Adamantine had never woken up from a blackout before, and she was pretty sure she hadn't drank anything last night. The girl had been careful in her travels, avoiding a certain general after his brutal attack on her. She hadn't felt the fear of another man since her father and even now, dazed and confused, she woke up in flight mode, her body pushing up.
"Where-" She could feel her head ringing, in a room filled with greyish smoke and covered furniture. The room didn't show normal...outside. In fact it didn't have windows, just mirrors. Mirrors filled with nothing but smoke on the walls.
She rubbed her face again as she stood, and among the dark grey hues was a brightly pair of golden heads, both of them she recognized.
"Stellarite? Epidote?" She didn't come over to them, putting some space between the pair and herself should either of them attack with awakening.

Stellerite did not know how she had gotten here and what the events leading up to it were. That in itself was incredibly concerning and down right disturbing actually.
In her hand was Alkaid's journal, that hadn't been lost at least thankfully. Surely she had been intel gathering and something...But wait. She wasn't alone?
Carefully she pushed herself up off the...could it even be considered a floor?
And they were surrounded by mirrors.
Mirrors....
That should have meant something to her. Why didn't it?
Blue eyes blinked when she looked upon the still unconscious figure of her brother, knowing he was there was relieving and terrifying all at once.
"Adamantine," she said feeling her head throb as she sat up, tucking her legs beneath her. "Where are we?"

While Captain Epidote would have loved the idea of waking up in a room full of women....this was definitely not what he had imagined.
The blonde teenager winced as his eyes opened, the sound of familiar voices talking. Stella was easy to guess but the other was vague, the sound pestering his memory as he slowly worked on waking up. Sleepy eyes finally peeked open....and the teen practically shot up where he lay, once he noticed the senshi standing there.
"Ada!"
Wait, why was Ada there? Why..why was Stella there? Why was he there? Weren't they supposed to be patrolling and collecting energy?
Being the ever-helpful Negaverse agent, one glove reached up to scratch the back of his head as he asked, "So uh. What is this place?"

Ada's brow rose as both the blondes began to awakening and her body relaxed a bit as both of them were not the types to come up blades drawn. She shuffled a bit before taking a seat on one of the covered pieces of furniture, something she was sure was a chair by the shape, but she couldn't tell with the smoky fog that filled the room. Her gaze went first from Stella, then to Epidote, clearly investigating them for wounds or any other clues as to what happened to them.
"I know as much as you two." She cocked her head, "Was out....for a stroll.."
To put nicely, "And woke up here." She turned her head up to Epidote now, her hair now touching the ground. "It's just mirrors or something like it, but I can't see anything in them. I've heard of something similar to this...but I can't place my finger on it."
Nega's didn't really talk about factions outside of their own, but she was pretty sure she had heard of other types of senshi in the chaotic world. Ones who did not answer to Queen Metallia.
"Where we are though...doesn't seem to be the worst..." She added, "Can you feel it?" She ran a hand through her hair, mostly out of nervous habit since it was much longer in her senshi form, "I feel tired, even though I just woke up." Something in the room seemed to be exhausting her, and she could only guess that it was sucking up their energy.

If there was one thing Stellerite did not like it was when she was in a situation she couldn't control. Or one where she was forced into it blind and she felt like someone had taken all of her knowledge from her and stripped her until she was nothing.
Mirrors meant something and she didn't know what.
Instead of answering the corrupt senshi or even paying attention to her brother, Stella was busy looking through the pages of the journal she kept meticulous notes in.
There was nothing about mirrors or their capability to take people through them.
Blue eyes snapped up to look at the corrupt. "We weren't exactly sleeping comfortably. Maybe that has something to do with it." She made herself stand, closed her eyes and focused. Nope. Nothing.
"We can't teleport."

The senshi's senses must have been more acute - Epidote was still struggling to focus on the fact that they were suddenly captives in some crazy mirror room than to realize they were having anything done to them. Energy draining? Wasn't that their gig?
Stella was quick to determine that they couldn't just port out of their situation. Well, crap. That wasn't a good sign.
Not wanting to be unhelpful, he summoned his communicator and attempted to use it... only to receive a whopping amount of static. Static. What kind of bullshittery was that?
"Looks like we're out, communications wise." He gloomily contributed, tossing the device back into the subspace a little too forcibly. So much for an easy way out. Glancing around the room, he debated their options...which were growing slimmer in number the longer he stared at their surroundings.
Finally, he blurted out, "You think we can break any of these?"

The slight attitude from the captain made the corrupts eyebrow raise questioningly before falling back to her normally stoic face. Stella might be out of her element at the moment, but the corrupt fully expected her to come around to it. Which the woman did by attempting something the corrupt hadn't thought of.
"Teleportation and Communications are down then?" Since Epidote was a captain as well, and Adamantine was still a basic senshi, she would be relying on them the most.
"Not unless you want seven years of bad luck." The senshi said as dryly as possible before moving from her position and putting her hands on the mirrored walls. "Perhaps there is an exit." She pressed against the mirrors, the only difference in the reflections was it actually showed her as she came closer to it.
"I hate to sound odd, but this doesn't feel like the rift either. But I feel it is chaotic energy." Adamantine frowned, "Is there a part of the rift that we could've been dragged into?" And if that was the case, could they find Alkaid to get them out?

Stellerite was getting increasingly frustrated by their circumstance.
She had never been in a situation like this and by like this she meant; a situation where she could exert no control over her surrounding or retain her agency. Without the ability to teleport or communicate with anyone who might have had an idea about what being sucked into a mirror was all about, she felt like she had nothing to grasp onto and control.
There would be no talking her way out of this and from the look of things, Epidote wouldn't be able to use brute force to get them out.
"This isn't the rift." She was resolute in that deducing. "I don't know what it is, but we don't have the capabilities to use mirrors like this." She had heard rumors but...she didn't know of anyone among the once allied force they no longer associated with intimately.
"Don't over exert yourself," she announced, glancing at Epidote. "If our energy is being drained," and it felt like it was, "then we cannot afford to expend any unnecessarily."

If he heard his partner, Epidote didn't acknowledge her order.
Keeping his blade sheathed, his metal gauntlet shot forward, arm meeting the smooth surface of the mirror in front of them. The reflection shook from the impact...but nothing.
Not even a scratch.
Pulling his elbow back, he thrust forward again for a second attempt... and again. no scratch, not so much as a dent. Only a quiver of the image of himself looked back at him.
Feeling encouraged by the movement, he returned his attack with a series of short burst attacks, fist after fist going for the glass. This too proved unhelpful, the mirror simply shaking for a second before stilling.
Quickly finding himself out of breath, he leaned over and panted, fingers digging into his knees in an attempt to calm his heart rate.
"Crap."

Adamantine watched with a careful eye as Epidote attacked the mirror and since there was no response, and no way out, she went over to the man and laid a small hand on his head.
"Nice try." It was something she could imagine Laby doing to her, if she did her best. To Stella, she turned and nodded. "Maybe a youma-" She was interrupted by the shaking of the room and the sudden sinking feeling that something was about to go really wrong.
Her eyes widened and she reached out for both of them, right as the room shattered from the floor, and they fell to a dark abyss.
