Breedings are one of our favorite things, but to be able to enter breedings, you need to post your pairs here first! Keeping track of your lifemated couples and crackbreeding pairs important, especially with the shop's option to willingly give up kits.
Please fill out information fully! No nicknames, include necessary tribe info, make sure all owners involved have the pair in their posts, etc.
Rules are subject to change! Don't mess with the forms. Just fill 'em out and post 'em.
Forms should be posted in this thread. There's no need to PM us your forms or anything like that. Just post them here.
One post per person. Yep, just one.
No bribing, whining, complaining, crying, etc. We're all adults/teenagers here, so let's act like 'em, alright?
There is an age limit. Pets should be adults, with their adult forms on their certs, for at least two weeks before applying for lifemates/breedings/etc.
Lifemated pets can't be involved in crackbreedings/mysterybreedings/etc. Pets that are officially lifemated cannot breed with anyone outside of their lifemate. Unmated pets involved crackbreedings can be entered into mysterybreedings and mixers.
If one of the pets involved is in a tribe, there are some things to consider. Three things in particular: - If Elder permission is needed, RP(s) in which the elder(s) of the different tribe(s) give their permission or a screenshot from the tribe's owner should be linked. - If it's a cross-tribe breeding, the permission of the elders of both tribes is needed, don't forget! Again, an RP with the tribe's elders or screenshots from the tribe owners should be linked. - Pets in tribes, especially same-tribe couples, must have their tribe mods and be certed with them before entering breedings. If not, the owners are required to list the tribe(s) and ranks of the pets somewhere in the breeding form.
To be able to list a co-owned pet, you need to do two things. You need: 1) both owners names need to be on the pet's cert, 2) an official agreement in the Co-ownership Agreements thread should be done beforehand. The co-ownership agreement covers all of your bases and lets staff know which owners have breeding rights, which owners are allowed to make lifemate decisions, etc. Both co-owners do not need to list that pet and whatever partner they have in their breeding plans post; only the owner "handling" the breeding needs to do so!
If you fail to answer the "Will you give up your kits if you suddenly leave the shop?" question, it's automatically assumed that your answer is "No." You don't have to worry about randomly losing your pets from breedings.
Breeding plans can be broken. When breaking a couple or a crackbreeding pair, just have both owners edit the couple out of their posts. That's it!
Lifemates can be broken simply by editing your post. To break a lifemated pair they simply need to be removed from the owner(s) posts. We do want to remind that it is polite to inform the owner first if they're still active.
If you want to enter a pair into breedings, it's up to you to make sure they qualify. Both owners need to have the pair on their lists for them to qualify for a breeding win! Staff will no longer be keeping track of your couples or hound people, it's all up to you, the owners. If a pet is listed as "in XXX tribe" but doesn't have their mods/proper cert? If a pet is on both lists (lifemates and crackbreedings) in your post? If a pet is listed twice, with two different partners? If both owners accidentally leave a pair off their lists? Then tough luck, that pair won't qualify for a breeding win, even if they end up being RNG/CC'd.
Don't pester us about updating things. Updates will always be completed. However, RL comes first. Please don't pester us about updating this thread or anything like that. However, if your info hasn't been added after one (or more!) month, please PM Modifox to discuss the situation!

As stated previously, once a lifemating has been broken, there's a three month cool-down period (for anything lifemating/breeding related). Ex-couples will be listed here with their cool-down periods for convenience!
Once a couple's end date rolls around, we'll remove the cool-down info and just keep their names.
