niraya. "HALT!" Niraya stops. "I'm Niraya Frost. Is my father here?" The soldier hesitates and radios in. "there is a Niraya Frost looking for her father....yes that frost.....ok." He steps aside and opens the door. "Your father is expecting you."[/color Niraya looks to see if Blitz and Jasper had caught up with her. "I have two friends coming with me." Niraya heads inside.
Once inside the chaos was very noticeable. a white fox was on every screen. the soldiers were quickly trying to fix things. a man in a white coat notices Niraya enter. "Well Niraya i guess you did a fine job of ruining everything." Niraya pouts. "Come on dad! it no fun if you just tell everyone the secret. i wanted to see how long i could play it off." She sighs and looks at her aquanteces behind her. "Dad killed my fun. ah well." She then walks over to a computer pushing the guard out of the way and quickly punches in some code and the white fox images vanish.
"There. the drones should detect crates out of place and correct it."[/color Niraya father sighs and looks at Niraya. "I wanted you to mess around with the system not make a huge scene." Niraya chuckles. "last time i was subtle the higher ups just rejected your proposal." Jack sighs and shake his head and looks at the guests. "sorry you got dragged into this."

He’d jog after her,passing by the guard with a sort of wave/salute and stop when he noticed Niraya stop as well,glancing around the room.A large smile he’s been trying and succeeding to hold back breaks through as his theory is confirmed by both Niraya’s father and the white fox images”Hm,i thought she was the one doing this,i think the red flag for me was her mentioning you were her father,it’d make sense for her to have a good idea how to mess with machines.I don’t mind being brought into this,it was fun for as long as it lasted”He’d look around the room they were in,noting all the big screens,somewhat impressed.

spaceJasper was a bit surprised when Niraya started talking about her father, all so nonchalantly. Her suspicions of the snow fox being behind all of this were getting stronger and stronger. She looked over to Blitz as he questioned her father being in the position he was, the other boy's smirk now gone. He almost looked deep in thought. Soon enough, though, the group was on the move and heading to the place Niraya pointed out. She exclaimed "Oh!" She was surprised at how Niraya just took off and left them behind. Jasper shot Blitz a look before she ran after the other woman in the direction of the building.
spaceOnce they reached the building, Jasper followed Blitz's league and giving the guards a nod and wave as she moved deeper into the building. They reached Niraya in time to hear her dad's little speech and suddenly all became clear, "So it was you! I knew it. I respectfully take back my apology!" Jasper crossed her arms as a small pout etched onto her face. She didn't like being messed with, but she had to admit, whatever Niraya did to make all this happen had to be pretty cool. She looked at Niraya's father now, "It's alright, sir. To be honest its... kind of cool," her pout faded into a smile as she shrugged her shoulders, "Besides, Atlas is pretty boring normally. This was a nice way to start school off. Like a little warm up!"
