The snap of little pop it fire works were gratifying. Each step she took she threw one down and the snap pop they made helped her get out some of her pent up energy. It was better than the alternative which was going around the city recklessly trying to get herself killed taking on youma and negaverse officers stronger than her. She never took them down per-say, but heck she certainly did do a fair but of damage. So, by request of her adoptive cat-dad Arthur, she was staying nearby, (1 mile away), and wasn’t going to hunt anything down, (unless it showed up), and she wouldn’t cause property damage, (unless she had to). So, Spacewatch placated herself with pop-its. And throwing them at things.

Adjusting from the heels her lieutenant uniform provided to the boots of her captain's outfit had proved to be easier than Stellerite had expected, though she missed the click of heels against concrete and the more docile image they provided her with. Her boots made less noise though, so it was easier to come upon a powered individual.
Her aura was larger now, broadcasting further, and playing meek was not as effected as she would like, but she didn't let it deter her from her ruse when she made her way towards where she thought the senshi's aura was likely to be located. The snap-pop of toy fireworks helped her pinpoint the area and upon approaching, she took note of the familiar seeming uniform.
Hadn't she seen this little senshi before?
"You're looking a little lonely, mind some company?"

She was just tired and worn down mentally. After she threw the last pop-it, the girl was feeling depression kicking in again, (which was normal she’d been told. But don’t worry! Pills and positive thinking will help with that! TOTAL bull s**t. She’d told off that doctor real quick). Spacewatch just felt a disconnect as of late, not really thinking she was worth anything cosmically, that she couldn’t even help in the war that had taken the lives of her parents. That would take her life too no doubt. But when a voice broke the silence, she jumped, fists closed and held up, ready to lash out. “I- wa- Who’s askin?”

Her hands were raised palms out in what she hoped was a neutral sign of truce. "Whoa, hey, I'm just here to talk," Stellerite said quickly offering as nonthreatening of a smile as she could muster.
"Name's Stella. The night's been a little lonely. Mind talking?" If it was the girl she remembered, then approaching things cautiously was the proper way to go to avoid another incident.
Not being remembered usually would have upset the blonde, but right now it was to her advantage.
"What's your name?"

Spacewatch was like the kitten you found under the bleachers in high school. Scared, a bit scrawny, but dang heckin cute and ready to show you what the what via paw swipes. "I dunno Stella, if that IS your name, why you wanna talk?" She was leery that words were the only thing the agent wanted. Usually, they just grabbed at her starseed or were trying to harvest energy. She wasn't no fool, (just young). "I'm Spacewatch." She gave the woman an incredulous look. "Of Comets." Because that was also important to know.

"I'd rather talk than fight," the captain stated, shrugging her shoulders. "I don't think we, as a whole, listen enough. Especially to young voices." Maybe if she appealed to the girl's ego she could earn some of her trust.
"Spacewatch of Comets, huh? That's pretty cool. Better than plain old Stellerite. I offer Stella cause it's not as harsh, y'know?" If she seemed docile, maybe this wouldn't turn into a stupid fight where she was pelted with space rocks. That'd be nice.
"I just think you might have a lot to say, and I'm willing to listen if you wanna talk."

She was still the kitten under bleachers, only now slowly leering forward, sniffing. Curious. She certainly didn't trust the agent, but she wouldn't say she was feeling up to tangoing with someone who could maybe kill her. Not tonight at any rate. "No one listens because they don't want to hear. After a while you stop trying with words if you know what I mean." Spacewatch huffed, steping a bit closer to listen to what the agent had to say. Or rather listen. She wanted to talk? "Oh." She realized she'd met this woman before and- "I beat you up once." Her entire face lit up like she'd won a prize. "You actually do want to talk then?"

Children were not her forte.
Stellerite was a woman capable of schmoozing with the best of them. Except, when it came to children. They were malleable and somewhat easy to manipulate, but as she did not control via fear...earning their trust was difficult.
"I want to hear--" I beat you up once. Stellerite's carefully held smile faltered. "Did you? Ah, well, I'm hoping for a fresh start then." It was not the smoothest of recoveries, but she tried.

Spacewatched had the gall to look smug, like the cat that caught the canary. "Okay." It was a quick 180 from her usual attitude, most of which would have consisted of her trying to attack and flee to live another day. "Since I beat you up before, I can probably still take you on so-" She crossed her arms. "What do you want to know? Because I can tell you how green is not your color or, how your people should really stop trying to mess with the park. It's kind of getting annoying seeing upturned trash bins every day on my walks."

Inwardly, Stella wanted to wrap her hands around the child's neck and strangle her. Outwardly, she held the strained smile and did her best to keep from showing how annoyed she was.
There was a slow exhale and her eyes closed for a second before blue blinked at Spacewatch.
"How do you know the incidents in the park is done by me, or the people I work with?" Her smile held too much teeth and her tone was strained but Stellerite was a professional. A child would not beat her.
"Every time I encounter someone on your side of things, they're horribly aggressive and do a lot of property damage. That seems unnecessary, don't you think?"

Spacewatch... didn't really have proof of her accusations beyond 'well one time it was so there' which really didn't hold much water at all when it came to a logical argument. "It's not like anybody else had monsters that go around committing property destruction that involves trying to get into garbage." Ha. She was right about that part at least. "Even if that's where they belong." DOUBLE HA. "As for my side, did you ever stop to think that maybe, nobody has a side but their own? Because so far, being a senshi has meant s**t for me after your people went and killed my family." Purple eyes narrowed in anger. "So gee, I wonder why 'my side' is a little hostile. Its not like your side goes around killing families and innocent people. I mean, no, never done that right?" She was scowling and looked the ever petulant 14 year old. "But no one really cares in the end. What's another dead body anyway..."

"I beg to disagree, don't knights have summons that function similarly? Or are just as difficult?" She didn't know for sure, but it was something she had heard through the grapevine and if the little brat thought she was going to be able to drag Stellerite, she was wrong.
"You say that and yet, you accuse me of exactly what you claim I accuse you of. How can you expect people to keep an open mind when you go at them like that?" She shook her head. "I'm sorry about your family, but without knowing the context I can't offer any insight, but remember your actions have consequences for you good or otherwise."
Blue eyes watched the girl carefully, fingers twitching in anticipation.
"I haven't. I can't speak for others, but you can't either. There's blood on the hands of everyone involved in this, even if they didn't stain their own hands."

Spacewatch's hate filled stare grew even more intense as the knowledge that her arguments were being broken apart so easily. "Youma EAT people. Summon's don't. They're like, like-" She fished her own brain for the word, "a patronus! From Harry Potter! All spirity and s**t." HA. "But it's-" She choked on her own words. "It's not my fault!" She yelled, words catching and breath sharp as she fought back the sudden wave of guilt. Because the fact was, it might as well have been her fault that her own parents were dead. "Your side killed them for no reason!" A finger jabbed in Stella's direction. Guilt still ate ate Spacewatch, and her grief and guilt were openly written across her face. "You all want the same thing- to kill us! We just-" She took a step back. "We just want to be left alone!" How dare this woman ruin her argruments, how dare she point out the lies and hypocrisies? Spacewatch didn't want facts, (she wanted facts), she wanted to be safe, (no where was safe).

"That you know of," she pointed out, but didn't offer any counter arguments. If the child wanted to believe that she had some knowledge advantage over her, then so be it.
If it meant she wasn't going to get pelted with comets again, she could concede here and there.
"Are you sure it was for no reason? What did you do to get on their radar? We're responsible for the actions we take, Spacewatch." She did her best to sound sincere, even if she wanted to be patronizing.
"It's not about killing, it's about ensuring that the Earth is going to be the best it can be."

It- she'd done nothing wrong. She'd never killed anyone. Chased people away, maybe given someone a nasty bruise but never kill. She was innocent. She wasn't wrong. She didn't deserve to watch her parents die. The negaverse deserved to die. Because they killed for no reason. Watering eyes couldn't be chased away and Spacewatch angrily balled her fists. "Nothing! I didn't do anything!" She shook her head. "They didn't deserve to be killed- I- I never wanted to be a senshi! Why did they have to die?" Why did they have to die because of her? She was shaking, fists curled, eyes trying to blink back tears. "I don't want to talk anymore."
