List your favorite exercises to do here.
I have almost mastered every exercise listed in the book Convict Conditioning.
Armor-plated pectoralis majoralis and steel triceps: I do multiple one-arm push-ups with a thirty-five pound dumb-bell bent-pressed in one hand (I can't quite do them with only two fingers and a thumb yet). Barn-door back and major guns: I do multiple muscle-ups from a dead hang. I have yet to tie a weight a-round my waist and do them, but I will do that. Elevator cable thighs: I do one-leg squats with a weight in hand. Stronger scalp, neck and toes: I do multiple wrestler's bridge push-ups. Healthy, powerful shoulders: I can do a head-stand and hand-stand push-ups with my feet against a wall. My shoulders are still not strong enough for me to do a real hand-stand, or balance on one hand for muscular development, but I will get there. Six-pack abs from hell: I do sit-ups and leg raises for my belly.
I am an ecto-meso-endomorph. The rest of what I do is in my journal, and in Clash Fah's statistics in the post your profiles thread.

i once did this wall sit thing for about 11 minutes for a kung fu test. I Broke out into a sweat and my knees were unhappy. For a while I did 1000 reps a day with a 72" iron pry bar. When i was younger I had this 3" steel pipe I used to strike open palm several times. That was one of my favorites. There was this other thing we didn't have a name for, but you would run into a wall and then keep going up and see how high you could tap. I think the best i got was about 16 feet inside a Machine shop. I liked the grippyness of brick and unpolished concrete. Had this other thing we used to do, where there were fences and do hurdles, but I've since gained way too much weight after a skiing accident. My favorite exercise machine is for leg presses.
