Hobbies:Knitting/Cross-stitch/Tailoring/Needlework: Her office, home, and anywhere else she can claim as her space are full of deocrative needle-work items. Knitted blankets, cross-stitched framed works of art, if it takes a needle and some sort of thread, then she knows how to do it, will teach others how to do it if they ask, and will often give away/donate things she has created to others who may need it.
Tutoring: She will often stay long nights at school helping students who may need help with their homework, and on weekends and her free time, she will often volunteer to help poorer students by tutoring them through various programs. Although she knows more about English than anything else, she still tries to help teach the basic levels of things such as math to those who are struggling with it.
Calligraphy: To her students and other teachers, she's known to take extra care when writing notes to others to practice her calligraphy skills. She'll often be hired to do professional work by fellow coworkers or customers from the internet and loves to try out new styles, though old English and Gothic styles are her favorite.
Virtues:Impartial: When students or co-workers are having arguments or conflicts with each other, they will often come to Lenora for a neutral 3rd-parties opinion, which she is happy to give. She refuses to judge others until she has seen or heard the situation herself and will not give judgement on something until she is sure that she has all of the facts. Often times she acts as a mediator for student and teacher problems at the school.
Motherly: Often dotes on her students and teenagers/younger children. She has a soft spot for them and tries to be as caring as she can towards them, including talking to them if they need it, helping to prepare meals for them, and generally acting as the mother everyone wish they had. She will often advocate for students if they need it.
Flaws:Self-Serving/Manipulative: While her outside image is one of a caring and loving woman who would do anything to help those in need, secretly she is using this image to her own ends. Although she does genuinely care for those she needs to help, they are mostly used as props to keep her motherly appearance as she manipulates those around her. Many don't often even know that she is the one to start the rumors, to get others to hate each other and in the end they all come back to her for comfort, which she is happy to give.
Ruthless: Do not make her mad at you, or else your life will end up being a living Hell. Often times people don't realize that they have made Lenora angry in some way, however she uses all of her manipulation tactics to ruin one's life if they have angered her or hurt one of her darling students. She will not stop until one is broken and (metaphorically) bleeding on the floor, begging for forgiveness.
