What is your plot idea? Please explain in great detail: Eve and Jon decide to go out during one of their rare free days when Eve spots someone potentially up to no good. Suspicious, she goes up to ‘chat’ with them and after accidentally revealing they were planning something, they bolt. Eve calls for backup then chases after them and when she catches up, the two have a short duel until the person shoots a curse and hits Jon, who’d followed after Eve because he was worried. Worried about her husband, Eve rushes him to St Mungo’s while the backup goes after the culprit; however, despite the quick response, the curse was a particularly nasty one and Jon wouldn’t make the night. Jon’s death is going to send Eve into depression, and although she tries her best to care for her younger daughter Gemma, with Rey’s help when she comes back, but it's hard. Jon’s parents will suffer as well, and taking care of Peter and Lizzy come back from Hogwarts would be too much for them and they couldn’t foist them off on Eve now, so Jon’s brother and his wife (who'd flown back for the funeral) decide to take a long overdue break to watch over and take responsibility for their children for the time being.

When do you plan for this idea to go into effect? Early April through to the summer

What are the idea's drawbacks? (e.g. Does anyone get killed? Is Hogwarts going to have to suffer? etc.) Well, Jon’s gonna die, Eve and Rey are gonna suffer along with the rest of the family.

Why are you interested in doing this idea? Character growth, and for more than one character. Plus, Peter and Lizzy’s parents actually take responsibility for their kids for once.

Anything else you would like to share about this idea? Nope

What is your plot idea? Please explain in great detail: After what happened with Jon's death, to say that Eve didn't approve of Rey's career choice would be putting it mildly. Their disagreement lead to tension in the house as Rey had remained living at home to help care for her younger sister, Gemma, after their loss. They only came to a big argument once after Rey graduated and became an auror-in-training, with the presence of Gemma forcing them to be civil and stick to cold shoulders and passive-aggressive jabs the rest of the time. However, with Rey becoming a full-fledged auror and Gemma soon to be leaving for Hogwarts, the tension will only become worse and they'll snap, resulting in a huge fight between them. Unable to come to an agreement and fed up of having to live with her mother's severe disapproval, Rey will move out and the two will cut contact with each other, leaving the rest of the family and especially Gemma to deal with the aftermath. The family will try to mediate, but after a couple of failed attempts to reconcile the two (with explosive results) they learn to leave the matter alone and not mention the other when they talk to either of the two.

When do you plan for this idea to go into effect? At the end of this coming summer

What are the idea's drawbacks? (e.g. Does anyone get killed? Is Hogwarts going to have to suffer? etc.) Eve and Rey are going to be estranged after this with Rey moving out and leaving Eve alone in a soon to be empty home, which will certainly help her mental state. They also work in the same office so there will be awkwardness there as well. Meanwhile, Gemma has see her close family falling apart just as she's going to leave them Hogwarts, which will give the poor girl issues.

Why are you interested in doing this idea? It's a continuation of what had happened so far with Jon's death. With the two being as stubborn as they are, they had to snap sometime.

Anything else you would like to share about this idea? Will you believe me when I say this development surprised me too?
