Amber was slowly beginning to give up on trying, she wasn't exactly well received by her peers, quite a few of them looked down on her since she was a hollowed, but over the years she gained a tough exterior. But recently she decided to give dating once last chance. she had seen an ad for a junior chat room, she signed up after hours of debating while in the midst of working on her math homework. she made her profile which stated the following,:

About: I am looking to get into fortune related major, maybe even something to help my crafts, but, Looking for... someone that I can share a connection with, I'm into a lot of stuff, no normal nightmare or daydream would find interesting. I'm definitely an out of the ordinary girl.

With all that being said and done she uploaded a picture of a plushie she made, it was a hollowed looking plush with features similar to other nightmares and daydreams. Over the next few weeks she typed into the chat box of the open chat, but she never quite pressed enter, she was a bit nervous, not that she would ever admit that. it would always pop up whenever there were others talking
ThingOfHorror is typing ... but it would soon vanish.
as days passed, she began to give up again, she sighed, pulling her self away from her computer to go grab something from her shelf to snack on, placing her back up against her dorm room wall staring out at the Academy grounds, Waiting for & hopping someone would talk to her.

 Treat was still trying to get the hang of everything and used to life in general, Trick and Treat had been in the Below for a while but hadn't really started their lives as of yet. Treat needed to change that he needed to find a reason to get to class and reason to move forward with his life. He really didn't have a reason to try as of yet and that was something he needed to change. He found a junior chat room online and decided what the hell he might as well join. Message me if you want to chat Treat posted his picture with his profile and joined the junior site. He posted some pictures of spooky stuff for the fun of it, spooky stuff was cool, since it was Trick and Treats birthday after all Haunted Hallows season anyways. Treat noticed ThingOfHorror typing but never saying anything for a long time. He was kinda nervous too about stepping out of his safe zone that was his life with his twin. One day he finally wrote. CandyCornTreat: wrote
"Hey ThingOfHorror" That was all he typed in the messaged and then hit send hoping the other hallowed would talk to him opening the door to a friend outside his relationship with Trick. He hoped that Trick wouldn't be angry with him for reaching out past their bond.

the sound of her snack bag opening crackled as she stared out at the world,
she began to eat some of the sweet potato chips but soon she heard a beep, she. this nearly startled her as her eyes gazed over at the computer. she went over with a chip in her mouth as she sat down looking to see who had messaged her, or if it was just another beep of the open chat. which had been quiet for a few moments.
To her surprise she saw a message to her, her eyes opened a bit more as she put her fingers to the keys, she tried to type but her hands didn't move.but after a moment of silence, she pulled her hand away and turned away from the screen as she brought one leg up her knee tucked against her chest. she wanted to answer quickly but she was conflicted. so instead as she turned around she moved past the privet message and went surfing their profile instead, which took a few moments longer, before long She replied.
ThingOfHorror: Hey whats up?
She sighed in relief finding solace, after having seen a few similarity in interest, and the fact he was a hollowed too.

Treat did some stuff in his dorm room while he waited. Checking now and then to see if Thing had messaged him back he was starting to feel like a silly being fretting and wondering if he had made a fool of himself and Thing wouldn't message him back when he saw the message from Thing. Treat had already read Things profile and knew they were a hallowed it was part of the reason he had decided to message Thing. They seemed to have enough in common with him to not make him feel like a total weirdo. Maybe just a partial weirdo since Treat was part naiad and part neko which was a rather odd combo and to top it off mutant traits. Treat wasn't sure what his and Trick's parents had been thinking. CandyCornTreat: Hey Thing, not much really just getting things sorted in my dorm room and you?

after having written him back she dallied around in her chair, swiveling slightly on the back feet of it, she popped another chip in her mouth as she stood up grabbing some fabrics and a sewing kit as she took to crafting while she awaited a reply, but before she could start she heard the beep of the computer once more, she gazed at the screen and pondered, what she was doing wasn't to exciting but she replied none the less
ThingOfHorror: Nothing, to interesting.Just sewing something and snacking on sweet potato chips.
she didn't start sewing just yet as she stared at the screen for a moment, hoping that she wouldn't bore them to death.
but she began to wonder, why did she care so much what he thought? maybe because it was as closest to a real chance she would have ever gotten to some kind of friendly relationship.

Treat smiled as he read what Thing wrote he was curious already what they were making though he had never had sweet potato chips before, so that wasn't something he was familiar with but he didn't like candy. CandyCornTreat: What are sweet potato chips like? I've never had them before and what are you making??" Treat was rather curious about Thing in general, nothing they had said so far bored him, though he didn't know that Thing was worried about that. He was really focused on his curiosity focused on Thing. Must have been the neko in him making him wonder what Thing was about and what they were doing. Treat really needed to open his world a little bit, he loved his sibling Trick but he didn't want to be alone with Trick forever. Treat wanted to imbue stones and have a family someday, and he certainly couldn't do that with Trick. So Treat had to step out of his comfort zone and find others to know.

she was sewing now as she had cut the outline of the object she was making in the time it had taken him to reply, which wasn't too long at all. she looked up a few pins in her mouth as she set her fabric in her lap so she could reply to him.
ThingOfHorror: Sweet potatoes are a root, baked or fried, they make a good sweet or savory treat, much better than candy.And well I'm making plushies, It's a bit of a hobby. she set down the front legs of her chair as she nearly fell back as she continued to sew the plush, but the one she was making seemed a bit familiar to her. before she knew it she realized she had picked similar colors to him, she held it up and looked at it comparing it to his photo, even though it was half stuffed by now, she sent a picture through

Treat's tail flipped back and forth as he waited for Thing to respond to his last post. CandyCornTreat: "That's kool, maybe we could hang out sometime and you can share some of your sweet potato chips, I like sweet stuff. Oh kool I need more hobbies unless you count my twin and haunted hallows not sure if I really have one.." Treat chuckled as he looked at the picture of the plushie that looked a little like him. CandyCornTreat: That's cute, I want to look for familiars and plushies at the haunted hallows festival this year, maybe you should see if you can make plushies for one of the booths and give away your plushies as prizes. I'd try to win some your really good. ;) Treat grinned he hoped he wasn't being too forward he really liked Thing even though he didn't even know their real name yet. For some reason, he just felt like they clicked and with the happiness, his worry lingered that Trick would be mad that Treat was making a friend without them.

Amber smiled softly now as she worked on the plushie, she finished it up as she heard a ding seeing the next few messages he had sent, her cheeks deepened in color as she read his messages she was a bit anxious now thinking about seeing him in person, and the compliment he had given, she rubbed her cheek with her hand as she looked away from the screen for a moment, her smile growing wider as she made her reply

I think I would like to meet you too, let's say outside the Academy today before curfew?I'll, bring an extra bag of chips. she felt her chest flutter a bit both nervous and shy, she felt a bit like she could melt, having never felt like this before she slapped her cheeks slightly and got up grabbing a few things as she left to gather a few things before heading out to go meet him for the first time. she left one more message before she left

Treat wiggled in his seat as he waited for Thing to message him back, he hoped he hadn't frightened them away already that would really be upsetting. He sighed out when he saw their next message and started to read it. Treat jumped up and did a little fist pump that Thing wanted to meet him too. He fell back down into his seat excited and scared all at once about meeting Thing in person. He took a deep breath before he started writing back to Thing. CandyCornTreat: Ok I can do that, I'm in the Enoch dorm I'll meet you there soon?? I look forward to trying the chips XD Treat laughed as he read Things last message and then he got ready to post his next message when he saw that Thing had already signed out so he grabbed some of his own stuff and went to go meet Thing in person for the first time his heart hammering in his chest.
