The house itself that Aysun was creating for himself and his beasts was one of those that was sort of trial by fire. He hadn't build anything before so he often found himself in need more materials then he thought that he needed. He found himself going back to Jauhar to get more and more wood, but always seemed to need just a bit more for whatever it was that he was working on at the time. It was coming along though. He felt that by the time Issaly came back there would be a lot to show him. Not just the house itself but the lean-to shed that he was working on for his bigger beasts. Not to mention a deck for his kinfa to sleep on at night. There was so much that he had built and just as much that he wanted to build... which lead him back to Jauhar again.

Aysun was sitting on the back of his Janarim, Maw, patting him on the neck, before he said, "We are going to get another load of wood from the forest, buddy. After that we will see about getting the lot of you a nice aldabuk to share. What do you think?" Something that had Maw giving a little grunt of delight, rather liking the idea of getting such a thing as a reward.

He meant to keep himself busy until his friend came back and after that he'd be heading to Zena to find himself a new beast friend. He could only hope that said beast would get along with Sunshine since the two avians would be sharing the deck together. Speaking of which he tilted his head back, looking up toward the sky where the orange kinfa was circling overhead, before looking forward again. She was keeping up easily and could take good care of herself, so he felt he didn't have to worry.

The road felt quite long that day. It had been a while since Faamy had seen another person, and the social butterfly was beginning to wilt. "Whut'm I gonna do, Fermy?" the windling huffed, scratching the ears of the small, dark perzi perched on her shoulder. "I mean, yeh're fun 'n' all, but a girl needs a conversati'n now an' again!" Fermata leaned his head into the affections, but otherwise yawn and remained latched in place.

Hopefully, the next town wasn't too far...

Turning a bend in the road, Faamy gasped sharply and halted; the disturbance earning her a disgruntled groan from her companion. "Fermata! Yeh ever seen the likes o' them?" she asked out loud. Down the road was an immense creature she had never seen before. However, she could put the clues from stories and tales together easily. A janarim! She was in such awe that she almost didn't even notice the man riding atop the beast! ..Faamy wasn't one to miss seeing a cute guy though~

She was wary of the janarim still, and chose to announce herself from afar. After all, those things were said to be killers... "Yoo-hoo there!" she called out, keeping one hand on Fermata to prevent the perzi from bolting. "Don't suppose ye're in need of a bit o' song?" Well, wouldn't hurt to ask, right?

It was a grunt sound from Maw first, followed by the call from the Wind Tribeswoman that caught Aysun's attention. He turned his gaze from where it had been toward the woman and he gave Maw a little nudge, slowing him down progressively until he halted alongside the blond. He found himself starring for a moment, a look of slight confusion on his face. Did he need a... song? He didn't think so? Should be say as much? She was likely a bard and just telling her no and leaving felt rude even to Aysun.

"I... ahh... sure?" He really was terrible when it came to dealing with people, tending to spend far more time working with and training his beasts on his own. Still, he had to do this from time to time so best to try to sharpen his skills where he could. At least that way he'd be ready to at least attempt to interact with others when he went into town to pick up various supplies he couldn't find or make for himself. Giving a smile he said, "A quick song before I continue onward to Jauhar should be alright."

Keeping up her happy grin, Faamy waiting patiently for the man to stop and answer. Perhaps he was in awe of her good looks? ..Or probably just surprised by her location.

As it was, her smile brightened "Sure thang, darlin'. I'll accept whateveh ya feel like tippin' fer the song. Can't go chargin' full price ta every random bloke I meet." Swinging out her oud, she plucked a few strings to make sure it was in tune. "So whatchya in the mood fer? Calm? Classy? Fun? Exciting? Can do jus' 'bout anythin' with this pretty here."

She'd eaccept whatever he felt like tipping? He starred for a long moment before he realized what it was that she wanted from him in exchange for the song. Money, huh? He was sure that he had some on him but would it be enough for a song? Here was to hoping because otherwise neither of them wouldn't really get anywhere. He gave a humming sound before he finally said, "I should have something on me."

What was he in the mood for? He thought about it for a moment before he said, "Go ahead and pick, Miss Bard. We are good with anything, isn't that right, Maw?" A question that got a sort of huffing sound from the janarim that he was sitting on. It seemed that the toothy creature didn't care one way or the other, which made Aysun chuckle a bit. The old beast could be quite a brat at times when it came to what he did and didn't care about... the former of which was a pretty small list. At least Aysun himself would enjoy the music that she was offering to play.

Seeing the confusion, Faamy just kept up her sweet smile. Something. "So long as it don't put ya down too much," she assured. "I ain't so high main'nance." Given the freedom to choose the song, she looked over the pair thoughtfully, trying to figure out what might be best received.

Deciding on one, a nice and upbeat tune for the road, she first looked back over to the pair. "Are ye headed ta town 're home? If it's a town, mind if I tag along? Lookin' fer a new place ta sing. Willin' ta exchange a little guidance fer a song rather 'n coin, if yeh prefer it."

"It's alright. We won't be put out by paying you for your work." It wasn't as though Aysun used a lot in the way of money and if he shared the aldabuk that he hunted for to feed his beasts he should be able to make the coin back. No reason that he couldn't afford a song or two with ease, even if that meant him having to deal with more people then he was used to dealing with on a normal day. A shame he couldn't just push that sort of work off on his twin but he didn't see Chandra nearly enough to try such things when he did visit.

As she asked if he was heading to town he gave a shake of his head, "No... we were just coming to get some more wood for a project." He murmured, then seemed to consider it. Where he lived, where they were now, the closest villages... he supposed that he could lead her to one without going too terribly far out of his way. Lifting a hand he scratch his fingers against his scruffy cheek in a thoughtful way before he said, "Well, I could accompany you to the outskirts of Tale or Sol since they are nearby... but then I'd need to be on my way if I wanted to get my work finished on time." He didn't want to be on the ground in Jauhar after dark. Not outside of a town especially.

"Any preference on which town?" Since they were near to the border on the Jauhar side he supposed it was kind of up to her.

Her work... It was still amazing to Faamy that her career was now music. Back in Sauti, tending to and cleaning up after those sailscale.. she had never been fully sure she would make it. Music was her work...

"S'long as ye're sure I ain't bein' a nuisance on ya. Mighty kind." She cocked her head and started strumming a few chords, prepping up a song to play. Which town? Smirking, she quickly extended one arm to gesture along the path for the young man to go on ahead. "Whichever one is close an' has a place ta sleep!" she cooed, the music taking on a more filled out sound. Fun and light to help the time pass~

Aysun leaned back on Maw's back, seeming as though he was thinking about it for a moment, before he said, "I think Yera in Tale would be easier to get to since getting to Sol means trekking through the forest for a while and Maw here isn't too big a fan since it gets pretty dark at points." He gave the big beast a pat on the back before he sat up again. So he'd take her to Yera in Tale first and then he could... hmm... well, he could always stay there for a spell and head back to Jauhar in the morning?

After a moment of thought he slid off of Maw's back, taking hold of his reins in one hand, "I can lead the way on foot." It would be rather rude of him to stay on Maw's back while the musician was walking after all.

Maw. Looking over the janarim, Faamy chuckled lightly. "Good name fer the beastie," she mused.Back into Tale wasn't ideal, but she didn't have much of a choice. If that was the closest town, then that was where she would go. Besides, wouldn't hurt to recover a little ground.

Brow rising when the man slid down to join her, she couldn't help doing a little spin of delight. "Ye're jus' too kind. Ain't too many willin' ta do extra fer a stranger." She continued play the oud as she talked, fingers shifting automatically to keep the tune going.

Aysun gave a nod of his head, "It suits him I think." He said as he gave Maw a scratch under the chin in an affectionate manner. He really did love the beast, he was such a sweet thing... at least to him and those that he made friends with that was. He couldn't really say how he might react to those that Aysun didn't like. Not that there were a ton of those sort of people.

Looking over at the woman who was now walking at his side he seemed to consider his words for a moment before he said, "I... don't mind... I don't spend a lot of time with other people so... it's probably food for me that we can walk and talk like this." He wondered if he should admit to such a thing but decided that it didn't matter one way or the other. It wasn't as though she wouldn't figure it out given enough time. He just wasn't a people person... though he did at least try from time to time to converse with them. Mostly when he stumbled across them like today.

"Ah, but spendin' time with people is what makes this ol' life worth livin'," she hummed with a smirk. "People 'r what keeps me tummy, head, an' heart full." She pursed her lips curiously, looking over her companion. "Ye're a good lookin' guy. What're ye doin' hidin' out in the woods? 'r is it b'cause ye're a looker that ye're hidin'?" She smirked lightly and gave a playful wink.

Aysun gave a bit of a chuckle, "That might be the case for some but I've always been... a little weird, I guess? Not to mention to exactly the most popular in villages since I used to travel around a lot with a horde of beasts." He gave Maw a pat before he said, "I only have two of them with me because I found a family member to pet sit a few of them." It was hard to think about going around and just hanging out with people. Especially due to the reputation that he had in both Yera and Sol for being a bit of an odd ball. Putting it nicely... though it really bothered his twin brother more then it did Aysun most days.

Turning to glance her way as he was told he was a 'good looking guy' he lifted a hand to scratch it against his scruffy cheek and asked, "Am I? Huh..." He supposed that he couldn't be too bad looking since his parents were good looking enough... or so he'd guess from what attention they did get. After a long, awkward, and thoughtful pause from Aysun he finally said, "Ah! Thank you, by the way... for that compliment I mean."

Weird? Interesting way to describe one's self. Faamy crinkled her nose slightly. "T'would be a bland land if e'ryone acted the same," she mused. "I was thought ta be odd back home, myself. Ain't always a bad thing ta be weird."

Brow rising at the apparent confusion and then the thanks, Faamy couldn't help a grin rising. "Indeed ya 're. Don't let nobody tell ye otherwise." Strumming a quick set of notes encouragingly, she gave a little skip to start walking backward, eyes on her companions. "Is it ye prefer the beasties, 'r ye just have yerself a passion?" she asked, blue gaze slipping over to Maw. It probably required a little of both to enjoy time with that spikey fellow.

Giving a bit of a chuckle he said, "A shame you didn't grow up in either Yera or Sol with my twin and I, I think it would have been nice to have such an understanding friend." That would have been nice but he couldn't say that his childhood had been horrible or anything. It was actually rather nice if you asked him. Especially after his father started to get him all the pets that he had up to this point.

Giving a nod he said, "They are a lot easier to understand and after I... ahhh! Well, after some stuff that happened back in the day I found it nicer to just travel with them instead of getting too attached to what people didn't think I was a total weirdo." Lifting a hand he gave Maw a pat on the back, "Beasts, so long as you're good to them, don't judge you for being odd or not doing what is considered the 'norm'."

Lifting his gaze he watched the orange kinfa that was circling over head, "What about you? Any interest in beasts or more of a people person?"
