It might have been a headache, in other circumstances, or for other people; but Sunny has never been strong-hearted when it comes to news of tragedy, and there are hurricanes tearing through the world south of her, so south only the verbal aftershocks ripple all the way up to Destiny City. Too south for the winds to be worrying, but there's, inevitably, the news filling the stations and the channels and every social media she knows - does anyone have water / we have no power / the house is destroyed / the whole place is flooded / there's nowhere to go / it won't stop it won't stop it won't stop - that last one is more her, when it comes down to it; every detail of a tragedy she can do nothing to help rattles around in her bleached-blonde head and she feels like a useless ditz. She has no money to donate to relief charities - the small modicum of comfort her finances give her would disappear in an instant if she was to start donating, because it'd be one and then two and then three, and Sunny can't stop looking up more and more information and it makes her entire mouth taste like choked-back bile.

After the second night where she finds herself sitting awake at four AM with work in four hours, Sunny decides she needs a distraction tactic where she has to interact with other people. Thankfully, thankfully, that's what raids are for; she can spend hours alternating her builds and looking for group, calling out directions and guides over her headset and typing when the DPS doesn't have the right downloads for voice chatting. It should be simple. Well. Should be doesn't mean it will be.

Sunlit Day: have none of you run this before?
Sunlit Day: I know it's a little tricky in the heat of the moment
Sunlit Day: but you have to rotate around the field every phase, come on.
Sunlit Day: do I need to tank? I know how to tank, I just assumed you all had it well enough in hand, but
Sunlit Day: now I'm not sure.

The response she gets is about a solid four lines of incoherent screaming from the failed tank. If she picked a highlight, it would be the THERE'S ******** SPIDERS ON MY METAPHORICAL-a** d**k AND YOU PUT THEM THERE!! YOU PUT THE ******** SPIDERS THERE!! ********! ********> - that seems to stun the entirety of her party into silence for a good fifteen seconds.

Deleisthai: Language, darling.

(Their character jumps in place, in the universal language of 'my feelings can only be expressed through repeated jumping'. It is an exquisite display of online eloquence. Sunny thinks this particular feeling is somewhere around the lines of 'I hate this ******** goblin child', since she's played with Deleisthai before; the impression she's gotten is an exceptionally tired woman with a serious macabre streak who is almost too polite to say what she means.)
Sunlit Day: ...well that settles it!
Sunlit Day: sorry guys, I'm just not in the mood to teach how to tank (⌣_⌣”)
Sunlit Day: bye!

(That go at it is a failure. She decides to open up Overwatch instead.)

Overwatch would be far less of a failure, except she gets about two games in as Mercy before deciding she doesn't want to keep people alive again. Right now, what sounds good is lying in wait, spider-to-prey - that's easy enough, for technique. Execution is the difficult aspect for other people: but Sunny's never had any problem with one shot, one kill, and she's not going to start now.
