It was summer, which meant more heat than normal, which meant that the naganeko hybrid was more than thrilled to spend as much outside as possible. While it wasn't the same engulfing heat like back home, it was still acceptable. Thus, he would stretch out on the large boulders outside on the schools property, or along he benches, really wanting to enchanted his already beautifully tanned skin, and toast his scales.

Well fueled from his hours of bathing, Ziya slowly raised up from his resting position, a long stretch was given, slender arms reaching above his head. Sleek, naga tail began to wriggle lightly, pulling him off the bench he'd been on. Some fruit sounded nice to have while he was outside enjoying his time.

But his slither towards the doors back inside was paused when he saw another junior working on something... interesting. Well acquainted with the art of sculpting, Ziya decided to draw closer for a better inspection. Once close enough, he looked at the mounds of clay, checking the various angles. But seeing how down the artist was, Ziya paid his attention to him instead. "You sure look unhappy, and on such a lovely day." His arms had crossed over his chest, one hand lifting to gesture lightly to their surroundings.

With his comment overlooked, his brows rose a little from the drastic change in demeanor from the stranger. But, that was better than before, he supposed. So he let it slide. With this new promoting, fluffy ears twitches with curiosity. Him pose? Well.... simple enough a request. Ruffling his ponytail lightly, Ziya did a few playful little twists and turns from his waist to show off how pretty he was.

"I guess I can help with that."

Keeping still wasn't too much of an issue for Ziya, only blinking every so often as was necessary. He was able to be patient in certain situations. And being the focal point of attention, as well as someones subject of interest, well... that was easy enough to keep stationary for.

When he was finally given the ok to move, slowly his body began to come back to life, peering over at the finished product. Hm. Not terrible. Slithering closer to get a full view of the details, he looked up to the artist himself. "I'm Ziya." he replied easily enough, interest piqued at the mention of some sort of treat for a means of pay. "Cake sounds like a wonderful idea." he decided.

He watched as the other student went off with the finished sculpture, before entertaining himself with inspecting his nails. Would be needing to get a new coat of polish soon... when chau returned, his olive eyes raised up to watch the other boy, as the question was presented . His favorite huh? " well, BitterSweet makes some delicious cakes." He commented. He'd been to that cafe only a few times. But it was good every time. Cake places now... well those were expensive. And while he fully deserved something from one of the esteemed bakeries, he knew not many people here could afford such things. So he refrained.

He slowly twirled his ponytail around his finger, the silky white tendril coiling more with the motion. Letting it spring from his hold, it was given a light brush to rest along his back, "just near the edge of town." He nonchalantly replied. When the opportunity came, Ziya would go into town when the various carriages that ferried back and forth at the academy was available. After all this was a whole new world for him, he wanted to know what all was at his disposal. And it meant being able to skip some of his classes from time to time that he got bored of.

Tail tip lightly flicking fluidly behind him, the hybrid twitched his ears curiously. Blinking slowly with a mild hint of confusion, his head tilted inquisitively, "well wasn't that why you were asking me?" He casually and smoothly replied. A bit of an odd question, given the circumstance. But perhaps the little artist was just over eager. Fair enough. With a small once over the clay clad junior, Ziya gave a few nod of approval and encouragement, "yes I'd say that would be a good idea." Clay was clingy and restricting when dry. He wasn't a fan of the feeling himself.

He didn't really have anything else in mind to do, so he decided he'd go with the other teen, "I can join you, since I'm sure it won't take too long." His little brothers classes weren't done for awhile, so he had plenty of free time. With a little flourish of his hand, he slithered closer to the other boy, "lead the way then." At least he may be able to find some means of entertainment while waiting.
