.....◦◦ Special Skills: Prismatic Barrier- Pria summons a small shield around two of her party members, protecting them from some physical damage. Magic damage can penetrate it, but only deals half damage. Lasts for exactly two of each character's own posts. It can be used to shield herself, but only lasts for one post when used on her.
Photon- Blasts an enemy with light, dealing moderate magic damage.
Fairy Circle- Pria summons a small ray of light in a ten foot radius around her, healing allies for a moderate portion of their health once they step into the light and shielding them against the next attack they take. It can only be used once per battle and Pria cannot cast it when she is alone. Eventually, it will do damage as well once she scales up, but for now, does not.

From the moment she was born, Pria has always been on the move. Her parents lost their world at a young age, and just so happened to be the only two to make it to Traverse Town. They worked as hard as two orphans had to to get by, first by working in various shops around town, and then by finally opening their own once they got into their early twenties. The two had learned a lot from their former bosses, and they put it to use to make good profits, putting everything they earned towards buying a gummi ship tailored specifically for merchants. They were clever, and it didn't take long for them to get what they needed. Flying from world to world, the two lived their life like one great big adventure, until Pria's mother realized that she was pregnant. They calmed down a bit, took things slow, but they never did land.

Pria was born high up in the stars, right on that ship. Her parents always used to call her their little star girl. Bright eyed and bushy tailed, she was a curious scamp who ran around causing mischief all over the place. Combined with her innate gift for magic, she was quite the handful. As she got older, she was able to temper her skills, and found that she was very good at supportive spells. A natural, one might say. She found her pickaxe after reading that most wizards use some kind of catalyst for their magic, rather than just casting it with their hands. To this day, Pria has no idea whether or not that's actually true, but her chosen weapon does seem to add an extra boost to her power.

When she was twelve, they landed on the wrong world- One about to be consumed by darkness. Ever the helpful folk, Pria watched her parents as they went to work herding people onto their gummi, like some kind of ark. They'd only gotten a few people on when strange, inky black creatures started welling up out of the ground and attacking everyone, her parents included. Pria had a decision to make- Either she would start up the ship and pilot it off before it was too late, or she could try to save her parents and the other people who were currently getting their hearts stolen. They didn't raise an idiot. Pria knew full well that staying would only end in tragedy. Turning away from the carnage, she strode from the window and took up a position in the pilot's seat. Her father had shown her how to fly a few times, even let her take it on a little test drive. Sure, she'd been sitting on his lap the whole time, and it had been a while ago, but she remembered most of it.

With a gulp, she turned on the ship and started up a launch sequence, closing the door and bidding farewell to the doomed world. Within seconds, the ship was up in the air, and everyone on board save for Pria was watching the world fall apart. The girl set a course for Traverse Town and flew, ignoring anyone who tried to talk to her. It wasn't like she was bitter, or anything. Only... She was. Sure, it wasn't their fault that her mother and father decided to sacrifice themselves to save a bunch of people they didn't know. The storybooks would say that what they did was heroic. Personally, she felt like they'd made a stupid choice. Three years later, she still does.

Slamming the door to fridge shut with her foot, Pria slowly sauntered back to the captain's seat, placing a little plate of dried fish jerky onto the table next to the chair before hopping in and resting her feet up on the dashboard without a care in the world. She reached out for the plate and grabbed one of the smaller pieces, nibbling on it as she looked at the holographic map currently being displayed on the window, translucent enough for her to see the stars behind it. It was pretty, but she'd seen it enough times for it to lose it's magic pretty quick. The map functioned as a radar, and she'd studied it enough times to know what was what. Currently, though, she had her eye trained on one red dot that was moving pretty fast and headed straight towards another, bigger dot. That one, she knew for sure was an asteroid. The other, maybe some type of meteor? She wasn't sure. The two eventually hit on screen, and Pria sighed. Maybe it was worth checking out? At the very least, she might get a few more rocks for the collection. Maybe she could even dump out some of those stupid baskets and clear up some space in the cargo hold. Finishing the rest of the dried fish in one gulp, she turned off the hologram and leaned forward, pressing a couple of keys on the dashboard to set a course for the crash. It wasn't all that far away, and she was bored anyway, so why not?

In the time it took to actually get to the crash, Pria had finished most of the fish off. There were only three strips left. She was still kind of hungry, but the sight that awaited her stifled her appetite just a bit. A ship was embedded into the Asteroid. She didn't recognize the technology- It looked very high tech, not like a gummi ship at all. With a quick press of a button, she disabled auto pilot and took over manually, bringing Verity in close. Landing on an asteroid was a dangerous venture, but she'd done it plenty of times before. She circled around, looking for the flattest bit of rock she could find before finally finding a spot worth landing on and bringing the ship down and parking it safely, anchoring it to the asteroid so that it didn't float off.

With that done, she exited the ship and went onto the other one. The scent of smoke was in the air, although she wasn't quite sure where. There didn't seem to be all that much fire around. What there were of, however, were bodies. Lots of them. Men and women, all wearing some kind of uniform. She didn't recognize it at all, though. Deep down, Pria knew this was a sign that she should probably go back and just fly off of the asteroid before this ship exploded or something, but... Well, it just felt like she had to be here. Plus, there had to be something valuable on here, right? All these folks were loaded to the teeth with what looked like weapons. Hopefully none of them were alive, or she'd have some explaining to do. Stepping around a couple of puddles of blood, she continued exploring, eventually stumbling upon a pair of big doors that lead into a vast room with some... Weird box in the middle. It looked like a cage, honestly. Lots of stuff was all busted up, and all kinds of things were on fire. "What the hell...?" She muttered, walking closer and stopping about three feet away. Up close, she could see that this box had something deeper within. Carefully, she ducked under and got a full view of the inside of the box. Just... Another box. Glass, though, with a big padlock on it. Fancy, too. Whatever was concealed within looked a lot like ice, with something even deeper inside, although it was obscured too much for her to really know. Something valuable, maybe?

Without a second thought, she took her pickaxe from her belt and raised it high. "Better be jewels!" The thought strengthened her as she brought the pick down, slamming the sharp mining tool into the lock so hard that it shattered to pieces and crumbled to the floor. Fancy as it was, it didn't stand a chance against good old fashioned brute strength. Whoever paid for that lock had seriously gotten ghipped. What a waste of munny. Sliding her pickaxe back into her belt loop, she didn't waste any time pulling the door of the cage open. It was... Ice. Just like she'd thought. Raising a hand, she placed it against the cold surface and closed her eyes, relishing the smooth feel. It made her think of snow. She hadn't seen it in a while... Maybe, after she hauled whatever this was back to the ship, she'd go somewhere cold or something. When she opened her eyes again, she wished she hadn't. Her hand was glowing. Glowing! Pria wanted to pull away, and yet... She couldn't. She kept her hand there until a heartbeat echoed from deep within the ice. She could feel the beat hum through it, and then through her. What had she found?

Pria should've known that the second her hand starting glowing, this whole thing was going to just get even more weird. She really should've backed out when she had the chance. Maybe made her escape while the ice melted, or when some weird seed finally came into view after the ice was all gone and replaced with cold water. But no. Her dumb a** had to sit there and wait and watch whatever this thing was come to life. What if it was some kind of god forsaken plant alien? Could she live with unleashing that kind of horror unto the worlds? "I mean, probably. As long as it didn't screw with me." She thought in response to her own question, scrunching up her nose a bit. Even as this seed- No, pod- opened, Pria stood stock still and watched, her hand still stretched out. Was that a person in there? Letting her hand fall to her waist, she inspected what she could- Raisin like skin, until it filled out and plumped up as it slowly absorbed the water that had just melted.

Pria took as step back as the pod opened fully, revealing a girl in all of her glory. At this point, she genuinely was done. There was no way this could get any more weird. What kind of idiot boarded crashed ships full of bodies looking for loot, anyway? "My kind of idiot. Stop asking yourself stupid questions." Warily, with narrowed eyes, she watched the other girl inspect their surroundings. It was like watching someone who was just born get their first view of the world. Pria took a glance around, and that was when it hit her. Oh yeah, this place was on fire! It was hard not to panic in this situation, but she steeled herself and turned her gaze back to the girl from the pod as calmly as she could, only to see some leafy cat thing on her shoulder. That was... Interesting. The pilot didn't even bother trying to hide her own confusion at this point. Not even when the little animal talked. Out loud. To her.

Pria merely stared at the girl and her cat-marten plant construct for about five seconds in silence before sighing and holding out her hand. "No. I came for jewels. I still want jewels but this place is on fire, so I'll take what I can get." She stated in a voice as hard and cold as steel. It was forced, but she was just trying to keep up her nerve, which was slowly crumbling under vast levels of "what the hell is going on!" "Just take my hand and let's go before this stupid ship explodes or something!" She snapped, unsure of how else to go about this whole thing. As if on queue, the ship gave a rattling death groan, and Pria felt every hair on her body go straight up. It was just supposed to get Miss I-bloom-like-a-flower to move faster, not actually happen! Panic filled her voice as she gave the order again. "C'mon!"

Her hands weren't shaking. They weren't shaking at all. Or at least, that's what she tried to think, just to get the quivering to stop. Unfortunately, her attempt to trick her own mind wasn't working very well, if at all. How could she go and get herself into a mess like this? This was what stupid people did. This was what people who wanted to die did. Last time she checked, she wasn't suicidal but apparently today has proved otherwise. Perhaps it was cruel, but for now, she was just pretending that the whole thing didn't happen. That she didn't have some weird plant lady on board her ship. Once they were far enough away from the asteroid, she turned the ship around and gazed out the window passively, staring at the crashed ship and the asteroid it had crashed into. Might as well watch the fireworks while she could. She let the gummi idle and waited a couple minutes, staring intently. Pria still had no idea what kind of technology could make something so sophisticated yet clearly worthless- Gummi ships were better, they didn't crash when they exploded. After a couple of minutes, the explosion she'd been waiting for sent the asteroid into bits and pieces, with lots of shrapnel from the ship. Maybe one day she'd come back to the area and salvage it, but today, she was getting out of here.

She turned the ship away, setting a course for... Wherever. Pria actually had no idea where to go, now. Twilight Town, Traverse Town? The choices were slim. "If we'd stayed on there just a few extra minutes, we'd have been toast." Her thoughts were starting to weigh on her like a brick. Craning her head back towards the woman, she frowned. "If I didn't come, she would have been toast." The idea of that made her mouth go dry and ashy. Quickly, she turned her face back to the sea of stars that she was navigating through, trying to stifle the think train that was currently running wild, but to no avail. The lady had looked so innocent. She'd looked at all those bodies and she'd seemed like she was gonna cry. What kind of person cried for folks like that? Were they friends? It didn't seem like it, considering the fact that they'd had her in a cage.

She glanced back at the woman one more time, as quickly as possible before setting her gaze back on the horizon. Had she been praying? "Thanking the stars we're alive, maybe." That would make sense. Suddenly, Pria felt a little uncomfortable. She still had no idea what this person's name was, or why she was in a seed. The girl opened her mouth to speak, but couldn't really think of anything to say. It was like her brain was just thinking too fast to spout out a coherent sentence. Damn, that was so stupid. So, so stupid. "You know what? ******** it." She thought, setting a course for Twilight Town. A nice quiet place. Traverse Town was too noisy. "And I don't have enough from for the guilt baskets, anyway." The folks thankful to her parents may have considered their baskets full of gifts to be, well, gifts. Symbols of caring. But Pria new better. They just felt bad. That was all. Maybe they could find something nice in Twilight Town. Thinking of the blood that the other girl had all over her, she wondered if she ought to bust one open just this once and maybe see if there were clothes in one of them. If not, use the munny inside to get her something while they washed the old stuff off.

OOC: -insert timeskip to twilight town here- xP

Deep in thought and completely focused on the window, Pria didn't notice Viridia walking up until she was right next to her. Her passenger's voice made her jump, she looked up at her, meeting her eyes in surprise. When did she sneak up here? "My name.. is Viridia. Your people called me The Wildflower. You can call me anything you wish." The lady's voice was raspy, and had a bit of a... Something to it that Pria just couldn't really find words for. Her eyes fell to Viridia's hands as the plant girl held out a... Present? It was pretty. The box itself was made from vines, topped with a small white flower. She didn't know the type, but it sure was pretty. Switching the ship to autopilot, she took the gift gently, placing it in her lap as Viridia spoke again. "I don't have the ability to make jewels, but I hope this will do as a thank you for now." Pria paled. Her guilt multiplied tenfold at the words... She was just angry, she hadn't meant to...

Her thoughts ticked and clicked in her brain like clockwork as the woman bowed. Despite the innate grace of her movements, the young girl could easily see just how weak the person she'd saved was. She couldn't really find the words to say anything back. Even after how mean she'd been to her, the other girl was grateful. The feeling it gave wasn't exactly nice. It made her feel kind of scummy, if anything. "I need to rest a little bit longer. With all of my Light I thank you again." And with that, she was already walking away. Quickly, she turned towards her retreating form and spoke. "I... My name is Pria Faunel." She stated, her voice just the slightest bit quaky. "And, I'm sorry, Wildflower." It took all of her effort to keep the word sorry above a whisper. She hadn't said it in so long... Since when has she been sorry enough to say it out loud?

Feeling her nerve start to crumble all over again, she turned back towards the window and stared at the gift in her lap. This wasn't like the others people gave her. Those people were guilty. Trying to assuage it by dumping presents on her so that they didn't have to feel bad. Well, look who was guilty now. Did she really deserve a present like this after what she'd said? Turning it away now would just make her look like a hypocrite. Assuaging her guilt by turning it down. If the other girl was grateful, then she'd accept those feelings. Grasping the edge of the vine woven lid, she lifted it off and gasped out loud. The amber encased flower was too beautiful for words. Mentally, she priced the jewel; Priceless. A gift like this could never be sold, never. Without a word, she put the lid back on and cradled the box in her lap as she pushed the ship into over drive. If Viridia needed to rest, she would make sure that they'd get there fast. Plants needed sunlight and water, and Twilight Town had plenty of both.

Pria munched on the last bits of dried fish on her plate as they zoomed through the sky. She could've gotten up and walked around a bit, but... Sitting in her chair pretending to actually be steering was a lot easier than waltzing around in silence. Besides, if something actually did go wrong, she'd be right here at the wheel. Stars and lights streaked by as they made their way, until eventually the world was within sight. Switching off auto pilot, she straightened in her seat and brought the ship down, landing it nicely in the Sandlot. Hopefully the local kids wouldn't mind that much. The area was a little grassier than she remembered it, but Pria didn't care at that much. Grass didn't take long to grow. Some kid probably thought it looked better than boring old dirt. The second she shut off the ship- Or well, put it in idle, more like- and opened the hatch, Viridia was out and in the grass before the pilot could even blink. Snorting a bit, Pria just shook her head and stood up, taking her box with her

Cradling the vine woven box like it was the most precious thing she'd even seen, she walked to the back of the ship and pressed a tiny blue button, which in turn opened a narrow door that lead to her sleeping quarters. Nothing too fancy, just a cloth hammock, a bookshelf, and a storage locker. Pria set the box on top of the bookshelf, admiring the way it looked against the other decorations. With the other clutter, it added up nicely. She stepped out and pressed the blue button again, closing the door with a mechanical whine. With her treasure safely hidden away, she walked over to the hatch, crossing her arms as she watched Viridia revel in the sunlight. The strange girl seemed so happy. Pria wondered if, maybe she'd stay here?

Viridia looked up at her with a bright and cheery smile, and Pria returned it with a simple one of her own. A little less bright, a little less cheery, but probably the first genuine smile she'd had in a while. She even looked a little amused as Viridia pranced around in the twilight. "What a dork." She thought, although she didn't necessarily mean it as an insult. After a little bit, the other girl finally skipped back over and asked, "Thank you for bringing me here, where is here exactly?" Leaning against the ship, she looked around. "This is Twilight Town. It's a nice little place, kinda quiet. The kids around here are kinda funny, they like to play some weird little game called struggle. It's a little dumb, if you ask me. She pointed up at the sky. "The sun never goes down here. Just looks like it will." Looking up at the clock tower she wondered what the city might look like from up there. Probably kind of breathtaking, she figured. Maybe she could convince Viridia to go up there with her?

"Yeah... mother would make a world like this..." Whatever that meant, Pria didn't even want to know. At her core, she still didn't want to get dragged into any more weird stuff. So, she pretended not to hear it at all. It didn't seem like it was anything meant for her to hear, either way. She opened her mouth to suggest going up to the clock tower for a better view, but stopped as Viridia turned to look at something. Following her gaze, she saw a girl in a black cloak right as she came to a stop. Whatever it was that had Viridia on edge, it wasn't the case for Pria. She just raised an eyebrow as the girl spoke- She hadn't really been interrupting anything. Clearly, whoever this was had been expecting something else. A delivery maybe, judging by the way the girl started eyeing The Verity. Or so she thought, until she spoke. Before Pria could answer, Viridia took it upon herself to give an explanation.

It was a miracle that Pria even let her finish. Once she did, however, the reaction was instantaneous. "Oh. My. God." Both of Pria's palms hit her face as she double facepalmed at Viridia's explanation. Mechanical beast? What? With her face still in her hands, she spoke. "Viridia... It's called a gummi ship. It's not really. Like... Alive." Oh man, how could she explain how gummi ships worked? Not even she knew how they worked, really. Her parents had once told her plenty of times about how the ship ran on happy thoughts or something stupid like that, but she'd always been able to pilot it just fine, even when she was brooding. With a snort, she shook her head as she let her hands fall from her face, revealing that she wasn't upset- She thought it was funny as hell. Pointing at Viridia, she spoke again. "You're a real hoot, you know that?"

Stepping down from the open hatch, she walked a few feet away and gestured at the whole thing. "This is The Verity. It used to be a merchant ship, but now I pretty much just use it for whatever I want. Finding fancy things, getting new books, rescuing people from crashed ships on asteroids before they die in a fiery explosion..." The last sentence was said under her breath, just loud enough for her companions to hear. "It can take you where you need to go, it has living quarters inside so that you can sleep on the way, and." She paused, trying to build up some hype. Most importantly." Her expression grew serious. "You have to think happy things when you pilot it, or it'll crash!" Not true. Probably. Maybe this ship was just the exception, or just was a lot happier than she knew. The idea that it was a half truth made her feel a little less bad, but it wasn't like they'd actually believe it, right? Even if they did, she'd just set 'em straight later. Besides, it wasn't like they'd go and actually fly her ship. The worst she could see happening was them maybe asking some other person with a ship about it and getting a weird look.

"Oh god." The flurry of questions hit Pria like a truck, and for a second she didn't respond, mulling over what she could say. She'd been to a lot of worlds, but she couldn't really say which ones where her favorites- She liked Twilight Town for how quiet it was, but did that make it her favorite? "Um, I've been to a lot of worlds. I guess Twilight Town would be my favorite..." For now, anyway. She did her best to keep up with the questions, although she wasn't sure why. The whole thing with Viridia had softened her up, just a bit. "I was born on my ship but for now, we can count my home world as Traverse Town. We came here because my friend... Needed some sunlight." There. Everything was answered, more or less. The black haired girl introduced herself, and Pria gave a small semblance of a smile. "I'm Pria, and this is Viridia." She glanced up at the clocktower, and then back at Xion. "Looks like you had a long run."

"What... is a Heartless?" It was such a... Normal conversation that Viridia's question caught her off guard, and she frowned. It was hard to imagine anyone not knowing what a heartless was, these days. Then again, Viridia seemed kind of lost in the ways of the world. Not to mention, she was some kind of plant lady so Pria cut her some slack. "Heartless are... Well, the ones I've seen are little shadowy creatures with bright yellow eyes. I don't know much about them. I know that they take hearts and that's about it, really." She'd only ever seen them once, and had gone through quite a bit of trouble to make sure that she never ever saw them again. She wasn't sure how to really explain it other than that. And she wasn't about to make things up about something so dangerous, either. "But, you don't have to worry. My ship isn't one of them... Although, I could see why someone might think so." She looked up at The Verity, inspecting it. It was pretty big, especially so considering it was just her on it all the time. A lot of the space inside was empty. She had a lot of rooms in there just waiting to be cleared out, not counting the storage room at the bottom of the ship. Actually... "Maybe I should clean out a room for Viridia...?" It was a thought for the future, really.

Feeling a little awkward, she glanced around. The Heartless were a sobering topic, and a definite moodkiller. "So... About the ice cream. You said sea salt was pretty good, right?" She said, looking a little thoughtful. "Where would we find it? I don't think I've ever tried it." That was the truth. She'd never tried sea salt ice cream- She just didn't really like ice cream. But if it would get the group out of a sad talk about Heartless and all the bad things that went with them, she would suck it up and have a couple of bites.

With: Viridia and Xion
Where: Following Xion to ice cream land, and then to the clocktower
Mood: Relieved
OOC: Mini time skip to the clock tower, here

For a moment, Pria was happy that her little distraction plan worked. Xion's question, however, made her groan. "Oh, c'mon, it's not that out of place, is it?" She asked, eyeing the ship. After a moment, she sighed. "Okay, yeah, it is. One sec, lemme just go... Do some stuff really quick." She said as she walked up to her ship and popped open the door. A couple of seconds or so after she went inside, the ship went up about eight feet off the ground and then turned invisible- Or at least, the outside did. Anything inside of the open door was visible, including Pria as she hopped down from the ship, shrugging off the eight foot drop as she landed on her knees. "Ow. I really need to install a ladder or something." With that done, the group got going to go get their ice cream, with both girls following Xion.

Having bought their ice cream, the three started making their way to the clock tower. "I kind of expected it to be a little more expensive, to be honest." Pria said, tying her munny pouch back onto her belt. Each girl already had their ice cream. Personally, Pria could've gone without. But it would seem weird to ask to go get ice cream and then not buy any. So, she just bit and nibbled along the way. Eventually they got to the base of the clock tower, and Pria looked up the entire thing. "I'm going to lose like thirty pounds walking up this thing." She thought as the group slowly made their way up. Funny how one thing led to another so fast.

It took awhile, but they were finally at the top. It was quite the view, maybe even worth the walk. "That's my exercise, this month. Literally three entire cheesecakes worth. She was only about half way done with her ice cream, unsurprisingly. To be honest, it wasn't as bad as most of the others she'd tried. But it was still something she'd go out of her way to actively avoid eating. Ice cream was too cold, in her opinion. Standing there in front of the clock face, she looked around, taking another nibble before speaking.
"So... What do we do, now?"

With: Viridia, Xion, and some random a** girl in some dress.
Where: Twilight Town, Clocktower
Mood: Somewhere between "god ******** damnit" and "what the ********>

As they all sat there and chilled out, Pria thought of the job board. She really didn't need munny, to be honest. She had plenty as it was. But making more always gave her something to do- Even if it had her going onto some random crashed airships and rescuing people, apparently. Today had been so long. So weird. All she hoped for was that nothing else stupid would happen. Twirling her popsicle stick in her hands, she just sat there and zoned out until Xion's voice roused her from her daydreaming. "Did you get a winner?" In response, Pria looked down at the stick in her hand and fought back a grimace. Yes. Yes she did. Before she could answer, though, Viridia said something that Pria couldn't quite hear, and then shot off like lightning down the stairs. "Oh hell no. I have had enough of this weird s**t today. Whatever this is can ******** right off." She thought as she met Xion's gaze and watched the other girl get up and go sprinting off, dropping half of her ice cream in the process. Being the sourpuss she was, Pria just sat for a second and audibly whined for about five seconds straight before getting up slowly and walking down the stairs. After the third step, there was a bright light and she picked up her pace and kept up a fast walk the whole way down, stopping right next to Xion as the light died down. It seemed similar to the light that had flashed when she'd woken up Viridia, but that just bothered her more.

Standing next to her planty friend was a strange woman in some overly fancy dress with some weird bun on. "Oh god. We can't let the reach people get ahold of Viridia. They'll teach her stupid things like golf and going out on yachts." She thought, narrowing her eyes. The girl didn't seem hostile or anything, but Pria was... Just a little wary, seeing some stranger being friendly with the person she'd just released from a crashed spaceship. It was only natural to be protective of her friends, and Pria had no qualms with walking up and interrupting the conversation, stepping up in front of Viridia like a bodyguard.

"Do you uh, know this lady?" She asked, like a cop trying to make sure a little kid wasn't being kidnapped. The pilot had come up right at the end of the strange woman's question, so she answered, not giving mother nature a chance to speak. "This is Twilight Town. You're in the clock tower, right now." She stated. It was clear from her posture and stance that she didn't trust the girl who'd just woken up, and that she was feeling defensive of her friend as well. Considering how short she was, she wasn't all that intimidating, but Pria didn't really care. The last thing she wanted was for anyone to get mixed up in the wrong business.
