The room she found herself in after being sucked into a mirror outside of the city at the local carnival, Hy-Brasil was not at all happy. For one thing, she had more important things to do like deal with the Youma she had been chasing. Secondly she was not finding any semblance of a way out. The room was void of any cracks, crevices, or hints of an exit. She wasn’t sure how long she’d been pacing the room, but it had to be well near an hour at this point.
Needless to say, the Knight was not looking happy.
“This is utterly ridiculous.” She growled out as she stopped her pacing. “I swear I’ll have words with Remarque if this has anything to do with him.” Of course she wouldn’t go and piss off a prince of the DMC without proof, but being sucked into a mirror pointed pretty solidly at that particular faction. After all, the DMC has quite a variety of members and their allegiances from what she was able to tell.
“Hm, I wonder if trying to break down a wall would be useful or would it just cause more problems if I am in a mirror.” Daekie Quick start for you two since I don't have much time. Hope it's alright!

Idrialite was Not Pleased to find himself in some strange liminal space. He was, frankly, not pleased to find himself in uniform as Lieutenant Idrialite, but that was a secondary matter.
"Goddamnit," he said under his breath. He was due in court in half an hour, this really was not the time for him to be spirited off into some bizarre alternate dimension. His brief diversion to the bathroom to ensure he looked properly professional had been intended to be a brief thing. This was not shaping up to be brief.
At least he wasn't alone, and his companion - a Knight, because of course she was, because that was clearly the kind of day he was having - looked no happier to be there than he was.
"If it'll get us out of here faster, I say try it," he said, and he hoped very desperately that she did in fact know more about what was going on than he did. He also hoped that his briefcase and notes were where he'd left them, and that Zwicke had done enough research to actually argue the case. There was a whole lot of hoping going on.

Babel's entrance could have been more undignified, but honestly, probably only mostly if she'd actually tried to make it such. As it was, the wall spit her out overbalancing on one heel, toppling backwards, and clunking her head against the wall right before her hands managed to find purchase on it for stability.
"What the ********," she said, and looked around with the kind of wide-eyed confusion normally seen on amnesiacs. "What is this? Who are you two? I don't - what?"

Hy-Brasil hadn't expected company. In a blink of an eye her staff with it's attached incense burner dangling from it was in her hands as she twirled on her feet to confront whomever it was. And lo' and behold, it was a Negaverse agent. A lieutenant to be precise.
She was nearly ready to follow through with the rest of her attack when yet another person stumbled into the room causing the Knight to halt her movement.
"Seems like it's a party." She growled out, eyes flicking from the squire to back to the lieutenant. "And I'd say you're the least wanted guest right now."
The last thing Hy wanted was to deal with an agent at this point. She needed to figure a way out of here not contend with a damn lieutenant. Though, the guy did give her a way to vent out frustrations. Many frustrations.
Not once lowering her staff from a defensive position, Hy moved closer to Babel just in case their negaverse 'friend' decided the square was a more likely target. "I am no expert, but I think we may be in a mirror." She responded back to Babel who seemed very confused by the whole situation. "And the trap musn't be picky on who it grabs. I am Hy-Brasil, by the way." Her information and introduction was mainly directed to her fellow order member, but didn't much care if she gave info to the 'enemy' standing in front of her.Noir Songbird Hy -hates- the negaverse. GL with that.

In the continuing theme of "it was going to be that kind of day," the Knight seemed not only unhappy to be trapped here, which was perfectly rational because it was terrible and it sucked, but also very specifically unhappy to be trapped with a Negaverse Lieutenant.
The Page, at least, seemed at worst confused, so that was something.
Idrialite raised his hands defensively, dodging back away from her staff on instinct.
"I'm not your enemy," he said. "Alright, okay, so I sort of am, but I'm not right now," he continued. "Look. Let's try this without all the threatening and finger-pointing and aggression. I didn't do this, clearly enough, and we're all stuck here together. So. I'm Lieutenant Idrialite, and I'm going to put my weapon on the ground," he bent to do so, setting his toy gun down and going the extra mile of kicking it away, "and we can talk this out like civilised people."

"I mean -" Babel opened her mouth, closed it, made a humming noise, and kept it closed. Clearly she was pondering something. All it really meant, though, was that she was paying mostly-full attention to Hy-Brasil's minor diatribe against Idrialite - who, as far as she could see, had done nothing wrong aside from having the unfortunate luck to be dressed like a toy soldier.
"I'm not sure how civilized being trapped inside a mirror is," she quipped, and shifted so that her back could slide down the wall into a sitting position. "Not any modern civilization I know of, but you never know. Can we not murder each other?" It was accompanied with a smile, but the stress in her eyes was relatively real, the worry - she knew the other Knight had been just about to deliver a heaping serving of violence.

"Right, and you're weapon is something I am terribly concerned with." She said cooly as the Lieutenant carefully place the toy gun on the ground and sent it skittering across the floor of the stark white room. In truth, the Lieutenant wasn't much of a threat to the Knight. Not in her mind anyway. It was more the notion that she was standing in the same room as a Negaverse agent that bothered her more. Blue eyes glanced back to the page behind her. As Babel slid down the wall into a sitting position, Hy felt the need to chastise the page for dropping her guard around the agent, but she bit down her words. Now was not really a time to be giving out fighting notes. Especially in front of the enemy. Hy had every intention of giving her side the leg up, not chaos. "If I didn't know this was a mirror you can be damn sure the blame would be put on you." She said to Idrialite as the Knight slowly lowered her defense stance. She refused to let go of the staff in her hand, but it was a shwo of consent to Babel's request. "But I am guessing it's the Dark Mirror Court at the forefront of this." "Just to be clear, I am assuming you were both sucked into a mirror?" Noir Songbird One wrong move and that staff is coming at ya. XD
