Define Interdimensional: Of or having to do with the space between two universes, each of which exists in its own dimension. Define Psychokinesis: is the ability to manipulate and control objects with the mind without physically touching them, especially over long distances.
Shandra's powers can be simply understood as the idea that she tap into energy folded between dimension layers.
Techniques:
โฑUndetectable - Shandra can slip into a space between dimensions. She can physically still interact with the environment but she leaves no trace of herself that any physical or mental senses can pick up. In this state she can not use her shielding or concussive forces.
โฑConcussive Blasts - By manipulating the energy between dimensions, she can shove things away from her body with a concussive force. She can use this to hit things that are near or within normal eye distance. She can use this in a trampoline like effect to keep her off of the ground if needed.
โฑShielding - With the same principle as with the blasts, she can keep substances away from herself and people near by pushing it away. This ends up with whatever was coming at them either going back towards the source or away at an angle depending on how it was deflected.
Weaknesses:
โฑEnvironmental conditions - Unless it's something that's coming at her directly, Shandra is still subject to environmental stress such as cold and heat. In fact, Snow and rain are one of the ways to tell where she is when she's trying to be undetected as her body still interacts with the environment (leaving foot prints and such).
โฑSustaining a barrier - she can not sustain a barrier. Her shielding is done in quick bursts. There is a small lag between the concussive forces as she has to take a breath between them.
โฑReaction Time - So long as she's expecting it, she can block it but if she does not know it's coming she has no defense.
โฑFriendly fire - Once she shoots off a concussive blast, it can damage her friends just as easily as it can damage enemies. She can not differentiate any farther than the direction her powers travel so collateral damage is always a worry. The smallest range she's been able to create is a meter high and wide.
โฑUndetectable State - She can only make objects that she can physically carry with her undetectable as well. Something the size of a car or even a shopping cart (not just weight, but size) is therefore impossible. She can no longer take other living people or animals with her unless they are attuned to the same sort of energies.
โฑInterdimensional users: People who can see these psionic energies between dimensions can therefore see her regardless of what state she's in.
โฑTelepaths or Empaths: She has no mental defenses against them while she's in her detectable state. If they make a bond or get inside of her head before she slips between the dimensions, then it's still relatively easy for them to maintain that control or connection.
โฑSleep: Unlike before she reappeared, Shandra now requires about two to three hours of sleep per day to function. As she stopped feeling the need to sleep when she was around thirteen, this is new for her and upsetting.
Skills:
โฑEducation - She has graduated from High School after joining the X-men but has not had any more formal education.
โฑTraining - She has been training in parkour since she was about 15.5 years old. And she'd been training with the X-men since she was about seventeen.
โฑCasing and thievery - Shandra is possibly one of the best thieves because of her ability to lie very convincingly and remember details that most people overlook. She can pick lock, time movements, and map out a building in her head very easily. Shandra knows what details to look for when trying to get in or out of a building. This helped her steal objects as well as information many times before she went to the X-men.
โฑCamping and survival skills- While she's not an expert on the subject, she did spend a while on an native american reservation so she was able to pick up some of the basics to surviving away from technology.
โฑCooking - At one time with the X-men, Shandra's cooking used to bring almost every x-man to the table. She might not like cooking for a whole school at one time by herself but a small team isn't a problem.
Statistical Analysis
Level 1 - Average. Level 3 - Top Athlete. Level 5 - Human Body Max capacity
She was born to a middle class family. Her father worked for an advertising company and her mother worked as a part-time nurse. They raised her like any normal child. However, at school she tended to find that she was ignored no matter what kind of thing she did. It wasn't until one day when she walked past a mirror and couldn't see herself in it that she realized she was a mutant like the news went on and on about. Shandra kept testing herself using her dog at home. When she was a little older, another aspect of her power emerged. On her way home from a shopping trip she ran into a scene of destruction. There was a wayward mutant on the rampage that a few of the X-men were trying to contain. A car turned the corner too sharply and started to flip. Suddenly she felt like something was pushing past her - her own power had flung the car back and it hit into a bus.
With heart pounding she got back to her house as soon as she could to try and face facts. Every little sound made her twitch and her power reacted; her room ended up pretty much smashed. When her mom came into the room to try and see what was wrong...in her terror, Shandra's couldn't control her power before her mother was sent back into a sharp, broken piece of furniture. Her mother was rushed to the hospital and while she was recovering after surgery, Shandra ran away. Soon after she wondered into a Blackfoot reservation and befriended a young boy - Peta. They spent under a year together and he taught her the very basics about how to actually survive out in the world. However, misfortune came as she defended the tribe against stupid people with guns that were poaching on the reservation. Before anything happened to the tribe as retribution for her actions, she left. After that she lived on her own for a year before someone found her throwing up in a public bathroom after she had robbed it. He helped her recover from the sickness. Feeling indebted to the man, the fifteen year old Shandra agreed to learn what the man had to teach her. He taught her how to pick locks and read blueprints, how to time and plan and take in little details that could help her. He taught her how to move and helped her practice her powers. With his telepathic powers and her ability to be unseen by people and machines, they made a great team. Over and over again they stole things. It went up to high corporate theft as well. Each time the tasks would get harder and she would continue to shine.
As she learned to be a thief, she also learned from the 'teammates' she was given. Shandra wasn't comfortable with fighting or with weapons but she found that she was good at moving about. She spent two years making a name for herself but never really staying in one area too long. Even with the short amount of time she accomplished quite a bit and there was a lot of damage attributed to her. Some of which she did personally, others which was a copycat but it was blamed on her pseudonym Eclipse regardless. It wasn't until she was seventeen that she found out the man who had taken her in was about to betray her. He was going to trade her like a slave. Shandra's fury came out and with use of her powers, she pushed him off of a second floor balcony. She ran and she hasn't looked back since.
Because of that the x-men found her and took her in when Xavier realized that she wasn't a horrible person. She trained with them for years after. The day that they disappeared she had been sneaking out of the mansion (the Professor told her she needed to not get involved in something and she disagreed). Whatever had taken them interacted with her powers and she remained locked in between time and space for fifteen years. For her it was maybe an hour where she was immobilized. When she was finally able to break free, she's came back to a world that seemed the same yet completely different from the world she was used to.
โฑ There's only been1 person, outtside of her parents, that she's known that hasn't hurt or betrayed her. Using them as leverage against her would be highly affective.
โฑ She has more than one offshore account.
โฑ In April of 2015, she stole Leonardo Da Vinci's Salvator Mundi and replaced it with a mutant made forgery. It was the forgery that was reported stolen in September 2018.
โฑ Aron bit her hand while in small bear form hard enough to break skin.
โฑ She has already paid $7,000 for Ianโs safe return once.
...he bit me. And worse it was over a girl. At this point I'm not sure what to do. We have a lot of history together. He had been the only person who decided to defy Xavier with me. But he bit me over a stranger.
Ian "AUDIBLE" Montgomery
He seems like a smart enough guy. He has a different sort of intelligence; a sharp wit that didn't exactly get along with Aron. Despite the rocky start with him needing to be giving up his old life and needing to be rescued, he hasn't proved to be a bad guy yet. Though I still don't understand what he and Aron have against one another.
Peta Aquene
There are no levels or words to describe how sorry I am that he was dragged back into this mess. He should have had a couple of kids bugging him right now, maybe a couple of gray hairs. Instead he was unlucky enough to get called back into the fray with me. If I believed in fate or destiny, maybe I'd consider trying to live near his home and stay out of the fight myself because at this point it seems like something has tied our lives together. I'm glad that I don't believe in outside forces and destiny, not like that at least, because the sad state of affairs means that the world does need truly good people in this fight. Marcos "CORONA" Diaz
I don't know him well. I've seen him around Lorna while staying with the Mutant Underground in Atlanta. What I do know of him leads me to believe that he tries his best. We may not be friends, nor do I know if I can trust him just yet, but I believe we can be allies.
Norman "SAVIOR" White
Something about this man reminds me of Wolverine. There's a kindness to the gruff. From what I heard he may be nearly as old as well. Which means that he's seen the good and the bad of the world and has still chosen the side of the X-men.
Roland "RAMPAGE" Chevalier
This man is the tank of the group. He has the feeling of a soldier about him; the no nonsense kind of person. From what I've seen he's also taken one or two people under his protection. I don't know much else about him though.
Jasper "JAS" CROFT
He's been around the Mutant Underground about as long as I have. Other than that, we haven't interacted enough for me to know anything about the man.
Andrew "ANDY" Strucker
Just from listening to his story, I know that this would have been one of those kids that Xavier sent someone to pick up in a heartbeat. His powers emerged being he was being bullied and they emerged violently. If his mother would lighten up, I think Lorna and I could probably whip this kid into fighting shape very quickly - he seems to want that more than the rest of his family.
Jason "SIEGE" Carter
He's another one of those types that are just trying to do right in the world. At least judging by how he's caring for that kid. The first time I actually met him was when I set up an obstacle course. He had no problem opening up. With any luck that level of honesty is not just a facade. It would be nice to have another good person in this world.

Lorna "POLARIS" Dane
Seeing her now is a head trip. One minute she was a thirteen year old girl and now she's my age with a baby on the way. From what I can tell she's just as stubborn and hot headed as ever before; it's just that now she has enough control of her powers to back that up. There's something inside of me that still wants to see Lorna as that little girl the professor asked me to keep an eye on but she's more than that now. Reconsiling those perspectives makes me uneasy.
Mik "SPECTRE" Angelov
This is the girl that decided to let a bear into her apartment without ever knowing that the bear was really a mutant. The fact that she, herself, is a mutant doesn't really help. As far as I know her mutant abilities wouldn't have let her know that Aron hadn't been a real bear. Which means that there much be a few screws loose in her head for her to have let a bear into her house. I'm greatful that she did because she probably did save Aron's life but ... I'm wary of her sanity.
Carol "CAPTAIN MARVEL" Danvers
This is someone who apparently fell right out of the sky. She's definitely a better hand-to-hand fighter than me but that's not saying too much. Still, from what I've seen, I get the feeling that Carol can hold her own.
Lauren Strucker
This is the girl that, along with her brother, destroyed one of the most important buildings in Atlanta. From what I've been able to tell she didn't mean to. In fact, she seems to be just like any other student from the Mansion. Once she got over the shock she threw herself into trying to do better. I hope she'll be able to make peace with it one day or her life will continue to suck.
Clarice "BLINK" Fong
She's not afraid to speak her mind. It's almost refreshing. The only thing is that I've heard her disparage quite a bit. In some ways she's more negative than I am. Which is surprising.
Anna Marie "ROGUE" D'Ancanto
This is one of the faces I know from the past. I don't know when she "got back". I just know that it was before me. She's an X-men - or at least she was. Hopefully she can be one again. We need more of them back but she's at least a good one to start with. I don't think the Mutant Underground really knows what she can do or they might have tried to involve her a lot more.
Blake "CROSS" MURPHY
A teenage healer. She's doing the best she can. She's nice and seemed to genuinely want to help.
Daylia "WRAITH" Astallo
She and I were in a lot of similar training together despite the slight age gap. Apparently she's come back too. It'll be time to see what she knows about what happened. And even if she doesn't know anymore than I do, at least that's another X-men back.
Emlen "JINX" Covington-Hawthorne
Look, there's another female X-men returned. That makes five of us and counting. Other than that I don't know much about her.
Raven "MYSTIQUE" Darkholme
Now here is a face for the ages. Mystique is one of the original X-men, before there even were X-men. Despite her duplicitous skills I know I can trust that she won't betray the shared secrets. I can trust that she's in for the long hall. I know that she's strict, disciplined, and fair.
Aria "A.M" Martin
I don't know this one. I've seen her in passing but that's about it.
Alexandria Jacinto
She's had a tough break. Apparently there's a lot of family issues - something about her father being Marcos. I've heard that she was addicted to drugs. That would explain the quick temper. I do know that she's woefully under trained both physically and with her mutant abilities. And I know that needs to change.
Freya "KOFFING" Coffeild
This is a contact of Ian's. So far what I know of her is that she creates poison gasses. I know that she was with the X-men and that she's searching for answers just like everyone else.

I haven't interacted much with her.

After the incident at Mihaila's apartment, she and I haven't gotten along. I didn't even know her before that point. So needless to say our relationship is strained.

I knew her from Xavierโs Academy. We actually arrived around the same time. Xavier placed us as roommates. The first night was interesting to say the least. It wasnโt until morning that we realized neither of us slept. We kept each other other company for a couple of years until Bianca was called home. Then again, sporadically, when she came back. The last thing I remember was that Xavier had to put her into a coma for everyoneโs safety after the b*****d (not the professor) got inside of it. Itโs all a little fuzzy after that.

Alexandra "LAPIS" Strong
This is the girl who tried to sneak into the mansion and was attacked by the automated defenses. I don't exactly envy her - those are never fun to deal with. So far she has been helpful but I still don't know about letting her know how important this particular estate really is.
Prija "RICOCHET" Kongkatitum
She's the one who came to tell us that Lorna had been taken by the Sentinel Services. So far I do not know much about her other than the fact that she seems to be all business. It's not that, that's a bad thing, but it hasn't given me many opportunities to learn anything about her either.
She is the reason I left home. Not because of the fact that she was a bad mom, she was great in fact. It was that I hurt her when my powers developed. I put her into intensive care. And that's something that I've never really been able to forgive myself over. I haven't spoken to my mother since then but I sent her and dad a letter when I got to the Xavier institute. I hope they got it...god...is she even alive anymore?
Nathaniel "Dad" Tarvan
My relationship with my father never seemed to be that intimate. He'd work late hours and when he was home we never really seemed to do much together. But in the end he covered for me when I hurt my mother so that nothing bad would happen. It was that act that I will never forget. I didn't know it at the time but he was a great father and I'm probably more like him than I will ever know. I hope that the letter I sent him and my mom when I finally got to Xavier's didn't upset him; I hope that he and she got it. I hope that he's still alive...but I can't bring myself to check. Besides they probably moved. So all I have left of them, all I will ever have left of them, are my memories.
