Amazing. The green lion couldn't think of many other words to describe the way he felt as he listened carefully to what he was being told. His journey in life had been so fruitful and this news was simply a tremendous bonus. Shortly after a brief and life altering conversation with a lioness he'd met, shared a night with and happened upon again he became a Father. Not just a Father, but a Dad.
Before Ali`dido sat three very beautiful looking daughters. Each one shared the appearance of both Mother and Father. Words wouldn't have been able to properly express the sudden desire to devote his life to the three. The Mother was making a personal choice. She had her own causes to be devoted to which wouldn't allow for proper parenting and so she had sought him out in the hopes that he'd be willing to take them on. Promises of visits and such were made, but from what he could remember the promises would likely not happen. All in all the pair of adults had left on perfectly charming terms - the daughters knew love and that was what mattered.
"You girls seen some places?" The answer would have been yes.. their Mother had shared that love of travel with Ali. The places they had seen likely wouldn't have been as pride heavy, more so some terrain and simply places that could be used to enjoy nature.
What did cubs talk about?
Love, devotion, and desire to do right by the cubs didn't mean he knew what he was doing. Much like any first time parent that suddenly realized he had cubs he was silenced by the sheer thought of 'what to do next'.
Bright, intelligent, eyes stared back at him. It was almost unnerving, but then one spoke. "You're as handsome as Mom said, but not as tall." Her nose wrinkled slightly as she sized him. The wrinkle showed him a wee set of teeth. So much about these cubs was small, dainty, and yet they seemed to have quite a bit of courage. Amazing. "Nope, I'm a shorty." He snickered softly. "Maybe you'll be short some day too?" He widened his eyes and smiled broadly as the cub shrunk away in disgust.
"I'm going to be big AND strong." The youth declared. "Not like yoooou." Raising a tiny paw she pointed accusingly at her Father. "You're a puny, wuny, lion!" Then she snorted and grinned. Her Father was anything, but puny. Perhaps not the largest lion out there, but not nearly the smallest. He was rugged, well traveled (or well worn depending who was asked) and she instantly felt protected. Defiant as they were cute.

Pollack - Name is Skitter`dido (sparkle moth) - Sparkles; Loud; Loves to Swim
Polette - Name is Musiek`dido (music moth) - Curious; Pushy; Musically Inclined (Singing primarily.)
Key Note: These cubs will be extroverted. Dad is a 'world traveler' and therefore they will end up meeting a number of individuals that vary in species. Their Mother is a good lioness, but goal driven and cubs wouldn't have been a good fit. So she is leaving on good terms. The actual home of these cubs will be the Myrsky Syntynyt (Ali's actual home). As a traveler he would not be surprised if these cubs found an alternate home even as early as adolescents.
Side Note to the Key Note: Each cub was named in recognition of prides he has visited before and feelings/memories associated to them. Lief = Love (Pridelands, where he met his eventual mate as he discovers true love.); Skitter = Sparkle (Bahari`mtoto, where he first saw the ocean with a crazy lioness from a neighboring pride. He remembers the way the water sparkled.); Musiek = Music (Nchi`mahadhi, where the beat of drums interrupted a quiet nights walk. He recalls the beauty of the music there and the way made him want to dance/sing (poorly on his part.) !! <3
**Don't feel forced by the way these were gifted to RP them in this RP. Ali`dido is an RP heavy character for me and so it seemed fitting that this be the way his cubs are given. Sorry about taking away the joy of naming, but the cubs were named based on his personal, worldly experiences and he chose the name for each cub based on traits he has come to witness.**
