Physical Description: Ellianarelle, or Ellia for short, has waist length and stick straight dark auburn hair and bright blue eyes. She has pale skin and prefers to keep it that way. She is a tall and willowy woman, standing at 5'8. She does not let her height deter her from wearing heels, either. Ellia enjoys wearing fine clothing and takes excellent care of her things so she always looks her best. She has a number of parasols to go with any outfit she may wear and can almost always be found with one.
Personality: Ellia has always been a versatile person. She enjoys acting, and doesn't mind playing whatever part is needed. This also extends to her life outside of acting. She can be whatever her loved ones might need her to be: friend, confidante, a shoulder to cry on, someone to vent to, someone to help them fight. She enjoys working with others, and prefers to be a team player rather than a solo act. When it comes to being the leader, she can take it or leave it. She will usually defer to someone with more experience, but has no problem piping up with suggestions or other options the team could work with. Ellia is usually light-hearted and enjoys playing games and having fun. She loves to laugh and flirt, though if she's seeing someone seriously she reserves her flirting for them.
Once she has her mind set on something, it's very hard to deter her from obtaining her goal. She can be extremely stubborn in pretty much anything she wants. She can be talked out of something if someone can convince her she should take another course of action but it's difficult to do so. When it comes to her looks and her clothes, Ellia is exceedingly vain. She hates to look like a mess and wakes early to get herself together to make sure she looks put together. She can be insecure about her looks and occasionally needs reassurance. She loves to be comfortable and often buys soft pillows and furs for her bed. If it feels good under her fingers, she wants it. As she's gotten older, she's learned to restrain herself but she can still be a little impulsive about it.

History: Ellia was born to an easily distracted Starcrafter mother after a fling with a visiting dragonrider. More often than not, Ellia was left to her own devices and learned to take care of herself at an early age. When she was young she read as much as she could get her hands on and often acted out her favorite scenes and songs when she was alone or with friends. This led her to wanting to become a courtesan. At twelve she left her mother to go to nearby Western Hall to learn the theater aspect of entertainment. She loved being onstage and acting out anything that was handed to her. She was 19 when she walked the tables to become a Journeyman. After that, she left the Hold to see the world. At 20, she found an entertainment troupe looking for an actress and joined immediately.
Hatchings had always been her favorite time to be at a Weyr. During her time at Western Hold she would go to see Hatchings as often as possible. With her troupe, it was harder to manage but when they were entertaining and a Hatching happened to occur, well. Ellia was there. She loved to sit in the front so she could watch everything that happened. She always liked to encourage the Candidates and coo over the dragonets. When she was 23, she had made it to the Sands late and stood around the edges to watch. Near the end of the Hatching Ellia wandered closer to better see which Candidate the newly hatched queen would choose. That was when she heard it.
Mine? What are you doing all the way over there? Ellianarelle, come to your Ashtoreth! Even as a baby, her precious dragon had an imperious air. Ellia hated to look anything less than perfectly put together but at that moment, she didn't care. She pushed her way onto the Sands as Ashtoreth bullied her way through the remaining hopefuls. She tried to be careful with her wings, but honestly she just wanted to get to hers! Later that night at the Hatching Feast, Ellia was approached by one of the boys who'd been on the sands. Well, she said 'boy' but he was likely only a few years younger than she was. He was cute, and kind, as he congratulated her on Impressing a gold. She learned his name was Navarian and they quickly became friends.
Once Ellia and Ashtoreth passed Weyrling status, the pair left to go back to Ellia's troupe with promises to keep in touch and come back for visits. At the very least she would be back for Hatchings; she wanted to be there when her friend Impressed a dragon of his own. She was there a Turn later when Navarian Impressed his brown Licerth and became N'var. She was among the first to congratulate him at the Feast and celebrated with him.
However, it wasn't until after Thread reappeared that she came home to stay, to fight. She resisted for the first couple months, taking shelter with her troupe where she could and worrying about her friend. Finally, Ashtoreth convinced her to return to the Weyr. It was their duty to help, and she knew her rider would feel better if she could keep a closer eye on N'var.

Physical Description: Ashtoreth is a large queen and proud of it. If you ask her, her proportions are perfect and graceful. She is one smooth gold color all over.
Personality: Ashtoreth is a confident queen. She might only be seven Turns old but she's confident in her ability to learn how to fight thread with her fellow queens. She's confident of her place in the Weyr and she's confident in her bond with Ellia. She just knows that she's amazing, thank you very much. But it is nice to hear sometimes, too! She doesn't like to advertise it, but she was a hopeless romantic side to her. She doesn't mind the biological aspect of her need to Rise. In fact she enjoys the attention of being chased through the sky. But she's missing the deeper connection. She wants more than just being chased, and daydreams of finding that one dragon she'd like to spend the rest of her days with. Ashtoreth loves to be "in the know." She loves to learn secrets, things not many others may know. Coming home to stay at the Weyr seven Turns after her hatching, Ashtoreth has missed a lot she needs to catch up on! But secrets are secrets, and if someone entrusts her with theirs this gold's lips are sealed. Metaphorically of course. She would only break someone's trust if she feels they may be putting themselves in danger. She wants the ones she cares about to be safe. Aside from keeping secrets, Ashtoreth is a reliable sort of dragon. She can be counted on to be on time if not early. She takes her responsibilities seriously.
Sometimes too seriously. Ashtoreth has a tendency to be a perfectionist. She wants everything to be exactly as she thinks it should be and it's hard for her to accept anything less. She can be fairly agitated if things don't go her way. Ellia is usually able to calm her down from this, if Ashtoreth is allowed to get to that point. Looks are important to this gold. While she's a romantic at heart, she's always thought of herself as ending up with a bronze. It's not so much that she thinks of everyone else (other than the more senior Golds, of course) as beneath her, but well. She is a Gold, and her Ellianarelle is the best rider. Don't they deserve the best? Of course they do. Despite being confident, Ashtoreth can be needy. Like her rider, Ashtoreth sometimes needs assurances. However she's unlikely to look for these assurances outside of Ellia at this point. Perhaps when she finds her love she'll turn to them for assurances as well. She enjoys being the center of attention, which was one of the reasons she was happy to be in her rider's entertainment troupe.
