If there was a noticeable absence of Dark Mirror senshi around, then it wasn't one that Reinerite had noticed.
Although truth be told, she knew very little about them outside of the small amount of information in the Nega training guide such as the fact that they were not seen as a main threat to the Negaverse.
The evening was supposed to be a pretty routine one, a bit of energy gathering for her quota and then spending the rest of the evening as Ashley partly on classwork and partly in indulging in the cupcakes that she had bought earlier on in the day.
Getting sucked through a mirror was most definitely not part of any of that - or at least it wasn't supposed to be.
Except...
Except somehow that was exactly what had happened and now she was stuck in what looked to be some sort of room, with no idea of where she was.Guine And start from me :3 Lmk if I need to tweak anything

Long nights at the hospital meant that August wasn’t able to patrol and collect as much energy as he would have liked. He was grateful that his General was understanding and knew the importance of having an agent of the Negaverse working inside the hospital.
So naturally, the one night he was able to power up and patrol, Bloodstone was pulled into a mirror and into a dark room.
Although it was quiet, the aura of another agent was unmistakable. One more powerful than himself.
Pulling the crystal pen from his pocket of subspace, he held up the glowing light to try and see who else was in the room with him, a little surprise when he recognized the woman with blue curly hair.
“Captain,” he greeted with a small nod to her. “I don’t suppose you know how to get out of here?” Because that would be too convenient.

Despite there being no visible lights in what for all extent and purposes appeared to be a prison, there was enough light to see by.
Enough to see the very stark white walls that made up the four sides of the room.
There was no exit that Reinerite could see - and she had paced the four sides several sides on the off-chance that she could spot something - hitting the wall with the snow globe end of her staff hadn't done anything either and neither had her attempt to try and teleport out.
It was an Order trick - it had to be - although Reinerite had no idea as to what the purpose was supposed to be.
The sudden glint of light at the corner of her eye came as a surprise, Reinerite turning towards it even as the voice spoke up.
And as she saw the Lieutenant she realised that it one that she recognised, for all that it had been a while since the two of them had crossed paths -
although that was perhaps not that surprising given that the two of them shared a General.
"Bloodstone" she said, returning his nod with a nod of her own, whilst trying hard not to think about the fact that she hadn't exactly been at her finest the last time they had crossed paths as she shook her head at his question.
"Unfortunately no" she admitted, adding "Teleportation does not work and there doesn't appear to be any gap or cracks in any of the walls."

He was glad that she looked well. For all intents and purposes, she was a teammate and he held nothing but high regard for her and her safety, just as he did for the others recruited by their General.
That consideration even extended to others he’d met, as few as they were.
"A trap then?" he asked, looking around the room himself. "This seems too elaborate for White Moon," he quietly observed with a frown. It wasn’t impossible, but the level of sophistication in the room was beyond more than what he would expect from the teenagers he normally ran into at night.
"It doesn’t seem as though the communicators are working either," he said as he pulled the crystal tablet from subspace and made an attempt to contact their General.

Reinerite nodded at the trap comment "I'm assuming so" she admitted because all of this being some sort of trap had occurred to her too. "Although it seems a little weird - why just dump us in a room?"
Her comment was phrased as a question, but she wasn't really expecting an answer as grey eyes skimmed the stark wall closest to her for a moment before returning to glance at Bloodstone.
"I assumed it was some sort of Order trick" she admitted as she nodded in acknowledgement that the communicators seemed to somehow be done as well "At least initially."
She frowned slightly "But none of the ones that I have run into in the past seem like they would be capable of something like this" for a moment she thought about a dark-haired senshi in white, red and silver and tried to imagine her pulling something like this off and then shook her head because the other had been so weak that the idea was laughable "They seem to rely on numbers rather than actual skill."
Another frown as she added "And whatever's affecting teleportation doesn't seem to be affecting my ability to summon or banish my weapon."
Because she had managed to both summon her snow globe staff and send it back to subspace without any problems.

They relied on numbers because they were all just children playing war. Bloodstone didn’t say it out loud, nor did he really care about the age of their opposition, but it seemed like a waste of resources to trap both he and Reinerite there when they could be off doing other things.
"This might not be their doing," he surmised, figuring that if nothing else made sense then another answer had to take its place. Who else it could have been, Bloodstone was not sure, but they had managed to pull two relatively skilled Negaverse officers into a trap.
It seemed as though Reinerite was thinking the same thing. And at least they were able to summon their weapons if necessary.
"Do you know anything of the Dark Mirror Court? I haven’t had much experience with them, but I figure mirrors are their forte. A while back they had some issues with their wraiths going wild, or something along those lines. What do you think the possibility is that something else in their realm has gone amuck?"

Reinerite nodded at Bloodstone's assessment, because whilst she couldn't completely rule out it being an Order trick, it did seem unlikely–
Even if it then begged the question of if not Order then who? Along with why whoever - or maybe it was whatever - would leave their ability to summon their weapons whilst simultaneously blocking their communicators and her ability to teleport...
Because, truthfully?
Truthfully that didn't make sense either.
At Bloodstone's question about the Dark Mirror Court Reinerite shook her head slightly as she admitted "I don't know much - there was mention in the training guide that we share a common enemy."
She frowned thoughtfully as she continued "And I assume by that they mean Order, but I have..."
Her voice trailed off as Reinerite caught what sounded like a rumble, her frown deepening as she asked "Did you hear that?"xxGuine Apologies that this took me so long Guine
