Welcome my patient prisoners of the Underworld, today we will partake in a little... exercise. The name of this game is THE DIG AND DASH! Here you will, dig... and dash~ They key is to escape the underworld before the event is over by digging your very own escape tunnel. You may use any digging tool, from shovels to plastic spoons, what ever suits your fancy and fits in one or both hands. Let's see who makes it out alive....

The Rules

1. Follow the Guild rules and the Gaia TOS.
2. Follow the How to Play posted below.
3. Do NOT delete your posts. You will be disqualified from the game.
4. You only get 10 posts per day, and the reset time is midnight Pacific time. It is by this deadline that I will count the points.
5. Be respectful to your fellows.
6. I, Rin Kairiu, can change the rules as I see fit (within reason).

How to Play

1. Go to "Post Action" and the to "Roll Dice."
2. Choose a single 10-sided dice.
3. Submit the post, with the form inside, and check to see what number you rolled.
4. That number corresponds with a distance you dug, and maybe something else. Edit your post with this result.
5. Keep track of your progress for the current day only. I will be keeping track as well.
6. You only have 10 posts per day. Once 10 is done then you can post no more until midnight pacific time.
7. If you rolled a 10 and lost posts, be sure to note them in your total post count. If you roll a 10 as your last post of the day you may ignore the effect- it will not roll over to the next day.
8. To escape you need 100 meters! If you break out before the event is over,
feel free to return and start another tunnel. Those with the most meters dug win this game.

The Numbers

1-3: You dig 2 meters of dirt, congratz!
4-5: You dig 5 meters, but part of your tunnel collapsed due to your speed- sorry, you only get 3 meters this time.
6: At a decent pace you manage to dig 4 meters towards escape!
7-9: Slow and steady might win this race, but you still only get 1 meter.
10: You successfully, without incident, dig 5 meters ahead. Yay! Too bad you're tired and lose one of your posts today. If you have 10 posts and roll a 10 your total is now 9 posts. If you roll a 10 again, your total is 8 posts.
