He ported out and straight to the infirmary, thankfully, because the blood loss was uncomfortable and made him a little dizzy. It wasn't a lot, but he was tired from the fight, adding on top of that the now gaping wound in his hand that he was sure would take a little while to heal (so he'd be stuck with running and exercises that didn't require his hands...which was so very few, much to his irritation) and it was all a little overwhelming for him, physically. He was attended to right away so the bleeding could be stopped, and then when it stabilized he was left in a room with a very bandaged up hand that he could feel was already starting to saturate with more blood even while he put pressure on it.
Thankfully he was hopped up on pain pills so it wasn't all bad. And he waited patiently for someone to come and stitch him up.

Someone ended up being a duo. Half of which Rhys should recognize immediately. "Not another mystery bruise, I hope?" Zeke had the file, he knew that wasn't the case, but he couldn't help offering a little harmless ribbing as he held the door open for Nick to follow him through. By now he'd managed to get her a few pairs of scrubs that actually fit her, so she no longer looked like a child playing dress up. Or, well, not as much. She was still very much a young person in their mid teens, and there was't much tailoring would do to help that.

Nick was not just a young teen, but one with a mischievous glint in her blue eyes. "s**t dude, what ******** you up?" She asked eagerly without so much as an introduction, eyeing the blood that seeped through Rhys' bandages. As much as she wanted to hover over and get a good look at the wound, the girl was just barely holding her enthusiasm back enough to follow Zeke's lead.

When the door opened Rhys looked up from his bandage, then snorted at the joke. "Nah, more human thing this time around," he shot back, nodding to greet the hunter. And then he blinked when someone followed him in. A shorter, much younger someone that he found he wasn't familiar with at all.
And then he looked at Zeke again. "What, is it 'Bring Your Kid to Work' day?"
He grinned, obviously just jabbing right back, then turned to Nick and gave a shrug. "Horseman. Already forgot his name, but he was a spiteful little b*****d."

Zeke just smirked down at Rhys, pale eyes flicking from him to Nick. "Something like that." Ironic, considering he was teen's guardian now, not that he felt like divulging that to the man sitting on the exam table. Wasn't pertinent, not really. Hooking the rolling stool with his ankle, Zeke took a seat beside the wall, and gestured towards Rhys with a smile at Nick. "Time to fly, little birdy. Tell me what you see, and what you think we should do about it."

"Hope you gave that ******** worse than he gave you," Nick replied with a dark grin, also hoping she got a chance to at least poke the injury once or twice. Despite being a 'kid', she was in training. For serious. She would rather eat slugs than be seen as some child trailing uselessly behind all the adults on the island. "Little birdy my ******** a**," she muttered, and eyed Rhys as though his very presence in the infirmary was a direct challenge. When she pulled on a pair of gloves from the box on the counter, they were one or two sizes too large. "Okay dude, lemme see. Both sides."
